Still one of the most beautiful trullo/maseria I've seen in Valle d'Itria, absolutely stunning. Very clean and beautifully appointed. Great and friendly service. Big and clean pool, beautifully surrounded by olive trees! Thanks again Luisa!

Stayed for a week with 2 young teenagers. The 2 bedroom trulli was truly lovely, with its domed ceilings. The accommodation was larger than I expected. A fridge, cooker & outdoor eating area allowed us to escape the busy towns. Just 2km from Cisternino with plenty of bars, restaurants, shops & character. The pool has plenty of sun beds and... More

We had a lovely stay here in October. Everything was fantastically clean, with all facilities. It was a little too cold for the pool, but that was a weather issue. The breakfast in the morning was amazing and Louisa could not do enough to ensure that everyone had a perfect stay. Would highly recommend it for anyone wanting a short... More

Traveling with 2 kids it’s important to find a suitable accommodation that is not too small. This place was perfect as you basically get an apartment, with full equipped kitchen. The location is perfect to explore every small town in the area, peaceful countryside, for sure great in the summer time with the pool active. Owner super nice and helpful,... More

The house is great, pure old stone trullis with 5 rooms, all with character. Difficult to beat if you like old stone and trillion. Better than a lot around. We stayed in the upper room, smaller but cozier just under a cone, perfect for a couple. The rooms on the ground floor are good for small families, larger with kitchen... More

We had a wonderful stay at the Masseria Montanaro. Luisa looked after us all very well. The Trullo was very clean and cool despite the heat outside. We'd definitely recommend this B&B. The breakfasts were amazing. Luisa put on an amazing spread every day with breads, cheeses, meats, fruits, yoghurts, cakes, coffees and a selection of teas, cereals etc. I'm... More

Located just outside Cisternino and arriving towards dusk, the Masseria sat majestically, an illuminated trullo castle, proud and imposing and beautiful. We were about to fulfill our dream of staying in a trullo, experiencing life “under the cone” for the first time. Our host, Luisa and her faithful side kick Felli, welcomed us and showed us the features of the... More

What a pleasant experience we had all week. What we liked was that the breakfast was included in the price; the spaciousness of the Trulli and not least the owner Luisa !! Such a kind and pleasant person. You know when people are genuine or not. Well Luisa is really such a great character and we had a great laugh... More

A truly delightful week in Luisa's trulli. It is a group of five trulli, full of character, with a good swimming pool and children's play area. In our trulli we had two sizeable rooms, and a well-equipped kitchen, and small but efficient bathroom. Very quiet, wonderful views, with Luisa's very welcoming and varied breakfasts. Nearby Cisternino - a pleasant 2.5k... More

This B&B was the best hotel during all our travel in agriturismo formula in the south of italia. The trulli is restorated perfectly and the surroundings are breathtaking. We warmly recommend this place. Breakfast is perfect as well !

“This is minor tip, but all apartments have an area outside to eat/drink and are covered. Therefore probably the apartment in the middle is best for quietness as the path at the front can be seen from the terrace for the end apartment when others nip to the car etc.”
