Everything you would expect from a four-star all-inclusive.
The complex is very large, you have plenty of places to have a beer or a tapa. In beer and spirits they have recognized brands, regarding tapas, they simply have an approved quality.
The quality of the buffet is fair, and they make up for it, giving you some dinner in a theme restaurant that they have where you dine much better. In terms of variety it is quite good, except in the grill area where every day you will eat hamburgers, pork loin and chicken breast.
The pool is huge, and the water is usually clean, not like the floor of the pool, no matter what time you go there is always sand, stones, etc. The water also gives off a strong smell of bleach, and it is so salty that when you do Aqua gym and it splashes in your eyes, you lose the desire to continue with the gymnastics.
The rooms are good, the bathroom is comfortable but I missed some of the amenities, and I didn't like the hand soap and body gel dispenser. The big drawback of the bathroom is undoubtedly that it does not have any ventilation, nor an extractor fan or anything.
I traveled with my partner and we had an 80 meter bed for each of us, but with the issue of pillows I was not comfortable: one pillow was too low for me and two were too high, and since they don't have a pillow menu, well you have to adapt. I missed some plugs on the nightstands, in my room all the ones that existed were on the TV cabinet. And you have a nice little balcony with a clothesline and some chairs to have a cigarette. And finally, say that you have at your disposal Air Conditioning and Ceiling Fan.
In animation, every day there is a show, there are even days when there are two shows and they separate them into two different stages. You will like some more than others, but in general the level is good. Regarding the entertainment activities, I can only comment on the Aqua gym, where you have a good time and there are good instructors. I don't give an opinion on the rest of the activities because they are overcrowded and lose their appeal.
Lastly, I would like to say that the reception staff was very kind to us, as were the vast majority of waiters.
My feeling with this Hotel is that you don't know whether to return next year or take the risk of finding something that you may like more or that you may like less, because in my opinion this Hotel fails in the same way that all hotels of this style fail. .

This is the second time I've been to this hotel. In general everything very well room cleaning meals animation just put a but being the second time I go I see that they still do not remedy. Depending on the nights you stay you are given dinner in the themed restaurants that have 4 apart from the main buffet. And then when you've sold out dinners you get a repeat because this is where I go for you to offer that if you can never repeat. You must have eaten the ones that give you insurance and only let you go book the day you go to dinner and for half an hour from 6:30 to 7 I seem to remember always tell you that everything is taken from 8 to 10. Well, can't it be that I peek at 8:00 a.m. at the 4 restaurants and there's no one at dinner who happens to cancel it? I don't think you shouldn't offer the rerun when it won't be possible. Then the quality of the olive food (I know you have reformed it) especially the angus burger I ordered it to the point they brought me raisin and the previous year it was with caramelized onion goat cheese we go very elaborate and this year a slice of chedar and baicon that they put at breakfast I wanted to eat that burger because I was very satisfied the previous year and it disappointed me a lot. Otherwise quality in other buffet restaurants all day food ice drinks etc all very good brands and quality. Another thing I don't understand is that in the buffet restaurant I put third beer in a bottle and in the bars they only put the fifth bottle. If I can, I'll be back.

Pros: the aquatic area for children , our 4 year old son to love despite the water was quite cool but good if you want it is a bit the principle of a pool to cool off so here is:) another positive point: the cleanliness of the room for me I have nothing to say , another positive point: the proximity to the sea / beach very close Cons: the variety of meals and the quality of meals was not worthy of a 4 star .. then the noise in the evening in the corridors .. to access meals whatever the morning after or evening a monster queue .. I have never seen it in all the hotels I could do and there also an extreme noise .. also to have a deckchair you have to get up very early if not good courage .. you were supposed to be on holiday and not in stress to eat and have your place at the pool .. they are not able to accommodate all the people they think they can have , the rooms yes but not the complex .. in the evening the animations then I put the score of 1 out of 5.. every evening almost music in Spanish .. in the same day the animations will not come to warn you or look for you to participate and if you do not speak Spanish or a little English and bah will have to cope as we could do with hands or phone .. to have your place in the evening at the animation it is the same go 3 hours before .. they are really not able to accommodate so many people .. we were a little disappointed .. I do not say hotel to flee absolutely but I do not return to France advising him to my family or friends .. thank you

We came to the sister Hotel last year Zoraida gardens and had a lovely stay so we thought we would return again.

Instead we was put in the Zoraida park honestly the rooms are nice and have 2 double beds pushed together, there is enough room for 2 adults and 2 older boys.
The cleaner was in daily to make the beds or change the towels, they did not remove rubbish or glasses and wouldn't even look at you if spoken to, even though we did try to speak the language as much as we could.

I had a fall on our first day as they are constantly cleaning the concrete outside the hotel and putting no signs up, I badly landed on my knee and spent the first 4 days of my holiday in agony, there was no signs up to warn you and we was just dismissed by Reception when we tried to complain.

