Fabulous hotel with amazing staff, food and high levels of cleanliness, and an amazing attention to detail in the design of the resort. Their commitment to good service is second to none. We found the buffet (Flavors) exceptional so please don't stress about booking the a la carte options. All inclusive does mean that and if you have a bottle of wine with dinner (or two) you can just take them back to your room if they're unfinished. Please note though that this is a family friendly resort and there are, as another traveller said, a lot of screaming children mainly at the Beach Pool ,and in Flavors especially at breakfast time.

Where to begin? The staff are out of this world. I genuinely think that they make the whole experience 100 times better than what it already is. The pool is SO CLEAN which is really important to us, and in general the whole place is spotless. The toilets are always clean and smell fresh, even the poolside ones which sometimes in other places tend to be dirty. Not here though! Loved the evening shows, the food, the drink. The courtesy mini car for 1 day is such a good idea as well, just another thing that adds to all the greatness. We had one massage each and it was soooo good. Water sports guys are so lovely and we had the best time doing the Flyboard. Special mention goes to Sotiris and Meggie, the waiters at the poolside, who were so accommodating, always recommended good things to drink and were always so smily and nice. Everyone on the front desk was also always helpful. I honestly couldn't recommend this place enough. Pure heaven and relaxation. The only thing I'd say is - it would be nice to have a bit more Gluten Free options :) Can't wait to come back next year!

Just returned from 10 wonderful days in Olivia, where we were truly blessed to have yet another fantastic ikos experience. In these covid times we felt safe& cared for here. They have excellent on site testing facility,so unlike many hotels no need to leave resort to have testing done ,which is very considerate and convenient .Excellent transfer to & from resort .We stayed in Thessaloniki for a couple of days before Ikos & they even picked us up from our hotel instead of the airport ,thank you Katerina for your help in arranging this. It is a beautiful resort with amazing food & drink of the highest quality, but the best asset are the staff ,who are always friendly, kind ,considerate and they provide the most professional yet personable service ,no where else we has stayed has management & staff like Ikos ,we have stayed at many 5* resorts & 6* cruises ,but Ikos tops them all.Mr Vasilis(Mr Bill) leads a exceptional team by example ,he is kind and warm & truly cares about his guests, thank you for making our holiday so special.Whilst we wish to thank all staff ,we particularly wanted to highlight & thanks the following amazing staff who were truly exceptional; Katerina (duty manager) treated us as a dear friend,we truly have you in heart, our special thanks to you again. Asimina (assistant f&b) who made every meal memorable & special ,her kindness & friendship (& wine choices)will not be forgotten & is so appreciated. Liza(front office manager) thank you for your kindness it is so appreciated, it was our pleasure to meet you . George (ouzo manager) great to see you again ,made every meal at ouzo extra special . Aretti.(lobby bar).still wonderful, such a delightful young lady ,she even remembered our drinks from last year. The deluxe pool team..fantastic service . Room 720 …beautiful..thank you We enjoyed the Greek music at the all day bar ,that was our favourite. Thankyou Anaya for the tempura prawns ..amazing . I loved the pasteli (sesame & honey biscuits ) in flavours. Rose Greek wine ..excellent We understand why this is voted the best in the world, once you’ve been here you will too, Thank you from the bottom of our hearts we will be back.

This was stop 3 of 3 for our honeymoon and having been island hopping in boutique b&bs this hotel gave us the complete R&R we were looking for for our last week. The service is amazing - you want for nothing. Anything you do ask for that seems slightly out of the ordinary is sorted and delivered to you immediately. All the staff are immaculately polite, the hotel is clean and feels very covid safe. The grounds are sublime with the smell of a different flower or herb or tree around every corner. One of the managers, Vicky, made our stay feel extra special and having found out we were on honeymoon kept checking in on us. She had the reception team organise a full meal plan for us so that we were able to try all of the restaurants on offer for dinner and breakfast. All restaurants are wonderful - particularly the Asian one “Anaya” which Vicky managed to book us into for a second night (difficult as it is the most popular and most busy). She also booked us a beach dinner by moon and candlelight. So thoughtful. We made use of the mini on offer (included in the all inclusive) and had a fab day out exploring another island. Highly recommend that. The evening entertainment is mixed but on most nights there is at least 2 options so if one doesn’t suit your taste you can move to the other. We only made one theatre performance but again that was very impressive and, again, felt very safe. Finally, were given late check out at no extra cost for our day of departure which made a hell of a difference as our flight wasn’t until the evening. Truly I couldn’t fault the hotel and highly recommended it to anyone looking to eat, drink, relax to their heart’s content and not lift a finger.

This was our first ever visit to an Ikos hotel and the Ikos Olivia blew us away !!! From start to finish the service we received was first class . We travelled as four adults and were concerned that we would be surrounded by children. We were pleasantly surprised. We sat at the adults only section of the main pool and it was great. A tip I would give you if you like us want a more adults only holiday is to book your evening restaurants a little later. The families tend to book the earlier slots. I need to give a massive shout out to the Manager ...Katerina Micheli. You went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional and for that I cannot thank you enough. Your service and extra attention to detail is what will make us return. You are an asset to the Ikos chain. Thank you so much for everything !!! I would like to thank Johana for giving us the best last night in the Asian restaurant . You spoiled us rotten and we cannot wait to come back to be served by you again very soon. Thank you so much. All of the staff are amazing but I would like to give a shout out to Veroni ( you were so helpful and lovely, thank you ) Kostas, Kiriakos,Katerina,Klea and Kate...the bar manager...absolutely fantastic service. We usually go to Cancun in Mexico and frequent the Excellence Playa Mujeres Hotel....we never thought we would ever find a hotel as good and Ikos Olivia you were absolutely amazing. I am already looking to book for next year.
