Detailed Reviews
I stayed in Hotel Vital as part of a business trip and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are spacious and have good amenities. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and the premises have many park spaces. I was also pleasantly surprised with the options for food for lunch and dinner. The options for breakfast were ok. I also noticed that it was a very quiet hotel with good sound insulation.

We expected what a 4-star hotel offers. This one deserves 2 stars. Service and food awful, staff not polite, one dirty pool (not sufficient to name it ‘terme’)...no activities... waste of time. Go instead to Bled or Portoroz!

Absolutely not worth visiting. Rude and unprofessional staff, subpar physical therapies, average food and rooms, safety non-existent (key cameras not working), pools too crowded (no sunbeds for hotel guests!), strong draught all over the hotel. Never again.

The staf is friendly, the food tastefull and the indoor pool is good.
The room was very warm and the air conditioning was funky (It didn't work as expected). Our main complaint is that the room was not vacuumed as we arrived and that didn't change till we left. There was cigarette ashes on the window shelf and some dust on the lowered ceiling and ventilation. The toilet was not cleaned properly, there were old stains and hair on the ceramic tiles.

For the price 190€/day we expected the suite to be more comfortable. A bit surpriced as they say they do not have a suite with a double bed just with two beds putted together. Space between them is a killer. Strange ventilation (if any?) in toalet. Sauna not included in price...
However, breakfast and dinner were both varied and tastefull. Staff ok.

Dinner was good and also for breakfast there was enough choice; staff is ok. Rooms are clean but the air is too hot. It was 25C. I lowerd it to 20, but next morning it was 25 again. Also the air on the hallways is too hot.

I was here for 6 days. Solid value for money, small but nice and clean rooms, prices are ok, store in vicinity of hotel.
Also there is free bus for hotel residents which drives up to ski start on Rogla mountian.
Breakfast and supper are great, everything you desire, lunch is a bit weaker but still satisfactory.
Wellness, saunas and massages are excellent, highly recommended for everyone.

We choose this hotel because of the pool and spa area and its location near the Rogla ski resort. Our room was at the first floor with a view on the pool complex building, very quiet, comfortable. We stayed 5 days and had breakfast and the dinner at the hotel restaurant. Food was correct but for a 4 star hotel it could be more varied. Although we gain some weight :) Hotel staff was helpful and friendly. We had a very pleasant stay.
