This was our first visit to a kinder Hotel, we travelled with a 3 year old and a 6 year old in late October. The amenities were great, super pool area with 4 slides, indoor waterpark for the smaller Kids, softplay area, outside Play area, mini Club with Pony rides etc. Surrounding countryside was very pretty and we were blessed... We visited the Kroller hotel for a week in August and had a wonderful week. We travelled from Munich by train and were met at nearby Zell am Ziller station by the hotel's people carrier to transfer us to the hotel which was really welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived at the hotel to the moment we left... More

We stayed here with our two children 5 yrs and 8 yrs for a week in March. It was our first time to Gerlos but our second time in a Kindhotel (we previously stayed in The Bar hotel in Serfaus). We had a lovely 3 bedroom apartment which was away from the main hotel so it was nice and peaceful.... More

Styed there in the beginning of March. It's not our first Kinderhotel, we'd stayed before in Alpenrose in Lermoos for a couple of times. And even though Alpenrose is absolutely perfect and luxury we found this hotel better for us now. First of all, it's not big and everybody - the staff, the owners remember you and really welcome you.... More

We have been here for a short trip. The hotel tries to mimic the successful Almhof hotel just across the street, in terms of: providing everything needed for children to have fun and for parents to relax. However, they come close to Almhof only with respect to the prices. Biggest shortcoming is service-orientation and friendliness. If there is a problem... More

Beautiful hotel with all the facilities you need. Spatious rooms. Spa and swimmingpool. Very good food. Ski rent at your doorstep. Small piste for kids around the corner. Because it it on the outskirts of Gerlos, you need to take the skibus to town or piste. Plus is ample parking facilities. But it goes everey 15 min. For families. If... More

We are currently staying in the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice and all staff very friendly and accommodating. The problem is the ski school (Almi's Ski School). We have travelled and experienced many ski schools. This has been so far the worse. We had five families traveling with us and we all ran into numerous issues. The classes... More

Good things first: The hotel's employees: the positive approach to their service was evident throughout our stay. The cleaners (spotless spacious rooms and bathroom, cleaned daily by efficient and very friendly staff), the service personnel (efficient and friendly during lunch and dinner), the children's entertainers (professional and friendly) and the person who tirelessly shovelled the snow in front of the... Not quite what their homepage promises. Watch out for things that trigger additional costs! Better to ask beforehand in writing if a feature is really important for your trip. The kids liked the soft-play room (although they really used it at the first day only), that's why I give more than one star. But we definitely won't go there again.... More

The parents and children's rooms were of a good size, quiet (although it was a children's Hotel), clean with very comfortable beds. The two bathrooms were also spotlessly clean. The rooms were cleaned daily. The food was also very good with a wonderful choice of warm and cold foods at breakfast. At lunch there was also a very good buffet... More
