Very welcoming and cheerful staff. Went out of their way to be helpful. Even though we arrived before check-in time, there was no problem with accessing our room, which turned out to be lovely, with spectacular views of the mountains. Although we did not use it, there was an inviting-looking pool. The buffet-style breakfast was excellent and provided the necessary... More

What a place love this place , walk along to the famous mountain Mont Blanc , take the cable car up to the Aiguille du midi , to visit the ice cave , watch the skiers coming down off Mont Blanc , take a coat even on a sunny day , don't forget your camera for all your holiday snaps... More

Loved the stay there. The people at the hotel were super helpful, especially Nathalie and I am sorry I am forgetting the names of others. They held our bag while we completed the trek also. There is free bus service very close to other towns in the Chamonix area.

We came here for a family holiday and we cannot rate it highly enough. The staff are very welcoming, the apartment was beautiful, and the scenery is breath taking. If you are looking for a family holiday then you should consider this. There is so much todo all year round.

As our launch point for the TMB, this was a cozy and very welcoming alpine hotel. Rooms are typical European size rooms, with nice ski lodge type decor, polished wood wall paneling and hardwood floors. Bathroom and shower were clean with modern appointments. The view out any of the rooms on the back side is outstanding! A wide open view... More

We stayed here 2 nights at the start and at the end of our Tour de Mont Blanc hike. When you do the TMB, luxury hotels are not the priority so we were happy with a comfortable and warm bed. And the hotel fits that bill. But asides from that it does not offer that much more and I would... More

Had been to this beautiful hotel in June with Cox and kings pkg tour. It is heavenly. The room was small especially for my family of 3, but who cares as the room we got was facing the mountain covered with ice, it was beautiful but words can't express it, you have to be there to feel it. The rooms... More

Having visited this hotel under previous management I was once again pleasantly surprised at the attention to detail in communication that the new manager Jean-Marc gave to our request for adjoining family rooms for our 2-day stay on the way to Tuscany. Even though we were to arrive late, they had pre-arranged for us to collect both password and room... More

We arrived at this hotel as a tour group of 40 people. Atleast 10 rooms were not settled and prepared for our check in. The rooms were stinking it was difficult to sleep. The cutlery for dinner was dirty. Indian food was prepared which was good. Reception staff was friendly.

A beautiful chalet type hotel located in an sylvan field on down slope of Alps. Good WiFi with very helpful and friendly staff. Buffet Breakfast was mostly cold cuts and there is scope for improvement by adding some hot options both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
