To us a lovely hotel. Most of the reviews have a truth to them All the Spanish had orange bands , we could have one for €140 each (for premier drinks , restaurant and room safe.). Great cleaners and clean room with fridge . Food was varied but steaks and anything from the hot grill was spot on Entertainment was mainly Spanish but some songs were in English Caught the bus twice for the Grand plaza and market As we aren't walkers the hotel was not close to anything The TV was mostly Spanish BUT asked at reception and they put 2 English news channels on for us.. Pools where good with the slides(noisy) and calm by the stage And lastly was told could only order 3 drinks at a time otherwise get reduced to half board..The bar staff cannot know this as trays of drinks was commonplace

My wife and I booked All Inclusive and stayed for 7 nights from 08 to 15 Oct 2023. The hotel is really nice, in a good location although nothing much going on immediately outside of the hotel. However there is a long promenade you can walk along around 3miles each direction. It has large grounds around it with salt water pools, great area especially if you have children, large safe environment, with life guards. Plenty of sun loungers, the pool snack bars served all types of drinks including crisps, snacks, ice creams included. We paid extra when booking for a sea view balcony room, our room was on the 5th floor, it was large with great views. For the room safe you have to pay 12 euro (plus 20 euro deposit), and 10 euro deposit to hire beach towels. The beach is on its backdoor, easy to access from the hotel gardens, it’s not sandy, has very small stones, immaculate. Main restaurant had a good variety of food every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner it also had a live cooking station with specials of the day options depending on time of day. The staff serve you tea /coffee / alcohol / soft drinks etc. at your table. Mediterranean restaurant served snacks and lunch, you need to reserve a table and pay for evening meals. Carlos Italian restaurant served snacks and lunch, closed in the evening. They have an Asia restaurant it was closed during our stay. We booked All Inclusive and had black wrist band and felt no need to upgrade to All Inclusive Plus orange wrist band for top shelf alcohol etc. Entertainment was mainly in Spanish, we liked it, remember you are in Spain! Lots of Spanish tourist, no problem at all for us, what are they not allowed to holiday in Spain! All the staff were very polite, friendly and helpful some having limited English but it was much better than our knowledge of Spanish and no problems for us. We were the last tourist to leave the hotel at around 17.30 on Sun 15 Oct. It was closing straight after we left, but they continued to serve food and drink until 16.00 which was fine by us. If you want a holiday to relax, eat, drink and not do much else then this hotel is ideal.

Before I start I would just like to mention that the hotel itself was really nice and the pools were amazing. I like how it’s private and cut off from the beach but also that it’s really easy access if you decide you want to go to the beach as well . Only downfall about the beach is that it’s not proper sand it’s stones which we didn’t mind and I love that there are showers to just wash yourself off from the stones and pebbles. When we first arrived we had to check in to which there must of been about 20-30 family’s checking in with only 3 staff on the desk. After a good 20-30 minute wait as we was last to get our luggage, we finally reached the desk to which all we got was hand over our passports, she then scanned them, gave them back and then finally gave us a piece of paper with information about the hotel and our room key with the number and sent us on our way without giving us a chance to ask a question of what floor our room was on and she just walked round into the back room. Other staff members were busy and we couldn’t even ask them. We got to the lift and had to ask a cleaner to which she didn’t even barely speak a word of English we just pointed to the room Number and she said the 5th floor. The room was spacious for 2 people as we did pay extra for a bigger room but no water was given to us in the room and if we wanted some we would have to find our own from the shop down the road. No staff speak English at all, we totally understand we went to a Spanish country but seeing as TUI recommended this place and reviews looked okay we thought it would be fine especially for two people who don’t really know much Spanish only thank you and please and hello and goodbye. The basics. But even when we tried to understand staff were so so rude. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable from the looks staff would give us and other family for even speaking English or trying to speak Spanish. I think this resort should be taken off the TUI website or labelled a Spanish resort. Even other guests who were Spanish was rude. The food was absolutely disgraceful, barely anything for us to eat bar chips and crappy burgers that tasted disgusting only good thing was bread and breakfast in the morning but dinner time we struggled a lot it was all fish fish every night and we hate fish nothing at all inclusive seeing as it’s labelled a buffet that’s international. Even the pizza had tuna on it. Luckily we found an app to order McDonalds on and dominos because otherwise we wouldn’t have ate anything. Even if we tried to complain to staff they didn’t understand a word not even the manager which is appalling. I have been to many all inclusive hotels and this is the worst I’ve ever experienced in my life and I wish I could get the money back for what we paid seeing as we didn’t even eat any of the food they had to offer. I would come back to the town as it was lovely just not that resort. Few other things was that we would have to pay extra £140 for the week which isn’t on the tui website and we wasn’t even told when we got there so we thought we could eat at this Italian Mediterranean and Asian restaurant but no only in the daytime and the Asian restaurant was closed and so did the Italian place. The sister hotel had a club in it and an indoor pool to which half way through our holiday the hotel had closed so we couldn’t even experience that. All of the entertainment was in Spanish even though there was plenty of English children around. There is way more I could complain about but it would just be getting too deep about it. I just believe this should be taken off tui or labelled a Spanish resort. Luckily me and my partner did enjoy ourselves by the pool or at night having a drink. We even loved walking along the beach at night and visiting the towns. The grand plaza was great too only a 5 minute drive to which we got a taxi for 5 euro. And they had lots of shops like a big supermarket were you could buy small foods to snack on in the day and suncream which wasn’t expensive like the small shops around the hotel. They had a primark, zara, Pandora lots of other clothing shops. Also a Taco Bell, kfc, McDonald’s and Burger King etc. definitely wouldn’t recommend and definitely will not be returning. I wouldn’t even label this as 4 star maybe 2 and a half.

