This is a stunning hotel situated in beautiful countryside surrounded by numerous olive and lemon trees with views of the mountains in the distance. The hotel is in a quiet location about a 20minute walk into either Yerakini or Psakoudia where there are a handful of quiet bars and restaurants. All staff at Glavas Inn were very welcoming and always happy to assist. The food was fantastic with plenty of choices of classic Greek dishes. If you are a fussy eater then this may not be the place for you, but as a lover of Greek food I was in heaven. If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet and peaceful holiday in a fabulous hotel then this is the place for you. I would happily visit here again.

An absolute gem of a find! From the minute my sister and I were collected in the hotel bus in the early hours by a lovely driver, although we were in walking distance, we found no negativity whatsoever! The staff make holidaying here a dream! From the drivers to the groundsmen, housekeeping, restaurant staff, kitchen staff, pool bar staff, reception and management, every single person smiled and spoke. Everyone made you feel special! The place was spotless! Everywhere! Beautiful white bedlinen and towels. The pool floor area washed down every morning, not that it needed it! The same with the pools. Our room was cleaned every day! The view from our balcony was amazing! The food was fantastic! Such a choice every day. All fresh and beautifully cooked. I love it that the staff ate in the dining room too! Such friendly people who treated every visitor warmly! It is a family run hotel with the lovely family on site working hard every day. They treat their staff as friends too. Such a wonderful atmosphere. This really is the place to go for a truly relaxing holiday. Apart from 2 trips to the local village and a beachside town, we just sunbathed, ate and drank! We definitely would like to go back there. Thank you Glenlivas family who made us feel like family! ❤️

Myself and my husband came to The Glavas Inn for a two week break in early May - we were looking for complete relaxation and we couldn’t have wished for anywhere better. The setting and views at the hotel are amazing, the gardens and plants around are absolutely beautiful and a credit to the gentlemen who work hard to maintain them. Having read some of the reviews before arriving I would like to compliment the hotel - they have listened to guest feedback and made changes accordingly. There are now kettles in the rooms, soup available at some mealtimes and delicious ice cream available on the all inclusive program. Please do your research before you book as this hotel is total relaxation, it’s not in a resort as such. We walked to two villages at either side of the hotel but they’re both still very quiet and almost 30 min walk away (we didn’t try a taxi but maybe this would be an option) The hotel also run a free bus to one of the villages on a few evenings. I’m sure if you hire a car there would be lots more to see and the hotel also offers a bike rental. The reception lady is very knowledgeable of the local area and can help with booking trips if you want them. The staff here work extremely hard, everything was kept spotless during our stay, we had cleaners in the rooms every day with fresh sheets and towels every other day - we also loved the proper duvet as in Greece before we’ve usually only had sheets and blankets. I felt the hotel had a luxury boutique feel whilst also being traditionally Greek and with only a couple of easy changes in my opinion could easily warrant a 4 or even 5 star. The interior decor is lovely including the reception, indoor bar and restaurant areas, and the rooms. I would think it has been recently refurbished as everything was so tasteful and immaculate. As has been mentioned in previous posts if you have mobility issues this is not the place for you as it’s on a steep hill with lots of steps etc but it didn’t cause us any problems. The drinks on the all inclusive were white, red and rose wine, beer, frappe, coffee and tea, soft drinks and ouzo. They were all lovely-the fanta lemon was great. You can also buy other drinks, the cocktails at happy hour were two for €15 and a nice treat - made very well. The lady and two gentlemen at at the pool bar were very friendly and made a big effort to make conversation, remember your orders and were very hard working. The pool area is so so clean with comfortable loungers and a lovely atmosphere - we really enjoyed the music. The restaurant is in a beautiful setting on the second floor with views out over the sea - the staff in here are very attentive and friendly, they really try hard to make sure you have a good experience. We absolutely LOVED the food - it was amazing delicious and fresh. Everything was so tasty and I know from what we paid for this holiday that the chefs will be working on a very tight budget - I would like to compliment them on doing a fabulous job. I could rave about the food all day - it was traditionally Greek with a few interesting international dishes. Breakfast - cereals, fruit, cheeses, cold meats fresh bread, toast with jams spreads etc along with a lovely hot selection including warm pastries, cheese pies and delicious scrambled egg. There was also boiled eggs, bacon and sausages. The lunches and evening meals wre delicious and in 2 weeks we never got bored as the meals were always changing. There was always a lovely fresh salad bar with Greek salad and various others including coleslaw, potato salad, chef salad etc. Some of our favourites on the hot selection throughout the two weeks were Beans in the oven, Shrimp pasta, Omelette in the oven, beef stifado, stuffed peppers and the Greek potatoes ( but I could go on and on!!!) There is a small shop next to reception where you can pick up drinks snacks tea and coffee for the room if you want it and a few souvenirs. All in all we’ve had the most wonderful break where we’ve been able to spend quality time as a couple in a beautiful hotel and setting - we wouldn’t hesitate to return should we get the chance to do so - Thank you Glavas Inn

We had a fantastic weekend stay here. The hotel is lovely. Our room was lovely and soacious. Food was typically greek and very tasty. Drinks were great and was really good that icecreams were included in the all inclusive offer during the afternoon. All staff very friendly. Gerakini and Psakoudia are both only a 20 minute walk away if you fancy a change of scenery.

