We stayed all inclusive for a week in September and absolutely loved Watermans resort and Supetar.

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted at reception and given a map with information about where our building was and a few other amenities. The resort is big so it can take a while to get your bearings.

Our room in Pavillion 3 was a great sized double room with balcony overlooking the greenery, restaurant and the sea. There was a safe and mini fridge in the room with lots of wardrobe space. The room was clean and the air conditioning was very effective. There was apparently meant to be a laundry bag in the room with price list options but we didn't have one, so the information desk sorted this out for us with no problems. Housekeeping was daily except Sundays.

We were assigned Mama Rosie's Kitchen for our meals. Breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets were all lovely. There were themed nights such as Mexican and Dalmation which added a nice touch. Most days the food was the same with a few variations, but the options were vast so you couldn't get bored! My faves were the scrambled egg, sausage and French toast for breakfast, and the freshly cooked pizzas and the pasta dishes for lunch and dinner. Plenty of soft drinks, beer and wine to have and cute little pudding options. Afternoon snack served pizza, chips and sandwiches too. All the pool bars served all inclusive beers, spirits, wine and cocktails - I recommend their Pina Colada! The ice cream bar is open everyday apart from Saturday too serving delicious vanilla and chocolate.

With it being September, it was busy but not ridiculously so. We never had to queue for food in the restaurant and there were always sunbeds available. We opted for the adults only Agava pool most days as it was quieter. The Kaktus pool was bigger and lovely, but it a bit too loud for us with loud music playing most of the day. The Agava pool bar was close enough to walk to for drinks although it did close on our last day for the season.

The resort is right on the beach so there is the option to sit on a sunbed by the beach overlooking the beautiful Croatian mainland coast. We didn't pay for the sunbeds here even though we thought there would be a charge. There didn't seem to be anyone to pay. Perhaps as it was late in the season. There is so much to do in terms of activities - tennis, mini golf, giant chess, archery, water activities on the beach too such as renting a jet ski or paddle boards. There are restaurants and bars along the beach that aren't included in the all inclusive but definitely worth a try, especially Foodica which do beautiful cocktails. We enjoyed the music quiz one night and live music in the Kaktus Hotel reception.

We wanted a quiet, relaxing stay with lots of food and drink in beautiful surroundings, and that's exactly what we got. Waterman is just gorgeous. Thank you.

The resort was lovely, clean, modern and had good facilities including a new indoor/open swimming pool.
We took this holiday as a last minute package with TUI. We had no contact what so ever with the rep, granted not the hotels fault, but we didn’t get what was sold to us. This included a double bed, choice of restaurants (the hotel stipulated which restaurant we could use out of the two that remained open)- not good enough
Although the entertainment team were nice and enthusiastic the activities provided left a lot to be desired.
Bars, coffee machines and even the indoor swimming pool would randomly close early
It was almost impossible to book a tennis court or spa treatment and the hotel was nowhere near full occupancy.
If you take any of the boat trips sold from just outside the hotel, be mindful that the islands that you go to, the facilities all close at end of September, so you could be left on an island with nowhere to buy water or toilet facilities.
Consistently running out of food choices over an hour before the restaurant was due to close.
Had to ask for coffee machines to be turned on for an early departure.
Apparently we could have asked for an early breakfast to take away but this information was never given to us
Cupboard space was tiny and there was no where to put your cases
All of this made for a lower score which is a shame because with a few tweaks it could be so much better

We were definitely expecting more, when you make reservations you don’t really know is your room going to be in hotel or in one of separate small houses. For superior double room 2+2 the room is too small, me, husband and toddler didn’t have any spare room with crib beside our bed. All our stuff was on the sofa. We had all inclusive so we ate all meals there, and the food is mediocre-bad, for four star resort very disappointing. They offer all day ice-cream included but the ice-cream bar doesn’t work on Saturdays, so 2 bad for your children if you’re there on weekends. Other thing was noise, every night there is some kind of live music, which is great except if you are with small child. This kind of entertainment should be a little bit away from accommodation. Pools and rooms are very clean, praises for that.