Food is okay always something to eat every night but is bland, the restaurant staff are helpful even when rushed off there feet.

There are two restaurants that you can use on the All inclusive band but they both offer the same food, there are 3 other restaurants including Asia but you have to pay extra to visit here.

There are 4 bars for drinks throughout the day and night and most of the staff are very friendly especially the men, the women just ignore you unless you are Spanish.

Kids clubs are only available to Spanish kids they have different activities throughout the day but no chance if you are English, I witnessed one lady asking why her English child couldn't take part and she was told they are for Spanish only.
The animation team seem very nice again especially the men but the women just look right through you.

Swimming pool - opens at 10am you are allowed nothing in the pool I.e balls, water guns or inflatables again unless you are Spanish. I had two very upset children wondering why Spanish kids could have them but they couldn't.

I witnessed on numerous occasions the Spanish taking drinks into the water and standing in large groups but if an English person went near the water with a drink the lifeguard was straight over to warn them!

Receptionist in the park Hotel needs to spend more time helping customers then fliting with the security guard.

As I previously mentioned we came here last year and yes did feel like the English was treated differently but this year is on another level.

We paid TUI a fortune to come here and was treated like a total outsider who was not welcome. We will not be returning and recommend others do not come here!

Whilst some of the negative reviews are true about the wrist bands and it mainly being Spanish tourists we could not really fault this hotel.
The hotel itself is beautiful, big and very clean.
The staff that we experienced were very friendly.
There are more than enough sun beds. If you have small kids and need to be right next to the pool then I agree this may be a problem but everyday we managed to get 9 sun beds all together, sometimes as late as 1045am.
There are queues to get in the main restaurant at certain times and after the first day we realised Spanish eat later than English. Breakfast is 8-11am. The queue started at around 0920. We went before this time and didn’t queue once. Lunch is 130-4pm. Queues started at 215pm so we went in at 130pm. Evening is 730pm until 10pm. No queues if you go in the first hour of it opening. Food is average but not one of us were ever left hungry. Full salad bar, pizza, fries, differing stews and fresh cooked meat on offer every day. Some appealing, some not so. A few nights I gave the live cooking a miss but others I went back for seconds. Although the drinks offerings were different there was still Estrella on tap served in pint glasses (plastic during the day), local spirits which were very strong and poured in huge measures, wine, cocktails and ample soft drinks.
The pools are salt water but as mentioned in a previous review, you get used to. Take goggles to keep the kids happy! The beach is literally outside the back gates of the hotel. There is a small shop next door supplying basics and a few small gift shops. 15/20 minute walk you will find more shops, cafes and a tobacco shop. For smokers, there is a cigarette vending machine in one of the cafe bars opposite the hotel.
The rooms are small but we only used them to wash and sleep. We opted not to have our room cleaned during our stay but everyday the cleaner left a black bag outside the door with fresh towels and toilet roll.
We took the bus to the grand plaza shopping centre which stops outside the hotel. €12 euros for 9 people.
Your holiday is what you make of it. We studied how the Spanish work and worked around them which suited us just fine and we all had a fantastic holiday.

My wife and I booked All Inclusive and stayed for 7 nights from 08 to 15 Oct 2023.

The hotel is really nice, in a good location although nothing much going on immediately outside of the hotel. However there is a long promenade you can walk along around 3miles each direction. It has large grounds around it with salt water pools, great area especially if you have children, large safe environment, with life guards. Plenty of sun loungers, the pool snack bars served all types of drinks including crisps, snacks, ice creams included.

We paid extra when booking for a sea view balcony room, our room was on the 5th floor, it was large with great views.
For the room safe you have to pay 12 euro (plus 20 euro deposit), and 10 euro deposit to hire beach towels.

The beach is on its backdoor, easy to access from the hotel gardens, it’s not sandy, has very small stones, immaculate.

Main restaurant had a good variety of food every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner it also had a live cooking station with specials of the day options depending on time of day. The staff serve you tea /coffee / alcohol / soft drinks etc. at your table.

Mediterranean restaurant served snacks and lunch, you need to reserve a table and pay for evening meals.
Carlos Italian restaurant served snacks and lunch, closed in the evening.
They have an Asia restaurant it was closed during our stay.

We booked All Inclusive and had black wrist band and felt no need to upgrade to All Inclusive Plus orange wrist band for top shelf alcohol etc.

Entertainment was mainly in Spanish, we liked it, remember you are in Spain!
Lots of Spanish tourist, no problem at all for us, what are they not allowed to holiday in Spain!

All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful some having limited English but it was much better than our knowledge of Spanish and no problems for us.

We were the last tourist to leave the hotel at around 17.30 on Sun 15 Oct.
It was closing straight after we left, but they continued to serve food and drink until 16.00 which was fine by us.

