Travelers' Choice
The hotel is situated in Rogaška Slatina, Slovenia. The hotel takes its name after the mythological island Atlantis, mostly known for its supposed advanced prehistoric civilizations. Yet, it is no myth that Earth's water is the origin of all living beings and that minerals are a source of energy for all life forms. In this light, the modern and luxurious hotel Atlantida can be seen as a myth materialized - and on the best location possible. Our personnel are well-trained and will provide full professional service at any time, making our guests feel comfortable and welcome. Our hotel is open for people looking for quality time, away from everyday stress, with plenty of opportunities for either relaxation and wellness, or sporting activities (tennis, cycling, hiking, etc.). The guests are welcome with their families and/or friends, or alone, if that is their preference. The hotel is also a perfect spot to meet with your current or future business partners, and you can always rely on professional assistance and discreetness of our staff.

were 2 weeks at this hotel, really liked. kind staff, always ready to help. the cuisine is a bomb. Nowhere in hotels did not meet red caviar. clean, bright rooms. 300 meters from the ski slope and pump room great vacation for those who want to really do nothing and enjoy the sun in winter)

We stayed in this nice butique hotel for few times. Rooms are nice, cosy, clean and big enough. The swimming pool is everage, saunas are small but clean, the view out to snow is amazing. Breakfast is super but dinner is not on the level od five star hotel. Where they should add something? They should expand the dinner offer. They should be more strict with sauna rules, people are loud, they do not read the rules (swim suite in saunas, shower, ...). If there is a dress code at dinner required then all the guests should stick to it eventhough they are "rich east" guests. All in all I recommend the hotel and we will sure come again.

Hotel is nice and new, the rooms are clean, we paid for room upgrade but got it imediatly,. There are so many things that are not at the level of a five star hotel. At the time the pool was not closed because of cleaning so i had to go to massages, facials and other stuff that you pay for,.. had to fulfill my time with something, but it would be nice that if you can afford to close the pool to offer something in return. Anyway, there is not a thing that nice service (staff) can't repair, but i heard sooo many NO world.. there should not be no, cant, is not possible .. in a 5* Boutique hotel really. I've been to other hotels and you can not really compare service .

Dear sara, thank you for expressing your opinion. We would like to take it into detailed consideration so that we know how to deal with this matter in the future. Please send us your personal data and more information to our email address: info@atlantida-rogaska.com. We can confirm that the hotel swimming pool was closed from 20.5.2019 until 22.5.2019 because we were performing maintenance work. We have periodic maintenance work, which is absolutely neccessary for adequate operations and for the well-being of our guests. During this period we organised swimming in the neighbouring swimming pool Termalna Riviera, which is located 500 m from the hotel along with the hotel transfer. Regards, Atlantida Boutique Hotel Team

First, the good things. The hotel is really nice, the rooms and all the lounges and common areas are beautifully appointed and fitted with top quality accessories. Also, impeccably clean. So what is wrong? First, the spa area is not big enough. The saunas are very good but there are too many people and not enough deck chairs to relax. Also, there is too much light during the day. We were unfortunate to be there with people who do not know the first thing about manners. They talked loudly and disturbed those who came there to relax. Secondly, the food is also not at the level of a five star hotel. Breakfast is excellent but dinner is not, there is not enough variety and there should be a buffet for all courses. All in all, it is a lovely hotel with a few minuses. However, the staff is amazing. Sooo polite and welcoming. Well done!