The most recent customer feedback from our questionnaires has rated the hotel positively, so we regret this wasn’t your experience. We wish you had come to us during your stay and shared with us all the aspects you weren´t satisfied with because we would definitely have done something to make your stay more pleasant. We believe it is quite important for all travelers to have valid information beforehand ... You can request a specific location for your room/apartment (a specific floor or position within the Resort) before arrival at the reception or specify all your wishes directly in the booking and our sales department will put notes next to your reservation. Our reception will try to fulfill your wishes depending on availability. The room you were given is for 2 adults and there is an extra sofa bed for 2 people in this room, when our guests book for 2+2 room, it is what you get. To the guests who expect to get a bigger room, we offer a Suite, an Apartment. We are really sorry if you were not informed of that before your arrival. We strive to inform our guests beforehand via the official website, social media, online booking sites, or by email and we are more than happy to answer each question the guest might have. As for a buffet offer, we pride ourselves in our selection of a 14-day menu with something for everyone. We're sorry if we couldn't please you in that aspect either. We would like to apologize once again for not fully meeting your expectations on this occasion, but in spite of everything, we'd still love to have you as our guest again to prove to you we can do better. So I'll start by saying I've been to a lot of countries and stayed at loads of resorts and hotels.
This has to be the worse ever. When we arrived we was shown to a tiny room overlooking a baron wasteland.
With a filthy shower.
The wife complained and they moved us to a very nice bungalow and we thought that's great and now we were happy and looking forward to our time.

Then we were told that nearly everything had a surcharge. The complex is so misjointed.
The little pool is down a flight of steps, the all inclusive package was beyond a joke.
You have between 7 and 9 to get in or out or you are doomed.
There was one small row of about 8 choices of dire food and a island of cakes and a salad row. It is the worse food and selection I have ever come across.
The butter comes in big blocks for communal use, not the little packets you get everywhere.
The toaster broke so they replaced it with one 4 slice toaster for the whole place.

So then on to the all inclusive bars.
There is one in the main reception and one by the pool.
The pool one shuts early so basically of a evening you have the one bar with one staff member on. You end up giving up and going the off licence and buying some and going back to your room.
The entertainment is in a little area between the reception and pool so there's not enough space for people.
And you have to pass through it to get the bar, which by the way can also have ques because it's the only bar open.
You can also get people sitting at the bar so you stand in a queue then get served in between people sitting.
It's so awkward it's unreal, plus with only one bar staff as I said you end up giving up.
We have bought our own drinks and ate out 3 of the 4 nights so far and will carry on until we leave.
The beach is small and shingles and very rocky and slippery and not for kids.

People can sometimes just be grumpy moaners, but I'm not kidding when I say that had we not been moved I would've flown home straight away.
This is without doubt a nightmare of a place and I would
This place is a trickery of how they can save as much as possible from being a proper all inclusive.

I wouldn't stay here if it was free.

The only good thing was the whole mask covid charade has been dropped.

Day one arrived at the hotel to be met by the most unhelpful staff, rude staff, then to be given a room that was small and damp and looked like somewhere used as a late room, food on arrival set the same poor bland repetitive food throughout the 2 week stay, in what countries you would get left overs from the night before for breakfast I have no idea, pool is a health and safety issue to to broken tiles being covered with slabs, bricks in pool and not well cleaned, this was meant to be all inclusive but the never ending costs make it hard to believe. Air-conditioning broke for 24hrs. Sockets hanging out of walls, the outside bar serves poor quality drinks of all nature.Never again would I stay in this hotel as it completely ruined my holiday, to spend the first night in tears and look for flights home speaks volumes. I would kindly ask the management not to respond as they come out with the same answers and do not take action on putting things right, read all the reviews before booking.

