Really disappointed with this hotel which is too expensive. The service wasn't great. There is only WIFI in the lobby and cable internet in the bedrooms (so doesn't work with tablets or phones). You have to walk for at least 10/15mn before reaching your room. The breakfast wasn't good and not varied enough. The only good thing is that it's...

We loved our week long stay here. We stayed in a Junior Suite which was spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff are great, friendly, helpful and professional. The pool is fantastic, although very busy at weekends. We had two spa visits and a massage each thrown in with our stay so the whole experience felt like a lovely treat of...

How do you rate a perfect setting when in this day and age management decides WiFi in reception is all you need. If not for this deeatful advert my rating would be higher. The facility otherwise is beautiful. We really enjoyed the SPA.

A wonderful hotel with an amazing spa, but not for groups of friends just for couples !. The restaurant closes early and there is no bar open for you to enjoy with friends a after dinner, plus the whole place is full of couples doing being couples which is fine if you are with your partner but not when you are...

My wife and I visited Basiliani in February for a bit of a break. It is ranked as a 4-star, but this is a bit of a fantasy. I have been to places that have spared no expense on facilities and service, but the ownership and management of Basiliani have clearly spared EVERY expense. The quality of the accommodate is...

Beautiful grounds, and modern facilities but out of season, the outdoor pool is not heated and the indoor pool refuses access to any person or child under 16 yrs old. The reception and manager unable and unwilling to be at all flexible. We are a family of 7 and took three rooms for several days of family time at half...

We liked our stay very much. Hotel staff was very attentive and professional. We had 2 good dinners and went out for another one. Unfortunately we did not use the spa but our friend did and was very satisfied. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very modern. Rooms are big, clean, and well designed. Pool is great. Bring your own towels, or else you are charged to use theirs. I would recommend more of a pool menu. Wifi doesn't work near pool or in the room-very frustrating. Staff was very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Recently spent a week at Basiliani Resort, and it helped make our holiday truly memorable. The resort is modern, clean and beautifully landscaped with lime trees, olive trees and rosemary all around. All the ladies at reception were wonderful, friendly and always willing to assist during our stay. Special thanks to Alessandra and Chiara at reception, and to the woman...

This is a fabulous resort, but not so good to stay in during February! Reception staff were friendly and attentive but the hotel had very few guests which made it feel a bit isolated. We asked for a room close to the reception as the resort is built on the side of a hill, so there were lots of steps/or...