Absolutely love this hotel, from the surroundings to the staff it’s an ideal place for a tranquil holiday, the food is amazing with fresh produce and Greek cuisine, if you are a fussy eater this won’t be for you! I had a room that represented the pictures on website and I booked the cheaper standard room. The hill is an issue if you have reduced mobility but I learned a trick that will help others, take the lift from reception or restaurant and take it to the top floor, this way you skip half the hill which is a killer for a fat smoker like me! Lol The hotel complex is really aesthetically pleasing with nude and white furniture and a lot of rattan and wood furnishings which are very well kept, the rooms are cleaned everyday with a daily change of towels I have a fantastic holiday and would definitely visit again if I come to Halkidiki! Thank you for having me Glavas Inn!

Ok the Good and the Bad Ive been back home in the UK one week today from my 11 night stay at the Glavas inn , 19 sept - 30 Sept . and stayed in room.505 just up the hill on the right from the reception Hotel staff and owner were pleasent and kind and tryed to accomodate our needs and questions as to the local area / village / bars / restaurants with mimibus trips to the capital town of the area saturday market and midweek drop off / pick up.to the local village in the midweek and a one off to a resturant to a gang of us who we made friends with during our stay Weather was ok but we did have a couple of days of rain , average day time temps 24 - 28/29 0c The Hotel is not what i would class as a Hotel but more a Pension inn and not a 3 and a harf ☆ , its clean , functionable place to stay but was very lacking in entertainment and had we not met up with the gang of 7 we met , life would of been very boring Room's clean and exceptable , towels changed every day , but i didnt come on holiday to spend my time in the room , nice sea views from the balcony , we were upgraded to a family room on arrival ( thankyou ) 😊 Finaly food was freshly cooked and presentable and the dinning area staff worked there socks off to cater to our needs , on a Negative side i found the Food was cold and did mention this to the owner , he assured me it wasnt but it was and by the second week i found the food repetitive and bland ( sorry ) 😥 All inclusive isnt what i would class as all inclusive in all the other hotels ive stayed in , to charge for 2 scoops of icecream was a joke , no tea or coffee in the dinning area other than for breakfast was not exceptable Finaly i wouldnt come back again for another holiday , 5/ 10 thats the best i can give , average

Lovely hotel staff can't do enough for you any problem dealt with straight away, rooms cleaned every day (fresh towels) bed changed twice wk. Food loads choice, wine beer only all inclusive drinks (can pay other spirits) 3 swimming pools, always a sunbed, friendly staff, 2 lovely dogs always want a stroke & tummy rubs. Rooms nice adequate space, nice little terrace with 4 chairs and table, beautiful sunsets and sunrises, lovely views out to sea, it is up down hill all time but not too bad. Only thing I didn't like was path to our apartment was the path was not gd walk along dodgy slopping down one side ( not gd too much too drink) 😂 also the bottom step to our apartment was to big (should been 2 not 1) my neice fell one evening, defo recommend if your looking for quiet and relaxing holiday

We arrived to being welcomed by Alexandra who made us feel welcomed from the off and all the way through our holiday. Yes there are hills however the views were spectacular. We read the reviews and this is just what we needed from our holiday. Plenty of choice from our all inclusive holiday. The rooms were clean and someone came everyday to changed our towels and sheets. The hotel was spotless we can't fault this wonderful hotel. We will Definately be back!! #ChilledVibes all the way

Stayed for 5 nights all inclusive and had a fantastic time here . Everything was really good from start to finish . Food was yummy if a bit limited but always found something to eat Drinks was good too but again felt it was a bit limited on the all inclusive. Staff friendly and welcoming . The commuel areas always attracted flys and wasps which was a pain but just leant to hit them with a book or flipflop .the room I had was basic and needed updating but it was only a place to sleep and change so didn't bother me . The resort has a lot of steps and is on a steep hill so not good for people with reduceded mobility. also the area outside the hotel is very limited for shops and restaurants about 20 minutes walk there is a minivan that if you ask the hotel at reception will take you into town for a meal out and bring you back which is worth it as walking it at night would be so dangerous . all in all I would recommend this hotel if you after a chilled out holiday in the sunshine with not much to do other then just read a book and chill if you want party vibes then this is not the place for you

Hotel Glavas Inn is my family's second home. Staff is so kind and helpful. Food is delicious and always fresh, and everything is clear. We are coming back to Glavas Inn every year and we love it more year by year. Hotel is modernly designed. Seaview from rooftop is amazing and there is spot for the best pictures.
