There were two of us, we were able to reserve a very nice room with a balcony. The service was perfectly helpful beyond our expectations, and everything about our stay was pleasant. Hope to visit again someday!

The bicycle suite was a perfect mountain hideaway for us and the team were the perfect hosts. We borrowed their bikes and explored the stunning countryside and the Sparta to Kalamata road which is a must to do. Recommend having a car as there is a huge amount to see.

This wonderful guest house has a swimming pool and wine bar attached and a couple of good restaurants in the village. Amazing view over the edge to Sparta and very close to the medieval town of Mystras with castle at the top. Very friendly staff who bring breakfast to your room based on your order and requested time. Lovely Greek... More

Drive from Spartì, through Mystras and keep going until you think you're reaching the end of the road; on your left, back from the road is this delightful oasis of calm and very warm welcome. We stayed in Olive, a large room, with sofa, daybed, small kitchen, bathroom and lovely private terrace looking down on the valley. Breakfast is brought... More

The guesthouse partially overlooks the Byzantine site of Mystras in a small village about a kilometre from the new town of Mystras were the other rooms and hotels are located. From what we saw, Mazaraki is definitely the best place to stay. The location is sublime sat on the terrace overlooking the ancient site or the town of Sparti down... More

The accommodation at the Mazaraki Guesthouse was a perfect choice. The hotel is located on a hillside adjacent to the fortified Byzantine town of Mystras. The staff here are super friendly, attentive and helpful. We had a lovely, well equipped room with a fireplace and a small balcony overlooking modern Sparta. It had everything you could possibly ask: from a... More

Unfortunately we only spent 1 night in this beautiful guesthouse, where we stayed in one of the suites (Sky II). The hotel is in a great location on the hill above Mystras, not far away from the gates to the old city of Mystras. Our suite was very spacious, very nicely decorated, and had great views over the valley and... More

This place is in a nice location, a quiet village near to Mistras. The property is a series of old houses which have been renovated, no doubt at considerable expense. It has a certain charm. There are several good places to eat within walking distance. Chromata has reopened again, and the food is exceptional and good value. Some aspects fall... More

The Mazaraki Guesthouse is in the small village of Pikoulianika, near Mystras. It has a central bar/reception building, then the rooms/apartments are in adjacent buildings. We had their smallest room, Sky 1, which was well-equipped and tastefully furnished and quite large, with 2 balconies. There was a well-supplied hospitality tray. Breakfast was pre-ordered the previous evening and was brought at... More
