Easy check in and access from the (free) underground car-park into the hotel makes arriving by car very easy. We have stayed at this location a few times and enjoy having the separate lounge/kitchen/ diner and Bedroom. Transport is needed to get into Valencia city but there are a lot of restaurants very close and a very large supermarket a...

This was a comfortable apartment, located in the shopping area of Albufera. Surrounded by Ikea, Decathalon etc. Its a 2km walk to the station and then a quick trip into Valencia. It has a lot of pluses - Free parking, a nice Lidl around the corner, close to other megastores and a large shopping center. The downside was the lack...

Good location .... Clean rooms and underground parking for free ... Lots of shops nearby . Breakfast was horrible with a waitress which should not work in a hotel ... Unfriendly and inattentive .... Better don't serve breakfast or charge more for it and have a proper one

One of the best four-star hotels I've been couldn't have asked for a better place to stay at the same time. They would help solve any problem you had. They were also friendly and kind and advise you what to do if you were bored. The train station was a 15min walk from the hotel and takes 5mins on the...

As other reviews will advise, the complex is within an commercial shopping area. You do need a car and it is probably not the best place to take your family for a holiday. Having said that, the apartments and I presume the hotel are very well run, very spacious and very clean. The staff extremely helpful. The pools are brilliant. Superb...

The aparthotel rooms are really comfortable, the beds, the kitchen is well equipped. But the small flat floor was not really clean when we arrived; the other parts of the room were fine! The apartment has two rooms and also two baths, and a huge terrace. Really recommendable for families. The aparthotel is in the middle of a huge commercial...

We rented a "quad" apartment (Number 2014) which turned out to be on the first floor, with one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. The apartment had a very large terrace with a table and three chairs. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and one with a shower. The living room and the double bedroom have French windows...

Went there on work, the hotel isn't in the best place but have big and comfortable rooms friendly staff and very clean. One thing that must be improved is the breakfast. In overall on work is a very good hotel but for leisure the location isn't the best.

Its only a great location if you have a car or want to shop. It was perfect for us as it was only a base. The hotel is in a place that I can only describe as a kind of retail park. There were a lot of restaurants but they were open during the day until about 1400 then again...

It's hard to criticise a place when they are either not responsible for the problem and they try hard to put it right. Fundamentally this hotel is located in a suburb of Valencia in a retail park. The big issue on night one was a city party about 2 miles away that could have been heard on the moon. Constant...

“The apartment was absolutely amazing It was cleaned everyday. There were also many shopping complexes around and restaurants. There is also Lidl close by the apartment. They're facilities including the tennis court the 2 swimming pools and the gym and sauna were amazing. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.
