Booked 2 rooms at the hotel as we were attending a funeral in Dingwall - I have to say this was amazing, the owner and staff were super friendly and helpful - nothing was a problem and we felt as if we were at home, no stuffiness or fixed grins that usually happens in large hotels.... Hotel was exceptionally clean,...

Visited the hotel this week for evening dinner. This is one of the few hotels that I really enjoy visiting. The food was good, and the portions too. The staff were genuinely nice, great people to meet. I've been looking for a good place to eat in the Dingwall area, and I am so glad I have found the National....

In the centre of town, very handy for football ground. Our room was warm and comfortable, very clean. Shower was great. Owner/managers welcoming. We did not eat in the hotel but Locals told us the food is very good

There was an odd selection of furniture with a small mirrored dressing table with no seat, a single armchair (which didn't fit the table) and wardrobe. The...

We booked here and stayed for a night on our travels. We got a great welcome on arrival and went up to drop our bags in the room. The room was lovely and clean and had everything you would need in it. We popped into town for a few drinks then came back later for a meal. We both had...

This hotel, in the small area of Dingwall, was dissapointly average. The only features which made it an enjoyable experience were the hotel food, and the service by the waitress who was simply excellent at her job. The room was both cold due to a lack of real heating - there was a small electric heater but it smelt of...
