Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The basic room wasn’t great so we upgraded to one with partial sea view, which was lovely. The food was varied and delicious but never very warm. I mentioned this to the staff and the next night the plates had been warmed but the food was never served any hotter, which rather spoilt it for us, so we ate more salads instead. The pool isn’t very large and the water was very cold, so we only swam there once, but the sea was lovely, even in October. Nice, easy walk into town and we hired a car for a few days as the rest of the island is well worth exploring.

We arrived at the hotel on 9th August 2020 to be told we had been upgraded to a villa room overlooking the sea! We thought lovely. Upon entering the room it appeared ok at first, but the beds are hard, the sofa is uncomfortable, the shower hose leaked and the air conditioning unit is noisy but efficient. We went down to breakfast on the first morning and the waiting staff are so miserable, no smiles or good morning or how are you? They do not cater very well for the English visitors in regards to no English tea only herbal and I even asked a waitress for English tea to which she chose to ignore me like I wasn’t there and started talking to another lady who was obviously Croatian. The food in the buffet is not hot only warm. The beach is very rocky apart from the left hand corner which is quite sandy, this is the coastline in Croatia unfortunately. The hotel does not supply sun beds, people just lay their towels on the concrete so if you suffer from any ailments it’s not a good idea unless you can bring your own sun lounger😂. The small pool has some sun loungers but only a dozen and becomes very busy very quickly. On a good note the hotels gardens are lovely and set among Rosemary and lavender plants with flowers too. Resort is clean and tidy and in a good location. We went on a trip to krka waterfalls for my 50th birthday on 12th August and it was an amazing day out, but lots of walking so was very tired at the end of the day. We had a lovely meal down at the marina in one of the restaurants and was a perfect end to a perfect day. The weather was very hot, just what you need for a week away. We wouldn’t come back to this hotel but would definitely come back to Croatia.

Overal good hotel except for the fact we were misinformed or rather not informed at all about the transfer back to the ferry to catch our flight home. Despite the fact that we asked several times during the time of our stay, even the night before, nobody could give us correct information until 20min before the actual departure. We just got out of the shower and had not even packed yet so fair to say this was not our idea of a relaxing return as we almost missed our transfer and our flight because of this. The worst thing about it was the reaction of the lady (short dark hair) at reception who blamed us for this and completely denied the fact we asked many times before. Her smirky comment “run!” made us angry as she was basically laughing in our faces. Not the service you expect from a 4 star star hotel to say the least. When we said well you can check it on the camera that we were here for information just yesterday night she said with a smile on her face “the camera is not recording”. We also had extra costs because of this because we did not have the time to fill up the tank of our rental car and had to pay an extra fee. Very very poor service of this lady, she should not be in customer service. Also we took a half pension arrangement but the buffet, that was advertised as ‘fresh from the garden’ was really not good. The food was bland and there was hardly any choice. So sadly we ate out for the rest of our stay. Another dealbreaker was finding a dead rat on the hotels doorstep when we went out at night. Otherwise the hotel staff was very friendly and the location and private beach were beautiful even though it turned out you had to pay extra for the loungers on the beach. We will not be returning for the above reasons but if you enjoy being belittled and laughed at by the reception staff go for it.

We stayed for a fortnight at the resort in the main hotel, which is four stars. We absolutely loved the beautiful location and the resort. The resort has lovely gardens and is right next to the beach. Staff are helpful and friendly. Our room was cleaned to a very good standard. The one thing we we're disappointed about was that we couldn't order any food (or snack) between 10am and 7 pm. We were there in October, if you stay there during the summer this is probably not a problem. We particularly enjoyed the sunsets from the roof terrace.

this resort is suited for families with small children. theres the sandy beach nearby that visit also local families with kids. no relax there as you can only hear screaming children. the same at the hotels eatery-at breakfast and dinner. theres another rocky beach, more quiet, but you have to pay 15 euros for two beach chairs. old unfomfy beds, carpets in the rooms(!), poor cleaning service, no room bar refill. expensive resort without services. bad food at the beach bar. nice surroundings though, clean outside.

My stay in Labranda Hotel is really nice, the staff are very nice and very friendly and approachable especially the staff in the restaurant. Andrea and Tina welcome me with their wonderful smile and their jolly personality not only them but the rest or the staff.. The food is also nice.. The room is also clean and smells nice. The housekeeping staff are very nice too, they are always smiling and very hard working.. Overall my stay in Labranda Hotel is awesome and really exceeds my expectation.. to top it all the view of the ocean is very relaxing ..

I've been visiting resort for many years and I love it - a lot of Mediterranean plants, lavande, fig, the surroundings are really beautiful. The food is wonderful, it's been in the past, but this year it's exceeded all my expectations. The whole place was OK.

Bonjour, oui on peu changer l'argent à l'hôtel, mon amie l'a fait.
Nous avons pris une excursion dans un buro a Split,,, moins cher qu'à l'hôtel pour aller voir les cascades de Krka.
180kn pour le car (1h30) ét au parc 110kn l'entrée...
Pour faire le tour avec le bateau faut payée 100kn.
Nous avons pris le ferry, 66kn allée retour Supetar / Split pour prendre le car a Supetar pour Bol et voir sa super plage Zlatni rat... Joli Bol et bon promenade pour la plage...
