My mother and I attended cooking classes here in early October. What a wonderful treat. The hotel is run by two sisters that are warm and welcoming. They arranged wonderful tours and took extra time to share recipes that were outside of the planned classes. It was obvious that they love what they do and that made the experience that...

I met friends here for a cooking school, and we had so much fun with the rest of the group we may have a reunion! The stage was set by this interesting renovated tobacco factory and by the two fabulous sisters who run it. The rooms were comfortable, the food authentic and delicious, and the hospitality just amazing.

We were at this hotel for a cooking course the week before schools opened, so for that week, this was a wonderful family hotel, with large, well equipped playroom, tv room, reading area, private balconies and a beautiful pool & bar area adjacent the garden. Rooms in this old tobacco factory are modern, comfortable, with plenty of space to unpack...

Signed up for a cooking experience through Epitourean..what a fun time! Two sisters from Milan own this small family hotel and cooking school. There were two of us and had a cooking experience everyday in the demonstration kitchen and/or hotel kitchen. In between the classes we were guided to Otranto, had lunch in Santa Maria Di Leuca, enjoyed long walks,...

My husband and I signed up for a cooking course at this hotel (through Edible Vacations), never having been to this lovely part of Italy. The hotel is beautiful and our junior suite was large, comfortable and clean. The two sisters who own the hotel, Antonella and Paola, are very nice and they did everything to make our stay enjoyable,...

Two sisters (Antonella and Paola) restored and repurposed this massive former tobacco factory into a beautiful, four-star hotel and cooking school. It was their way of showing their respect for family roots because their grandmother worked in this factory. It's easy to see why restoration took more than two years (and lots of money). Ceiling heights soar to 20 feet...

We came to the Puglia region to immerse ourselves in a cooking experience. Our hosts were terrific, energetic and kind. Their knowledge of Southern Italian cooking has been passed down through the generations, and we had the pleasure of learning from them. The hotel is modern, open and well kept. The rooms a large by European standards (We stayed in...

We stayed at this delightfully renovated to perfection tobacco factory owned by two sisters who have filled the hotel with love. We were lucky enough to stay in a Junior Suite with all modern conveniences. Also, excellent service. The cuisine served in the restaurant is superb, typical of food from the region. The sisters also offer cooking classes in English...

Paola and Antonella are amazing hostesses! Antonella shared with us wonderful family recipes that we tasted during lunch and dinner. She was so kind to explain to us how each dish was prepared, whether or not the dish was in our recipe book. Paola took us hiking and swimming-anything we wanted, they would accommodate us. There were activities scheduled each...

To begin with: the customer service at this hotel was exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff. The hotel was impeccably clean and the breakfast was both generous and delicious. The wifi which we expected only to work in the common areas worked very well in our 1st floor room as well. Two things which are beyond...
