She tried to open the door whilst in the floor and full of blood, no one of the cleaners helped or called for help. The REAL review. Food s average, but my two children 10 and 13 years old loved it. And loved the in between meals snacks they had. Nothing but hamburgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, and fries. Service was good, but if you speak Spanish. Service is a 5 overall IF you speak Spanish. If you do not speak Spanish service is a... More

We only booked to be with family who had pre-booked, but reviews kind of gave me an idea of the place. We booked a sea view room and had a very big bed, it must have been a queen size. My 3 year old son had a double bed in the room. The room was kept clean and of a... More

We were the only English people there and other than 3 of the bar staff who appreciated that we tried to speak the language, all of the other guests were served before us! Very basic rooms and no one was really very friendly. Because of the air conditioning in the restaurant, the food was mainly cold. The hotel was situated... More

The hotel is not a four star hotel. We stayed here for one week in the beginning for July. The hotel itself is nice and has a good standard, but please check the air-condition in your room before checking in. The pool area is great and it has a lot of sun beds. What really brought the whole experience down... More

We had read a little about this hotel before arrival, but decided to make up our own mind. At first, as others has said. The hotel has a really impressive look when you arrive. The hotel is very stunning as we approached from the road. Inside everything is smart and very clean. Our room had a complementary fridge and safe [I've had to pay extra for these at other 4 start hotels]. The staff were all very pleasant too. The hotel appears to be a Spanish hotel that Spanish people holiday at. It was... More

“On some sites you can pay extra to have a sea view but every single room faces the sea. If you're not bothered about views and have a pram/pushchair, it's best to get a room on the 1st floor as the lift can take a long time so you can just carry it up one floor and the staff are willing to help.”