The Hotel grounds are extensive and they have invested in a large amount of sun beds so its always easy to find a spare bed without patrolling the pool at 7am. Its a great hotel for the kids to have a free run in a large safe environment and food and drink are more than adequate for an all inclusive hotel.

Was very concerned about the reviews, but feel those people were at a different hotel. Room lovely, wooden floors, clean towels every day - even though we put them back on the rack. Beautiful views. Restaurant busy but always a sear. Food good choice everyday including chocolate fountain. Some food combinations were a bit strange but still very good. Prompt drink service in restaurant, wine good. Sunloungers plenty. Pool bar quick service, packets of crisps, bowls snacks and walls ice creams included with black band. Felt no need to upgrade although the offer was there, no drinks watered down. Entertainment was in Spanish but you are in Spain! Spanish were loud, but they travel in large family groups, no problems with them at all. Would go again but doesn’t seem to be offered for next year.

We travelled to this hotel in the august just gone, we arrived at the hotel and could immediately see the hotel was in desperate need of a renovation. I’m writing this review because we do not want any other family to waste their money and be so unhappy here as we were. The appearance of the hotel alone was exceptionally tired and going off of the number of other holiday goers we spoke to throughout the week, we were not alone in the opinion that for this hotel to be in any way considered as a four star is laughable. To start with the room, it was was covered with dust, dirt, and mould throughout and the carpets were filthy and grimy. Our air con leaked all through the night and left a massive puddle in the middle of our room which was not dealt with by the staff. We complained and moved rooms because of the extensive mould since we had our son with us who suffers from asthma. However, the room we were moved to was even worse. You had to pay for the safe and the most shocking part of the second room we is that there was no running water, neither hot nor cold so in the mornings we were not even able to carry out basic tasks such as brushing our teeth. The water was only on at certain times and if everybody in the hotel was using the water it would just be pot luck whether your room had any or didn’t. We of course informed the Tui rep of these issues and were warned not to complain to the front desk. The reason for this is that other families there in the week we visited had been chucked out of the hotel for complaining about the poor standard and so we could not speak to reception (who we had already had a poor experience with) in fear of us being asked to leave and having no alternative place to stay. For an apparent ‘four star hotel’ you’d think you’d be able to communicate with reception without being warned of the possible threat of removal. However what I will say is that the TUI rep was helpful and tried his best but unfortunately his hands were tied from the lack of co-operation from the hotel. The quality of the food was a massive issue and whilst we can appreciate that people have different tastes in food we can’t see how this food would have been able to satisfy any family when the puddings being served were quite literally mouldy apples. The food options were very limited and was always served at a lukewarm or cold temperature. There was no option to go to alternative places around the hotel because the hotel was set alone from any places nearby. The queues to get into the food area were astronomical, at any main food times the queues could be seen going out of one set of doors, through the entire lobby, and then back out of another set of doors. The food was just one more part of the hotel that was just not acceptable for a 4 star, this hotel at best could be considered a poor and very tired 3 star. There is a segregation between the hotel guests too. If you are booking and are English then you will not be offered the chance to pay for an orange wristband that the Spaniards are offered. There are an apparent six other restaurants at the hotel but without these wristbands that are offered exclusively to Spanish travellers, you are unable to even pay to eat at these other restaurants in the hotel, something that makes you feel like a second class citizen and something that is crucially missed out from the information when booking this hotel. Really, this hotel is for Spanish people and foreign or British tourists are just in no way welcomed by the hotel. The sun beds are all orange from age with cigarette docs scattered all around where tourists are walking and the entire pool area is just very dirty so in the end our family instead went to a nearby beach which, desperate from the hotel, ended up being the nicest part of our trip. Each towel was a €10 euro deposit and you then have to pay more to change it for a clean towel. This hotel was easily the worst place we have stayed as a family , so much so that we seriously considered booking flights to come home early but having travelled with another family felt we should just make the most of the holiday as much as possible. It’s unacceptable that this hotel is still advertised by TUI and I can only hope that this review stops any would be holiday makers from being sorely disappointed and for lack of a better word being scammed by this hotel. Save yourselves the money and the time and just book elsewhere!!

