I stayed with a friend in a triple-bed room. It was basic and perfectly OK. I loved the "monsoon" shower! Breakfast was in the café/bar on the ground floor. It wasn't very well organised--it wasn't clear what was on offer or how to get served. But we seemed to manage. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. We found the...

Nice small hotel with great staff. First night I could not get a room but they made arrangements for a room at a competing hotel for the one night at a lower price. Walk everywhere from this location.

The hotel does not have its own car park but refers you to a paying indoor facility very close by. The accommodation is decently sized, clean, comfortable and centrally located. Staff friendly and helpful

We stayed here while walking the Camino. Close to Plaza Major, the Cathedral and downtown shops and restaurants. Room very clean, nice bathrooms, wifi, and good rate. Would recommend to others as a good place to stay - not luxury, but good basic hotel. Staff had been very nice, friendly, and helped with map and recommendations.

We were in the Altiana for a school visit with 17 children. The staff were very welcoming and flexible. Breakfast was toast, ham, cheese, bizcocho and croissants in a room that they had set aside for us. They put two rooms next to each teacher's room so it was easy to supervise the students. The hotel is right in the...

Friendly, family run hotel very convenient for the centre of the town as well the thermal waters. Important for us, it is very, very close to the Camino de Santiago. We left too early to comment on the breakfast at the hotel, but had a great coffee and toast just round the corner at Cafeteria Niza. Would stay at this...

The hotel is situated close to but a bit off the historical centre of Ourense, which makes it a good choice when wanting to avoid street noise (there is a club at the other side of the street, but we heard more from the elevator than from the club). As we came by train to Ourense, we weren´t looking for...

Nice employees in this hotel. My single room and the bathroom are nice but a little bit old. I know that the hotel has to be restored next month. Well located, in the center of the city. The cafeteria next to the desk reception is very convenient. And when I come there with my cup and my tea bag, they...
