Wonderful alternative to hotel/resort accomodation. During Covid with children we did not want to be crammed into a small hotel room and the beach village was perfect. Lovely clean facilities, tidy well appointed cabins with air conditioning set in lovely gardens. Well located close to Supetar a picturesque 10 min walk along the waters edge, 5 min walk to not 1 but 3 large supermarkets so plenty of choice. Many restaurants in town. Pool was great for kids, beach great with plenty of shade if needed, sun loungers 25kn a day. Swimming shoes recommended as quite rocky getting in in parts like anywhere in Croatia - you can buy these from the local shops. We went to the main Waterman resort in town for a day but it was very busy around the pools so just spent the day on the beach infront of the resort which we enjoyed. There are a couple of laundry rooms with Washing machine and dryer available and even an iron/board if you ask the friendly cleaning staff. Arriving by ferry it was no problem to get one of many waiting taxis to the beach village. Wish we could have stayed longer to allow more time to explore island but for a week it was perfect.

An absolute gem of a place and perfect for us with our two young children.

The bungalows are compact but spotlessly clean. I saw a review saying that there wasn’t anywhere to put cases - under the bed was totally fine!

It’s feels safe and secure and they have literally thought of everything. We took our own travel cot as we’ve been places before where they have been old and battered but the cots we saw being delivered to other bungalows were immaculate. You can even hire pushchairs which we did for our 4 year old, as whilst the town is only a 15 mins walk away, it’s was a little too far there and back for him in the heat.

The pool is very rustic with an amazing view and my little boy loved the smaller pool which is the right depth and size for a 4 year old to play in without us having to hold his hand.

The restaurant does have a limited menu (I saw on another review) and it is quite slow for the food to be cooked, but you know it is fresh and it is so reasonably priced that it is worth the wait.

The beach is a little rocky in the shaded area for young children but there is another that is just a short walk away.

The staff are lovely and so helpful. Sanja, the Manager is a massive credit to the place. My little girl came down with chicken pox whilst we were there and she was absolutely amazing in getting us help ❤️

I’m not sure what it is like in the busier months of July and August, as in June we were lucky enough for it not to feel crowded, but we will be chancing it next year!

Our bungalow was spotlessly clean, comfy beds and aircon as well! The village has its own private beach where you can get a sun bed for 30 kuna per day, there is also a beach bar for soft drinks, beer, cider, lollies and ice creams. We booked with breakfasts included, you show your breakfast card every day. High praise for Tomo in the Sunset Bar & Restaurant, he was friendly, cheerful, attentive and super helpful. Excellent customer service. Thanks also to Ivana in reception who was great in dealing with our checkout and transfers. I can’t recommend this complex highly enough, housekeeping are excellent and are always emptying bins and giving you fresh towels. Had a great stay and will be back.

Just returned from a week at the Waterman Beach Village and can't thank them enough for a wonderful relaxed family holiday.
Our home was really clean, towels changed when they needed to be, bed sheets changed half way through our stay. The beds were comfy and having two bathrooms was brilliant as a family of 4. Our home was next to the camping ground and was really quiet, the terrace isn't overlooked and it was so lovely to enjoy some peace and quiet.
The pool area is small, a kids paddling pool and a deeper pool with beautiful views. We always managed to get a sun bed and it was never really busy.
We had breakfast included at the Sunset Point Restaurant and while the menu was small it was all delicious, I'd like to say a big thank you to Tomo who always remembered what we'd had the previous day and our preferred drinks order. He also served us our evening meal when we ate there one evening and was always super efficient and helpful.
It is a short walk, less than 5 minutes down to the small beach. Sun beds are 5 kuna a day and there is a small beach bar which did waffles as well as drinks and ice lollies. The beach is all stones so you need beach shoes but the water is incredible, I've never been anywhere where it is so clear.
It's approx 10-15 along the beach path to the town, Supetar is so beautiful with a choice of restaurants around the marina and further along the beach road towards the other beaches. The ice cream sellers are incredible, the choice of flavours was fantastic and at 10 kuna they're a lot cheaper than an ice cream at an English seaside town!
Overall we loved both the Beach Village and Supetar, we would recommend to everyone and wish we were still there!