Dear valued guest, We appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your stay with us, and we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you encountered during your visit. Please allow us to address the issues you've raised. Firstly, we are deeply disappointed to learn that the condition of your room did not meet the standards we aim to provide. Cleanliness and maintenance are of utmost importance to us, and your experience falls short of our usual high standards. We have already begun reviewing and addressing the areas that require renovation and improvement. We are also concerned about the air conditioning issue you encountered and the lack of prompt action by our staff to resolve it. We genuinely apologize for any discomfort you experienced due to this situation. Rest assured, this matter will be thoroughly investigated to prevent such incidents from happening in the future. Regarding your concern about the water supply, we understand the importance of having consistent access to water. The situation you described is unacceptable, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during your stay. We are taking steps to ensure this problem is rectified immediately, so future guests do not face similar issues. We are glad to hear that our TUI representative was helpful during your stay. However, we understand the frustration regarding the limitations faced by our guests due to the lack of cooperation from the hotel. We will work closely with the representative to address such challenges more effectively. Your feedback about the quality of the food and the limited variety is concerning. We understand the importance of offering a diverse and satisfying dining experience, and we are committed to enhancing our food offerings to meet the expectations of all our guests. We would like to address your concerns about the wristband situation and any perceived segregation between guests. We do not discriminate against any nationality, and we aim to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. Customers staying through the TUI agency have booked the Silver All-Inclusive package, and those who have done so through our website have the Gold All-Inclusive package. Furthermore, if you wish, you can upgrade your package to Gold at the reception or before your arrival at the hotel. We are disheartened to hear about the cleanliness issues around the pool area, and we will be working to improve our maintenance and cleanliness standards to ensure a pleasant and hygienic environment for our guests. Once again, we apologize for the negative aspects of your stay and thank you for your feedback. We take all your comments seriously, and your insights will help us make the necessary improvements to better serve our guests. We sincerely hope that you might consider visiting us again in the future so that we can provide a more enjoyable experience. We appreciate your review as an opportunity for growth and change. Warm regards,

We have just got home from a week at Evenia Zoraida park. Read all the reviews and was so worried about or holiday. I didn't need to be. Yes it a Spanish Holiday resort and hotel. Full of Spanish people. They are very loud, and abrupt. It's just their way. They are not rude it's just their way. Room was ok, service at check in smooth. We upgraded to gold but probably didn't need to. Named ice creams, ie magnums and cornetto's, crisps (never had that on AI before) massive choice of drinks, the snack foods in the restaurants was of a far better quality than the usual toasties and hotdogs. Its a distance from shops etc but we got out and walked or got taxi's. It's much more Spanish and we loved it. We didn't go to Spain to play bingo or have English food. If you go with TUI, Morne is a wonderful rep, so knowledgeable and passionate about the area.

Totally mislead from the start, I appreciate we are in Spain but was treated by staff and guests like they didn’t want us there and like second class citizens, my wife was Vegan and nobody understood this, and she ate salad and chips for first 5 days as no choices or understanding of what Vegan is. Staff served Spanish guests before us and would leave you waiting to get served, have conversations or pretend to be doing something so they didn’t have to serve you. The only time we enjoyed this holiday was when we went out of the hotel to eat or do an excursion and will definitely never go back to this place. Utterly disgusted with the service and hotel.

I would say hotel is definitely 3 stars, food is everyday similar some from lunch comming on dinner, hotel is full of spanish peoples who are very loud and leave rubbish everywhere even if lots of bins provided. Cannot really relax anywhere. If your room is from swimming pool side there are everyday entertaiment till midnight and even later lots of peoples drinking there so can't really go sleep. Staff is nice and friendly so can't say nothing wrong about it.

We arrived on Thursday 21st September, for 10 nights all inclusive, from the get go everything was brilliant, staff lovely, as for the sun bed situation, I'm not sure if other people were blind but there is endless amounts of beds, never had to get up early or anything. Pools are great. Buffet selection always something for everyone. The wrist band situation your orange bands are for premium so top shelf alcohol etc, blank wrist band are your standard drinks, still a great selection. Those who have blank wrist bands can upgrade daily for an orange for small fee, per day, but we find we are quite happy with the standard. Nothing to do with being spanish/british. Lovely family break. Can't fault anything
