Do not stay in the standard hotel room as the room are so tiny, you'll think you're in Hong Kong instead of New Zealand, a country with abundance of land.100mb internet quota gets used up in 5min as devices now starts syncing and backing up the moment it connects to Wi-Fi. I thought we were sent back to the year...

Very spacious apartments that are value for money. Apart from some language barrier issues from the front desk the apartments are clean, spacious with new appliances. The location is very good, just a short walk from the town centre.

Stayed here for two nights. Place was comfortable and in a fantastic location. Next to town centre and close to Mt John observatory. Coffee table had crumbs and food on it and tea towel wasn't changed from guests before us. Not the end of the world but would expect more from a Peppers

Facilities here suited our 2 night stay with 2 kids under 5. Enjoyable surroundings and a warm comfortable unit. I got the the impression the rooms are starting to get a little tired and each room received the minimum amount of cleaning attention although kitchen surfaces, carpets and beds were good.

A luxurious stay in a well appointed suite. Clean, great view, quiet, warm and welcoming. It is on the upper end of the scale for price, but was worth every cent. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

So on our honeymoon traveling new Zealand, we had booked two nights in one of their rooms, so receptionist was borderline rude everything seemed to be an effort for her, the room wasn't a bad size for a hotel room, bathroom is big compared to room, TV was tiny and room was fairly dirty, stains on cover and sheet (including...

After a few action-packed days and the drive from Queenstown, we found our stay at the Peppers Bluewater Resort to be warm, relaxing and comfortable. We stayed at a standard double room, which was quite small (with a small hallway entrance) but had all the important luxuries that we needed - good-sized bathroom, large comfortable bed, SKY channels and good...

If you don't drive, don't stay here Bad directional signs and you have to lug your luggage across mud, grass and stairs After that you struggle to find the reception because the hotel is a huge complex with many blocks and poor direction signs After collecting your keys you again struggle to find your rooms The reception is not very...

This hotel was absolutely beautiful and saw us putting our feet up around the open front fireplace for the night. The views are spectacular and I would definitely recommend it. The only thing that was missing was our own personal spa / jacuzzi which would have been absolutely amazing! Also, as a traveler that doesn't use a phone while overseas...
