Third time here and yet again we were not disappointed. The owners and staff provide excellent service and the food is terrific. We don't think we will ever tire of the views. It's very relaxing sitting on the terrace in the evening, sipping a local wine whilst watching the river traffic.

This place was great for a quick overnight stay. As a matter of fact, we wished we could have spent more time here on our trip. For the price, this is really hard to beat in Europe. Right on the Mosel river, just a short drive/bus ride to Cochem and other Mosel river stops. Room had quaint modern styling with... More

Our second stay here and yet again we were not disappointed. The location is lovely with a fabulous view of the river and surrounding valley. Motorcycles and pushbikes can be safely locked away in a garage. The hosts were extremely welcoming again and we enjoyed a lovely 2 nights. The food was as good as we remembered with a great... The hotel is not located in Cochem but you can easly go there with bycle, bus or car. Certainly in a Wine area is the car option not always the best but it would be a long walk to get there. The Hotel offers free bus tickets als a nice bonus. The Mosel river is a very nice valley with... More

Stayed for 1 night in this hotel. We had a room on the top floor which had the most beautiful views of the river. It was a duplex room, which was a little scary at night(the bathroom was on the 1st level and the beds on the 2nd) but we were given this room to accomodate our request for a... More

Altes Pfarrhaus is definitely not the cheapest hotel in town: if you go for Low Budget there are better options. If you want quality (time), this is the place to be. Spacious bedroom with view over the Moezel river, well equipped private bathroom. The breakfast buffet is relatively generous: bacon, scrambled eggs, boiled eggs, croissants, 3 types of bread, 3... We managed to book the 3 bedroom apartment for a good price. It was set away from the road so we had a great nights sleep. There is a bike and canoe/kayak rental place with good prices just down the road and the restaurant was great. Friendly staff as well!

We enjoyed our stay at this small hotel. Very friendly stuff and wonderful area. Close to Cochem but far from the noises of the street. :) We sure would come back here once again. Rooms were renewed and comfortable. Would recommend it.

Fantastic setting on the river side, secure parking for motorcycles, excellent hospitality, very spacious well equipped rooms. Lovely terrace to enjoy the views, food and drink. Very good menu and very reasonably priced. We were lucky enough to enjoy a free after dinner firework display by a neighbouring property. We will definitely be returning again.

We were two couples travelling together who spent one night in this hotel. From first appearances, we were unsure the hotel would be as modern inside from the view from the outside, however we were pleasantly suprised. The hotel is newly furnished and was very clean. The owner was extremely helpful and very pleasant. We were suprised how easy it... More
