It is an ideal place to spend a few days with friends, yet have evry family their own apartment. We were very lucky to have "La Loggia" which is very spacious. The setting is amazing on the the top of the hill. The garden is perfectly well maintained with lots of flowers. We were busy to visit Florence, therefore we...

Amazing is not even the word to describe it. The apartment is situated on private grounds with breathtaking views. What more do you want. The landlady is amazing and very friendly! Apartments are basic but have everything you need! Having said that you wouldn't be spending much time inside! Would definitely recommend. We hope to be back soon.

We visited at the end of May into June. Ivana was very welcoming to us. Our apartment was spacious and delightful. The kitchen was small and reasonably well equipped. The pool was great, especially on hot days, and had a beautiful climbing rose along the balustrade which was in full bloom. Il Pogetto is only about half an hour by...

We stayed at Il Poggetto for 2 weeks this May. Ivana was so friendly and heartwarming. This place is such a treat for the eyes especially in the evening when there are thousands of glowworms flying around - it just feels magical! Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!

Stayed for a week at the start of September. It's a beautiful place in its own grounds so it's very peaceful. The view from the pool is great, over looking a classic Tuscan valley. Lots to do around there like Florence and the Chanti region. The lady who runs it was really helpful and let me print out some tickets...

My friend and I recently took the trip of a lifetime touring Italy, and a large part of what made it so fantastic was our several-day stay at Il Poggetto. The villa and setting couldn't be more beautiful, and the location is perfect. You are perched atop a hill with nothing but gorgeous views on all sides, so whether you...

We only have one thing to say about Il Poggetto: we loved it ! We stayed for 2 weeks beginning of September 2013. We were 4 adults and 1 small kid (3 year old). First about the estate itself, this is a wonderful property located on top of a hill. It is well maintained. Every night you can enjoy the...

This was our first time in Tuscany and I booked a week at La Loggia expecting some relaxation time, but I chose it also for the central location for touring the charming towns of the area. We were greeted warmly by Ivana and shown around the property which is beautifully maintained. The Tuscan views on all sides just took my...

We had a wonderful stay in Il Poggetto. The views are wonderful and the place as well the area are quiet. Also the swimming pool is very nice. The kitchen in La Pergola is a bit sober. We have been received very well by the owner.

“If you are a family fo 4 - pick La Cipressaia. For a little extra - you really get a lot more - the separation from the other building is really private.”

“Have not seen the 2-person apt. Both of the apts we stayed in were excellent. One (La Pergola) was compact with 2 bedrooms. The other (La Loggia) was very roomy with one bedroom and a large sofa bed in the living room, and it was exquisitely appointed. Both had pleasant patios.”
