Don’t expect much from the hotel food is cold all meals no matter how long ago they put the dishes out, could be easily fixed by heating plates or just putting food out faster Hotels food and entertainment isn’t built for British people, hot dog sausages and undercooked eggs for breakfast, you’ll end up living off bread the whole time you’re here Entertainment and all inclusive drinks stop at 11 so expect to pay afterwards Hotel is good location and has some good views but few changes are needed to make this worth a trip back, pool bar only open 3 hours a day so have to go ground floor to get a drink to take to the rooftop

Only one thing positive:the hotel was close to the beach. Starting with the room:the bed was unconfortable, two single beds one near another,so if i wanted to get closer to my husband,i fell between the beds:) the bathroom constantly smelled like pee,and when we arrived, the baththub wasn’t cleaned.it was dirt in it and hair from other persons.even it was a safe in the room and we had all inclusive,if we wanted to use it we had to pay.regarding the wi-fi,it was 2 options:one that allowed you to use limited apps.and another that allowed you to use more apps, like youtube~for which,of course,we had to pay. What they think “all inclusive” means: one type of coktail/day that is for free.beer, water, coffee( horrible one) and another 2 types of some drinks like a sangria they said, but with syrup, not fruits. If we wanted to take water in the room for the night,of course we had to pay.all the free drinks were free until 11 pm.after that,we payd for everything. And what is also good to know...very few young people in the hotel. In conclusion, not a good choice if you have expectations to find quality here. So,for us,it was the first and the last time we chosed this hotel.Sorry for the review, but I would like to find a realistic opinion before choosing this hotel, too. In my opinion,it deserves about 2*.

Me and my boyfriend stayed for 10 nights all inclusive, lovely hotel, I would definetely pay for sea view as you wouldn't like a view of flats/houses at the back, the sea view is worth paying for!! Room was spacious but the wall is so thin you can even here people next door's conversation so clear or even their phone going off its that thin! Food was nice variety of different foods but it being cold was a let down! Amazing view from the rooftop. I would say maybe the drinks are a bit watered down. Bed was comfy, hot shower, rooms were cleaned really well by the lovely cleaners that always says hello and knocks when they know you're in the room to see if its ok to clean (always doing a great job). Hotel always looked clean, I loved the coffee machine that was included for all inclusive guest as I'm a huge coffee drinker. Loved the breakfast they had the pancakes were delicious and bacon!! Staff were okk I wouldn't say we bonded with anyone as we normally do on holiday, some came across rude but luckily I don't take anything to personal or seriously. Air con in the room, tv, hairdryer and a fridge which was included and handy, all worked well! The area was spot on pleanty of shops/restaurant/pubs/bars. A very nice bar on the beach opposit the hotel, always busy and lovely food/drinks. Picnic was available in the hotel which was handy if you were going out or aiport (home) but needed to be booked before 7pm night before which was fair enough in order for them to prepare. Overall was a lovely relaxing holiday, you get what you've paid for with his holiday which is fair I think!

Just come back from this hotel. Very shabby hotel definitely not a 4 star. Would not visit again!! Manageress of the dining room Was very rude as were some of the chefs. Food was lukewarm hardly any vegetarian options for my son and grandchildren. Chef refused to cook my grandchildren a vegetarian pizza whilst cooking pizza anyway. However bar staff and cleaners were lovely.

Just spent 10 days at Pineda palace and thoroughly enjoyed the experience room was lovely wasn’t expecting much with 2 adults and 2 teenagers but the room was spacious wow what a view, I didn’t pay for a sea view but got a sea view we were room 616 overlooking the ocean and above the terrace, was it noisy at night yes but there was a festival going on in Pineda all week and the noise from the entertainment and bars on the beach but was all part of experience and didn’t bother us. The food was lovely and varied although sometimes the hot dishes were a little cold but nothing the microwave didn’t put right, drinks card system confusing at first but good choices of local spirits wines and beers and good measures, staff were really great and a shout out to Victor on the bar who’s sense of humour was hilarious. Was it a 4 star superior? Yes I think so I. There are lots of shops and restaurants about we ended up going to Rembrandts up the road for a game of pool most nights which the kids loved. The train to Barcelona is €10 return and straight forward also we had a excursion to a medieval and Spanish night which was €20 if you are AI which includes 2 shows meal (which you have to eat with your hands) and drinks well worth it. There is a little train that takes you callela where the shopping is fantastic all in all the hotel and resort were amazing
