I really booked the hotel for its location so that all the places I wanted to visit in Tuscany were within an hour's drive. However when I arrived I realised that this was a place that also deserved to be listed as a place to see. The old castle has been beautifully restored and the views are magnificent. Very quiet... We had a short stay here in April and it was memorable. Fantastic staff, doesn't feel like a hotel but with all the luxuries of one. Delicious breakfast buffet and gorgeous grounds. Make sure to take the time to walk around and enjoy the calmness and quiet of the area. Ideal point if you want to visit Siena and surrounding... More

Amazing structure on top of a tuscan hill. Staff are marvelous, very kind and helpful, the hotel is dog friendly although I would always suggest calling first to confirm as with all hotels etc. The rooms are like small suites , spacious with comfortable beds. We ate at the restaurant and can say that the food was exceptionaly good quality. Outstanding... More

The view from our room, the view from the terrace into the beautiful landscape, the whole setup of the place is exceptional and wonderful. So romantic in every corner. If you do not stay for dinner this is the place to be. We were here with a group and had a three course dinner booked. The drinks upfront on the... More

With a view of Siena in the distance. Unless you want to have a pool in May and a wide selection of meals in the hotel restaurant, this is an excellent hotel to either enjoy the innate beauty of hills and/or to visit southern Tuscany, including nearby Siena. Staff is friendly, restaurant is excellent (but limited choice) and the rooms... More

An absolutely incredible stay. This is a stunning 12th century castle on top of a Tuscan hill, completely restored to be as pristine as it was back then, but with commodities for the modern human. Wifi, great food, and hospitality were wonderful during my stay! I went there for 2 night sin mid-May to work as a photographer for a... More

We recently stayed across the road from Castello di Leonina during a trip to Tuscany, and had dinner during our last evening of holiday. The restaurant and hotel staff are lovely, and very inviting - the grounds are beautiful and it seems the hotel is very lively in the Spring. We had a lovely dinner with potato flan, soup and... I have been to this place for my honeymoon and we enjoyed this place a lot. As a surprise I was upgraded my room for a Junior Suite as a gift. We went there in the period of April. We came here in late May this year and were so happy we selected Castello di Leonina Relasis. We came in the beginning of the high season so there was not many people there which made it especially nice and quiet. The service was great and food was excellent. We ate at the restaurant twice and it was amazing each... More

After the hustle of Florence and Venice, the Castello in Siena offered a tremendous change of pace. The accommodations were amazing, the scenery is breathtaking, and the food was delicious! We loved this hotel and the staff. Everything was wonderful.
