At the last minute all domestic flights were relocated from Bandung to Kertajati airport newly opened that is almost 3 hours away! So I picked Fitra hotel as closest option that looked ok. Before getting there I sent two messages through booking.com and one direct email asking for them to organise transport to the airport. No replies at all which is extremely poor especially as the staff speak English well Our hotel in Batu Karas phoned them and organised it for us. Check in was fast and pleasant. Our room though smallish was ok and enjoyed the movie on the tv Bathroom was a bit tired and No Hot WATER We had a bars night sleep as they put us next to two single men who jammed their front door open with a rubbish bin and shouted all night The breakfast ommelette and potatoes were cold but there was a good variety Staff were nice though Also for westerners it says there is a bar but no alcohol here or any where else in town. Won’t be coming back

Stayed here with my family during lebaran holiday. I booked in advance via traveloka. Check in process was really fast and no need to deposit anything. Room size is quite small but decent and clean. Bathroom was in a decent size but clean with a limited amenities (soap bar, comb and toothbrush). No issue on hot water so it was nice as we arrived quite late. Breakfast was somewhat chaotic. I think they have short staff due to lebaran holiday (which I think the management can improve for next year). So when I came down for breakfast at around 9 am a lot of food were gone and we need to with for a while until they refill the food. The hotel has a cafe in front (which located in the same area for breakfast). The food was nice and it actually great to have some coffee to hangout in the night time. Overall it was a decent stay as there are not a lot of option to stay in Majalengka.

The hotel is neat, clean, my wife feels comfortable not wanting to leave the room. friendly staff "what's more the security staff, the female employee in front of the lobby smiles. The location is also strategically close to the city center of Majalengka, from alun-majalengka for only 5 minutes and the restaurant is 24 hours. It is suitable for those who go to Majalengka. Anyway everything is good, okay !!!! Thank you and gift Fitra hotel Majalengka :).

Next time I will come back and stay again, the staff was so nice, warm and friendly. The Internet connection was very good, and the movie in the tv was so rare in Indonesia. Good Job