This is a small cluster of holiday bungalows in a secluded location about 10 minutes walk from Supetar centre. There are two small pools with loungers which are large enough for a dip but also quiet, as there is a secluded beach nearby, plus a restaurant which does excellent breakfasts and very good evening meals. The Adriatic is pleasant to swim in, very clear and blue and usually calm, with a pier and swimming area just a short walk from the beach and more watersports in Supetar. There are many attractions and a wide range of restaurants in Supetar and a regular vehicle and foot passenger ferry to Split (14 times a day, there's usually one in sight at any time of day). The graveyard church and ancient villa remains provide a good sense of history, as do the local reminders of sculptor Ivan Rendić with scuptures upstairs in the town library. There is a haunting sculpture in the town of a WW2 resistor and concentration camp escapee. Lidl is 5 mins walk from the site. The quietness, excellent level of service and quality of bungalows (small but with TVs and good air conditioning!) and access to Supetar and Split make this a great place to visit.

We have just returned from 12 nights of what is the most relaxed and chilled holiday we have had for some time. The place is great and perfect for us as a family of 5. The site was constantly being maintained and cleaned and sheets frequently changed and fresh towels every day, we were very well looked after. Beach shoes are a must but can be bought pretty cheap locally. The on site restaurant is lovely and really reasonable so definitely pay a visit. We had transfers booked but was pretty easy to get to from the ferry. Town was a short walk so pretty easy to go get a bus or an evening meal out which again we found to be extremely reasonable. I was worried with some reviews saying about groups of kids and yes there was a number of groups staying in the camping part but they were very well behaved and not noticeable so don’t let the negatives out you off. Go on book you won’t regret it!

This is the most relaxing family holiday I have had. The chalets are set in a pine forest between olive groves. For a family of 4 the chalets were perfect with everything you need to be comfortable. Yes the pool is small but at times we were the only people there and my kids loved it. The kids club was great for the kids to have some time away from the pool and they had a great time. Towels were changed everyday and the facilities were kept spotless by housekeeping.
Lidl is a 5 min walk and there are another 2 supermarkets behind it. We liked Konsum for choice and value.
The port and Supetar was 10 mins walk along the seafront and had lots of restaurants and cafe bars to choose from.

Spent twelve nights in a two bedroom cabin, room only, at the Watermans Beach Village and really chilled out beautifully. We catered for breakfast from the nearby Lidl supermarket and strolled along the seafront path once a day to eat in a harbour side restaurant in Supetar, sometimes lunchtime, sometimes evening.
We slept, dozed or lazed in bed until lunchtime on many of the days since we were so chilled out even though our cabin was in actual fact close to the neighbouring road. The air conditioning meant we weren’t disturbed by noise from open windows but I think we would have slept through anything.
The transfer from Split airport was an experience in itself since having no porter facilities to help carry luggage onto the ferry was at first a little daunting. But when we went back to Split for a day out (without luggage) we noticed there was indeed a lift to negate the need to carry cases up three flights of metal stairs. Hence our journey back to the airport was a little easier. There was only a lift in one of the four corners of the ferry so it was something that you need to look for albeit easier said than done. The Split to Supetar ferries which run about every 90 mins are extremely busy and with so many car, vans and lorries going on board looking for the lift may be easier said than done.

Me and my partner Cathy couldn’t have chosen a better venue to stay. We booked through Jet 2 who are good as always but as this place is only 10-15 minutes walk from Ferry Terminal Supetar you can easily walk it if travelling light. The accommodation is clean and sufficient with 2 bathrooms with shower’s and toilets for each bedroom. It it set amongst lovely countryside and the sea and beach is a 2 minute walk down hill. The breakfasts are good and it has a bar and roof terrace with great views. Sonja the manageress and her staff are very friendly and very helpful. Sonja even arranged a local taxi firm Maxi Taxis to take us on an island tour at a very reasonable price. Thanks to Ivan’s our driver. What’s not to like about this place and Brac island. Supetar is lovely . Great harbour and bar restaurants everywhere. We took the local bus to several places like Suvitan and Milan. Loads of walks through pinewoods and Olive groves nearby. Perfect for cyclists with over 1000km of cycle tracks and only 15,000 inhabitants. This is the perfect place to stay and use as a base to explore this wonderful island. Thanks you Sonja and your team xxxx Stephen and Cathy

We stayed at Waterman Beach Village for 7 nights booked via Jet2, very clean, well maintained and perfectly equipped accommodation. Staff were excellent. Accommodation was cleaned daily with daily towel changes, all beds were fully changed mid week. Location perfect for a 5 minute walk to the beach or a couple of minutes walk to sit around the pool. Food available on site, had a lovely evening meal on our last evening. 15-20 minute coastal walk into Supetar, beautiful port town with lots of good restaurants. Highly recommend, for families or couples. You won't be disappointed.