If you want a holiday to relax, eat, drink and not do much else then this hotel is ideal.

Where can I start. I was sceptical as other reviews were not the best. I booked with an open mind and thought that maybe some people couldn't be pleased.

When writing this review, I have not been here yet 1 full day and am already ready to go home.

Arrived at the hotel checking in was simple with no issues. When checking in, it was made clear that the loss or removal of the wrist band came with a 10 euro charge, as did the towels for the sunbeds.

The room itself was very basic, not in my opinion 4 * the fridge didn't work. No kettle for making a drink. Allocated towels were 1 hand and 1 bath towel no additional towel for hand washing.

Not all inclusive as specified either as certain restaurants were only available to British tourists during the day with an additional charge at night with is not applicable with a wrist band that is orange.

Buffet restaurant is by far the worst I have seen and eaten. Witnessed a staff member move food with her hands pork wearing blue gloves to then touch serving spoon handles for vegetables then to move desserts with sane gloves and didn't bat an eyelid pushing the trolley back to kitchen.

Food cold and had to be heated in a microwave.

Will absolutely not return here don't waste your money.

Firstly we arrived to our room and was very pleasantly surprised to have a sea and pool view. The rooms are small but clean. We were a family of 3 and the room had two double beds which are hard and uncomfortable and there is little room to move around.
There is a mini fridge in the room but this isn’t kept stocked. We took water bottles with us and topped them up from water fountains that are found in reception and by the bars.

Food - the main Buffett is indoors, and gets very busy and loud (think canteen). There was only 2 al a carte restaurants open during our visit, the Mediterranean which was really poor and basically the same food you can get off the Buffett and the Italian which was much better. The Buffett was hit and miss, sometimes the food was cold and was repetitive but we found the salads to be really fresh and we did always manage to find something to eat. We usually went to the Italian and Mediterranean for lunches and took the food back to our sun beds instead of sitting in the main buffet. For our child it was slightly more difficult and she ended up having chips most evenings.

Most staff we helpful and polite, and the drinks were good. Having gluten free beer was great and crisps, ice lollies and ice cream was also available.

The swimming pools are salt water, which we didn’t mind. Yes the pool was chilly but you soon warm up! By the slides there are plenty of lifeguards watching the children which was reassuring and in the main pool there was some activities during the day. There are plenty of sun beds and didn’t find any of them being reserved at the crack of Dawn.

Overall the holiday was cheap and cheerful and we didn’t have any major complaints.

Here I share my very disappointing experience: we booked a four-day stay at this four-star hotel, of which there are two left over. In the room there was just enough space for the beds and little else.
Mattresses as stiff as a rock and deflated pillows.
The shameful air conditioning issue, better take a fan from home because wow...
The buffet was by far the worst I have ever been to, dinner was sota horse and king, and breakfast was exactly the same every day, and of poor quality.
The outside needs someone on hand because the hammocks dawn just as the clients leave them the day before.
It's better not to talk about the slide joints, they leave your back feeling confused and it's cheaper to buy the swimsuits in bulk because you end up with a huge hole no matter what.
The only good thing is the very nice lifeguards and free water everywhere.
In short, for the same price you can go to other hotels in the area with much better quality.

Just arrived back home after a week here, the place is far too big and rammed with people. This is mainly a Spanish hotel and the staff didn’t seem to cater for anyone other than Spanish people. Kids entertainment day and night was all In Spanish and they didn’t translate in English so the activities only seemed full of Spanish children as no English children knew what they was doing. The pools are salt water which completely stung your eyes. They do not cater for vegetarians which was a complete nightmare. 2 different coloured wrist bands which we didn’t realise until we tried to get a bottle of beer and they said we couldn’t because we had a blue wrist band and not an orange one, we asked what the difference was as when we booked it there was no option for different wristbands. Turns out the orange one was the better one and it only seemed to be Spanish people with it. Be prepared to get up and fight for a sun-bed which was absolutely ridiculous. There is a beach just outside but it is small stones so kills your feet. Rooms was small and full of dust and had plug sockets hanging out of the walls. Staines on pillows and duvets. Cleaners came everyday and made up the beds but they didn’t change towels or bedding regularly. The rooms never got swept the whole week we was there and thick dust under the beds. Couldn’t watch tele in the room as the only English Channel was a French news Chanel in English. Paying a deposit for towels is normal but to change your towels regularly was 1 euro each time which is a joke. There is a total of 4 restaurants and the buffets but you could only book 3 restaurants which is ridiculous. The evening entertainment wasn’t very entertaining as it was the reps miming to Disney songs in spanish or other Spanish songs. There was a nice little town about 7 minutes walk which was full of nice little shops. First holiday after covid and was very disappointed and would never return.