This hotel could do so much better in so many ways … the owner needs to listen very carefully to negative reviews . This resort could be something special but at the moment it’s running on a 2 star resort . In brief very confusing set up different reports within a resort … lots of different restaurants and bars only depending on your colour wrist band you can only attend one of these ! / restaurants which are not inclusive although are attached to resort

… also multiple entrances to the resort hence anyone can walk in and use facilities as there doesn’t seem to be any security hence a safety issue . Pool bar only 1 main one During the day … I really dont know what to say … it’s shocking … concrete ugly small area around a rammed pool area full of empty plastic cups on the floor … 2 young girls serving the most dreadful cocktails from a metal machine that serves everything from several pipes … un drinkable warm flat drinks … wine also from a metal pipe not great …. Anything bottled or branded was extra … so was the towels … meals at restaurants on site was extra …so if you wanted someone to serve you a drink you pay .. I heard some rooms on resort were good size .. our room was very small .. single Formica wardrobe furniture .. and the shower well as you would expect old / basic / hostel style … You could have a fabulous place /experience here but it appears you are not looking after each individual who works to come away and enjoy a lovely relaxing experience on your beautiful island …. Please owner take heed

This is in no way, shape or form a 4 star hotel, far from it! Some of the reception staff could do with a refresher course in polite service, as some came across as just plain rude! We were unfortunately given the Kaktus restaurant, which offered plain, unappetising, unappealing and cold food every evening. After a written complaint, we were given Mama Rosie's restaurant which offered the same horrid food, just more variety of the same. We had to eat out most evenings. The reception staff wanted us to sign our complaint form acknowledging that they had taken action and we would not be seeking "further compensation". On refusal, the reception lady walked off, ignoring our attempts to speak to her and waved us away, as if dismissing us.

If you don't have your towel out by 08.00 (the first ones were put down at 05.30), you don't have chance of getting a sunbed in the concrete, hot, airless swimming pool area. One of the other pools you have to pay for because (according to management), "it had to pay for itself". Do yourself a favour and find the cabanas down on the beach towards the town for 15 euros a day.

The rooms were small, cramped and our suitcases had to be stored on the balcony. The beds were hard and we were given a single duvet cover for a double bed!

The drinks - what can I say? The white and red wine were undrinkable, (in the land of wine!), the soft drinks and cocktails were syrup and water. Only one staff member was on duty at each bar, and I had to wait 25 minutes at 11.00pm for a drink!

I would most definitely return to Croatia and Brac, but not to this hotel in a million years! It has much to learn from other all inclusive hotels.

It was the first time I’ve visited Croatia and I fell in love. Not only with it’s nature but mostly I got impressed by the people. Excellent hotel staff and service. They are extremely helpful, welcoming and kind. I had the opportunity to get know many amazing people working in the resort and I believe that friendships I made there will last. Anytime I needed help they were there to guide me and also had a lot of fun and inspiring conversations. They are all professional in their charge and the special treat I got during my whole stay made me feel like at home with my family. I’m so grateful and cannot wait to go back in the next season.
The rooms are clean and well equipped, very comfortable bed and easy access.
The all inclusive service gives much more than I imagined. Could enjoy delicious food and cocktails all the time. The restaurant, kitchen and bar team pay a lot attention for any need, always with a smile on their face.
The location is perfect, very closed to the beach, ferry port and the center is only a few minutes walking.
This hotel is the best choice for anyone who wants to spend an unforgettable holiday in the island of Brac.

Booked with Saga as all inclusive but in fact it's really part inclusive with niggling extra charges. To hire a beach towel they charge 15 euros when you can buy them on the local market for 10Euros. They charge 1.50 euros per day for the room safe. The info sheet we received on arrival sated rooms cleaned once per week but extra cleaning charge is 20 euros per day. In fact rooms were serviced daily except Sundays
Although self service waters are supposed to bring drinks to the table. We asked one evening when we managed to catch the eye of one of the few waiters and were told we have to get our drinks from the bar next door. We had to clear the table ourselves.
Asked for a non slip mat for the shower but were told they had none available but maybe one tomorrow. Shower is dangerously slippery for the elderly. Food is adequate but uninspiring.

This should not be classed as an all inclusive hotel. You had to pay for beach towels, bottled water, bottled soft drinks, no Sprite. Payment for other restaurants. Food in main restaurant was always cold. Payment needed for beach chairs and umbrellas. Beach bar you had to pay for. Music entertainment was horrendous. Very little wardrobe space. Had to pay extra for bedding change if needed more than weekly change of 20 euros

"Lots of people reserve sun loungers with their towels, even though it says not to. Some of the pools are an additional cost of 10 Euro a day"
