Good room, excellent food and service. Convenient for the slopes and the nearest ski hire. Very good ski storage with great access to the pistes. Situated at far end of the ski area. Comprehensive breakfast. Good choices on the plat de jour.

A lovely hotel with great views of the mountains. We spent a very enjoyable week here as a family of four. Booked through Crystal ski on a half board basis. Our two rooms were very comfortable, clean and modern. Only slight criticism was that one room was a bit too cold, and the other a bit too hot. Heating is underfloor and not adjustable in the room. I did ask reception to correct this but nothing was changed. Location of the hotel is pretty much at one end of Passo Tonale which is fine but getting to ski school at 9am every morning with all our equipment was a bit tricky. There is a lift around 300m from the boot room (back of the hotel with separate entrance) which can be used to take up the slopes and then ski across to the centre of the resort but you need to ensure you are on the first lift named Valbiolo at 8.40. However because one of our party was unable to ski down this long blue for the first few days, we had to walk for 20 mins which was hard work. One day we waited for the ski bus but it made us late and we nearly didn't get on because it was so busy. There is a supermarket around 400m away which is convenient and a restaurant at the bottom of the nearby lift which was nice. Boot room was pretty decent but not quite big enough for all the guests! Often we didn't find a free boot warmer and had to lean our skis up against the wall. The spa in the hotel was nice, new and modern. Pool very small but nice. Sadly, the actual spa water was too cold to be comfortable to spend much time in. The sauna wasn't quite hot enough either but the steam room was excellent so we mainly used that. They say no kids after 5.30 but this isn't adhered to at all; lots of kids there well after that. Having said that, during our stay all guests were either British or Scandinavian so were quite well behaved and considerate. The restaurant was nicely decorated and had a nice atmosphere. We found the breakfast buffet to be quite extensive. The selection of food was good and when food ran out it was quickly replenished. There are a good number of staff members on hand too. Evening meals were not amazing but adequate. The staff were very helpful particularly the waiter named Carmelo who spoke good english and was friendly towards us. Note there is city tax which must be paid locally and in cash only

The hotel is modern, the staff is amazingly service minded and the SPA - five star is not enough for the treatments in the SPA. Stayed here for a week in February/March 2019, normally a busy week in the Alps but at the hotel you will feel like you are the only one. The room has most of what you need except for power outlets to charge your devices, two is not enough and there are no ones nere the beds. The rooms are clean, out bathroom big - love big bathrooms. The breakfast could be better and should offer more but We did not come for that. Had half board, well organized, most of the days you started out with a big salad buffet, ok the food was not amazing but the service was and at least I did not have to cook myself. The hotel is only a short walk from the slopes and ski rental is just outside. That’s perfect if you ask me. No need for ski bus. The SPA, we need to talk about the SPA, we almost missed that one but decided to spend the last afternoon there, if I should regret anything it’s just that I did not go earlier. The treatment I took for a sore back was top class, probably one of the best I ever had. Don’t miss the SPA!!!

Very nice hotel close to the lifts/slopes with nice features, such as spa and swimming pool. Also very good service, nice rooms and pleasant, service minded staff. But what's the deal with the panorama-toilets? I'm not a big fan og people, even my family, watching me doing my thing at the loo... :-)

Just returned from a lovely stay at the Delle Alpi, the hotel is well located access to a lift to some lovely runs is only across the road and easy access to the bus stop for the shuttle bus that stops off all round the resort, our room was fab we had room 328 we paid the extra for the deluxe room and glad we did, it was a lovely corner room with plenty of space for storage a must when your skiing and have loads of gear, room was nicely decorated with an alpine theme, lovely big bathroom with great shower! However the view was the winner I will add some photos it was great to just sit in bed looking across the mountains! Our favourite thing however was the food every evening you got a choice from a menu of 3 starters and mains as well as a pudding and a full on buffet spread of salads veg etc that you could tuck into throughout the meal. The food was typically Italian some more basic meals and then some more fancier dishes each and every dish we had was tasty and the service from all In the restaurant was to a high standard, breakfast in the same room was good although did get a bit of the same thing every morning, would be good if they could add some porridge maybe? But that may just be us Brits that like that to get us ready for a days skiing. We used the spa one afternoon this was pleasant however we went down during family time and didn’t realise that children where allowed in the spa so if your after a chilled out time in the spa make sure you go down after 17:30. The bar area is by the main reception we didn’t really use it much as we found that area to be very cold and to be honest after the large meal and long day skiing we where ready for bed. Ski room had plenty of space for everyone’s kits and good boot racks that seemed to get the boots dry ready for the next day. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the resort and the hotel and we would recommend and would come back.
