The Chateau is very interesting, warm and cosy with very attentive hosts. However the rooms are slightly overpriced as was the evening meal. Breakfast extremely good with many choices. Very quiet considering quite close to main road.

Chateau de Bourrassol certainly delivered on my hopes for an historic home, in a quiet rural location combined with fantastic French food provided by lovely hosts. Annik and Jean-Marc made us feel extremely welcome whilst giving us privacy and time to absorb their lovely old chateau. Partaking of their table d'hote as well, we enjoyed apertifis before a 3-4 course... More

Finding this place is a little tricky but if you keep your eyes peeled you'll find some signs pointing you in the right direction. The sat nav might let you down. This is a very old home that's kept much of its originality. It's been renovated to a point where the rooms look and feel authentic but with modern bathrooms.... More

Spent four nights on the occasion of my daughter's wedding, with my wife, my in laws and my mother. Rooms are in need of maintenance, but the hospitality of the Holota's is quite sincere. Breakfast is great, with freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, local ham and saucisson, nice cheese, yogurt, fruit salad, home made jams and a large... More

You won't stay at one of the four rooms offered by the Château de Bourrassol if you value the blandness of modern hotel chains like the Novotel, good as they are in their own way. But if you like something different, like the chance to stay in a rambling old house where everything works in its own way, where you... More
