Very nicely situadted hotel between rocky mountains covered with snow. First of all fantastic views, second very friendly bar/lobby with exeptionally friendly bartender. Evenings in this bar with cherful italian bartender are one of the biggest assets od this place.

Total lack of customer service, rude and not helpful at all people. 2 of 3 our rooms were in bad condition. Room service got in to the room of my friend, when she was naked, to leave complimentary tea, as a sorry gift from manager.

0) Instead of being welcomed inside, upon arrival, we were immediately asked to pay in advance the 50€ each. Not a good sign. 1) Buffet and fruit plates were left on low tables where kids would touch with their hands (there were SOOO many unattended kids... parents and waiters not bothering to tell them). Would have been better to put all this out of kids' reach, or educate the kids properly. 2) Mixing up orders. We asked for a 13$ bottle of wine, we are brought a 65$ champagne instead. Luckily we caught that before opening it. 3) Upon making the reservation, 1 month in advance, we took great care to warn the staff that we had 3 people *allergic to any kind of fish and seafood*, and one was pregnant, so she could not eat certain things like raw food of any kind, because she would risk contracting toxoplasmosis and other diseases that are dangerous to the baby. We were told there would be an alternative menu, as the offer was mainly fish based food. At the beginning of the night we remind the first waiter that some of us had the alternative menu. Blank stare. A couple of minutes later, everyone is brought the same appetizer (fish) as if we had said nothing. We are now being served by another waiter, and we remind him as well. Same with a third waiter, explaining her as well about how some of us had special dietary requirements and the kitchen was supposed to have taken care of that. Eventually, after 3 attempts, we try to speak to the maitre who instead of apologizing, had the gall to complain that we should have warned them, and acting all rude offered a random alternative (mozzarella and grilled veggies) for the pregnant lady, who reminded him that there should be no salad, no fresh veggies of any kind, not even for decoration. She was then brought that dish, WITH the decorative leaves of some herb, which meant she could not eat it. We complain, they take it to the back, (obviously just remove the herb), and take it back out without the herb. But the dish was now contaminated of course. So basically, we paid just like everyone else, 50 euro, for a crippled menu instead of the alternative menu we were promised, and we were also made to feel like a nuisance for things that we warned them for in advance and that we cannot do nothing about. - There was no coordination regarding the serving of the dishes. A waiter would come out with 10 dishes and instead of serving them all to one table, they would spread them to 5 different tables. So basically, we either waited each other to eat together (and ate cold), or we would eat two at a time. - We were given lemon sorbet in plastic flutes, and we notice they were all used and dirty. My own still had the stamp of some lady's lipstick on it. - The wellington beef was incredibly overcooked, grey in color and gum like in substance. - The entertainment for the night consisted in a small troup of amateur performers that were nice and joyful but the performance was mediocre and cringey. It was embarassing to watch. - At the end of the night, just after the midnight, when we are presented with the bill for the drinks, we make these problems known to the waiter (who was *not* responsible for the great majority of these problems, mind you!)... we would wait for someone from the direction to come and at least apologize, especially for the rip off of the non existing "alternative menu", but we would wait invain. - BONUS POINT: the cake! A large, ugly cake was kept on a table without any kind of screen or protective surface. I thought it was only for display, as it was exposed to kids, sneezes and coughs, quite unsanitary. I was wrong. That was the cake we were given as a dessert. Of course, no one at our table dared even touch it. TO CONCLUDE: This place tried to portray themselves as a somewhat fancy restaurant with quality food, and attention to the costumers. The reality was much different. We all envy our one friend who couldn't arrive in time because his car broke along the way, better to spend NYE getting your car towed back to town instead of in this place. Happy New Year.

The place is decent- clean and spacious. Very convenient for skiers with a shuttle going to and fro from the ski slopes. It is close to the town shops and restaurants. If you're looking for a lavish experience, this would not be it. But, a decent place for a ski weekend, and this one is perfect! Wifi can be problematic

If you are a family or a group of friends, this is an excellent hotel. There is loads of entertainment. If you are a couple we don't recommend staying here. The hotel is loud and noisey. There are children running around everywhere. The spa facilities were filled with teenagers. The dinning room has a set menu, but felt more like a large noisey canteen, and your food is thrown down on your table, with little communication from the waitering staff. The hotel is a bus ride away from nearest slopes.

Vacation with friends in the Hotel San Giusto Falcade! Accommodation was three stars with half-board menu of average quality but with poor food served by a gracious staff. The room was strictly necessary, nothing more, but very clean (cameristelor cards). Very large ski field and well prepared.

We stayed here during a summer holiday in late June which is the low season in this predominantly skiing area. The hotel is very conveniently situated in the town, close to the shops and also the cabin lift to the high plateau. The staff are friendly and welcoming and English is spoken although not by all of them. The rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. Wifi is available throughout the hotel. The restaurant serves excellent and varied evening meals and a buffet breakfast. Car parking is available outside the hotel.

We have been three times for skiing in Trevalli, Falcade, twice of which in Hotel San Giusto. Last time, for this year's New Year's Eve. With quite some experience from New Year's celebration from Kronplatz, I am forced to say, that any comparison is absolutely out of question. At Kronplatz, I got dinner and cake at 10 PM and at 11 I fell to sleep, in Falcade we were dancing untill 3 AM, have had a wonderful time with lovely people. There is Italy and Italy, I strongly recommend this one, more to the south. Extraordinary food and wine, fantastic staff, both hotel and animation crew, perfect service, wonderful mountains and ski slopes, which are, fortunately for me, rather far away from A22 motorway, which means that often you have a ski slope just for yourself. Donatella, Izabela, Teri, Mickey, Matteo from Peter Pan, and please, excuse me all others not mentioned here - there is not enough place - thank You very very much for the great stay. See you soon in few weeks. Lea, Tanja and Peter Mitrovič, Prague CZ

We travelled independently from England for a 6 day family skiing holiday with two kids under 11 and all of us had a great time. The San Giusto is a big hotel which caters for families and larger groups and provides great service from uniformly friendly staff including a full kids entertainment programme in the evenings. While we were there a majority of the guests were Polish families who appeared to have driven to the resort. The huge ground floor lounge is ideal for relaxing after a day on the slopes although it can get a bit noisy when the floorshow is in full swing! There is a bar which is competively priced and offers drinks, ice cream and snacks Our room while unpretentiously furnished was very comfortable and clean and being on the top floor was relatively quiet although we did have kids running up and down the corridor until very late on a couple of occassions. We stayed half board and ate in a very large dining room with a mixture of buffet and table service. On the whole the food was fine although choosing from the daily dinner menus was a bit haphazard as we were given only Italian or a Polish translations which resulted in one or two unfortunate choices on our part. Our youngest (6) stuck to the kids menu which was unadventourous but suited her fine. We used the wellness facilities on a couple of occasions. The pool is small but is ok for a kids splash about as long as they can swim - there isn't a shallow end. The jacuzzi was ok but could have done with being a bit warmer. The skiing area (approximately 100km in total of varied terrain) is only 5 minutes away using the hotel's two ageing minibuses which ran constant shuttles at the morning and afternoon peak times - very useful although we sometimes needed sharp elbows to ensure that we weren't out queued by the locals!! The area is good for all levels although the lack of easier runs in the vicinity of the beginners area at the top of the first lift means that it is difficult to get first timers or improvers far afield without risking tantrums!! Eating and drinking on the mountain is cheap compared to almost everywhere else in the traditional alpine locations. For a family on a fairly tight budget wanting to get their annual snow fix San Giusto and Falcade offered a very enjoyable all round experience. We'd definitely go again!!
