if you want to enjoy the wellness and sauna, this hotel is definitely not the right choice... In the sauna, no one (with a few exceptions) follows the rules of sauna (they go to saunas in swimsuits, do not take a shower after using the sauna, are loud in the lounge...). Because there is a free passage from the pool to the saunas, guests from the pool also walk in the area where there are loungers in the saunas, go for fruit and tea, children go to the cold pool and soak... In general you do not get the peace you should in sauna area. If people don't know how to behave and don't follow the rules of sauna, employees should take care of it. The rest is OK, the hotel is nice, tidy and clean. Prices are too high, dinner could be buffet (they offer a 4-course menu that is far from what it should be). Given the price you pay, I expected a lot more.…

The staff is very professional and helpful, cleanliness 10/10, it is quite and peaceful hotel on great location. The swimming pool and spa center 10/10, I really recommended this place if you need to take a break from your everyday routine.

Me and my wife visited this hotel this october. We got a comfort room which was great in all way. King size bed and bathroom with extra size were great. The food in restaurant was very delicious with kind staff who was professional. I must say this hotel deserves all 5 stars in all way and yes...we are coming back again.Thank you Atlantida for nice stay.

It was jus Ok, i dont like a food, dinner it not so many options.. And dinner was like on 5 pm to 7.30 pm.. To short! Also we reservist taxi for next day to go see city, but our taxi didnt was next day. Lady on reception forget we reserved.. Not nice..

Very good hotel. Excellent breakfast and dinner. They upgrade for free from superior room to excellence, Thx. Whirpool is not so big, but very clean and nice. Below mentioned rewiev is not correct, seems that guest was ungry or maybe nervous.

Very friendly staff. Cleanliness in the rooms and staircase is poor. Breakfasts offer plenty of choice, but dinners are modest, especially the main course. The pool and saunas are great, I commend the access to refreshing water to drink by the pool and hot tea c sauna. The salt bath is a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

The hotel as a whole looks very clean and well maintained, but when you dig a little deeper you start to unravel all its flaws and short commings. From the lack luster bar area (where we had to wait 30 minutes for an irish coffee... because the staff was taking its time), to the tasteless dining (the breakfast is bland and tasteless, the variety is very scarse, we stayed for 4 nights and had always had the same breakfast with only minor changes. And we had dining included in our package but they Charged us extra without saying a single Word about extra expenses (they handed us a menu and offered us some main courses to choose from which we did, but at the end they charged us 30€ for a meal which was allready included in our reservation)). The pool area is also lacking in quality and variety you can only swim in a small and dainted pool, which is practically full when 4 or 6 People start to swim in it, the water is really cold, the hot tub area which is meant for 6 People is also very cold, there are visible signs of neglect, the plastics around the pool are broken, which means it is not well maintained. The sauna is utterly small and un hygenic, no one cleaned anything in our 4 nights stay, the guest didnt clean when they came in and they Wore the same swimsuits that they wore in the pool area. They offer some ameneties like Tea and Apples by the saunas, but the Tea is always cold. As far as entertainment there is none. Only one single pool table which you have to pay 10€ for... that should be free of charge for guests who stay at a 5* hotel... Dont get me started on parking. On the website it is clearly stated that the hotel offers parking for their guests, but after some research i've found out that you have to pay 10€ / night to have you car parked in the garage, that should've been also free of charge for the guests at a 5* hotel... all in all I wouldnt recommend you staying at this hotel, there are far Better deals Just a few 100 meters from this hotel. Which also offer far better ammeneties like a casino, free parking, indoor & Outdoor pool etc... which are also 4/5* hotels... (Grand hotel donat etc...). The staff in Atlantida is also unnamused and unprofessional the service is poor. I am a Slovene living here and speaking the same language, but the staff cant even propperly speak slovene. They handled us with 0 care in the world. At some Times even avoided us ( bar area ). My significant other wanted to get her nails done ( they are offering pedicure/manicure) but they turned her down because nobody works for them at this time that does the nails, they still offer the service in their fliers etc... the rooms were a little dainted I have stayed at far better establishments of far better quality interiors.. all in all a negative experience…

We are seriously studying all the comments and bad impressions so that we can respond and answer you and at the same time help us improve our services. In order to enable the guest to use tourist vouchers, we must follow the legal requirements and for this reason the bill was broken, but the final amount was exactly as it was confirmed.. Of course, we can specify and explain each item of your account if you contact us. Breakfasts at the hotel’s restaurant are prepared locally and seasonally with more than 200 different items, allowing variety of offerings, satisfying different tastes and complying with five-star standards. The Wellness & Spa center is intended for hotel guests where we take care of everything on a daily basis before the official opening. During the day the staff of the center takes care of order, cleanliness and disinfection, unnoticed by guests. The pool is regularly maintained and all damage is repaired as soon as possible. The heated pool has 29 ° C and the whirlpool reaches 32-34 ° C, which is considered normal temperature. The wellness center offers pedicures and manicures. Unfortunately, during your stay we were not able to coordinate a date that would suit you. At the same time we are distinguished by a quiet environment, away from the hustle, but for the comfort of staying for our guests we also prepare various contents (with different surcharges): live music on weekends, possibilities to rent electric bikes, music events in the park, nearby train trips, visit to the casino, fitness…. Free parking is available near the hotel and at the same time there is a hotel secure garage for an additional fee. We really strive for the well-being of our guests and the work of our employees and the quality of services have been repeatedly rewarded with positive evaluations by many guests, for which we will continue to strive. We can't understand why this hotel considers itself to be 5 star in quality and amenities. This is a joke to fool you into booking with them. We showed up and learned that this hotel is #1 Out in the middle of nowhere. #2 Has employees that treat you with disdain and boredom #3 Has guest rooms that need to be renovated and cleaned #4 Has a sauna that isn't sanitary #5 Has a lousy bar and tasteless restaurant #6 Is like fort Knox with locks on everything. We totally regret staying here. Thank goodness it was only one night. From the bland dinner served buffet style in a loud dining room, to the outdated-looking room that desperately needed a dehumidifier and a rug shampoo...this hotel was crummy. There was nobody to serve us at the "bar", which was maybe 3 feet in length. The sauna was not clean, and we didn't see anyone cleaning the locker areas either. Did they think that by offering us two bottles of mineral water for free in the room would earn them a good review? Start with having employees who care about their clientele and staff areas like the garage and spa. This place was a ghost town. The quality was so poor, and they charge so much for a night. Where does all of the money go? Our room and the whole hotel for that matter was too warm and too dingy. We hated being in the middle of nowhere. There were better looking hotels a few miles away, and I wish we chose one of them. Don't waste your hard-earned cash on this sorry excuse for a hotel.…

But for 5 star hotel I was expecting better choice of food and Also the food was average...it was ok, but nothing for what you would say... uau this is really good. Spa is average and massage was ...well I wouldn’t mind if I’d miss it. The time for breakfast was from 8-10 (a bit late) and for dinner from 6-8pm (a bit early).
