Firstly the staff were so friendly and helpful. The food was excellent - including a wide choice for vegetarians - their Risotto is the best I have every eaten. The location is literally only steps away from the chair lift and the views from the hotel are amazing. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. There is a swimming pool and an apres ski bar and a childrens play area - whilst this trip was a summer trip, we shall be returning to ski. I had no Italian but the staff have good English and it was never an issue. Lastly, I have to again, commend the helpfulness of all of the staff. Wonderful stay.

We stayed as a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 children aged 8,5,1. It is a superb hotel with lovely staff. The Delpero family are always there and are most helpful. Its location with direct access to the ski slopes, right next to the ski school and ski rental couldn't be better. Individual heated ski lockers for each room are a great bonus. The ski school attached to the hotel is superb. Big thank you to Lena and Irvin who were brilliant with our kids. The food in the bar and in the hotel restaurant is all fresh and of a very high standard. The evening meals in particular are super. The pool, wellness area and Acquapark are fantastic for the children. However the hotel is equally suitable for those travelling without children. Thank you to the Delpero family and all the wonderful staff.

A beautiful holiday in a beautiful Hotel.
It's special for skyers because there are slopes few meters far from the hotel and there is a big and organized sky-room.
It's special for families because there are large places only for kids, there is a service only for kids from 9 to 19 and there is a very large room with water-play.
beautiful is the gym, the swimming-pool and the center with spa and wellness.
Family Delpero is special in kindless.
You can't desire anything better for a beautiful stay.

In hotel there is a familiar air.
Excellent wealness.
All staff is able in his job, but you are principally affect by their benevolence

Located at the East edge of the resort beside a ski school and the Valbiolo lift, this is set away from the central lifts. It suited us as a family. The owner and team are very helpful and friendly. Garage parking.

Walk from the kit room straight onto the nursery slope is very easy.

Water park has sauna, steam, pool, flumes and large kids wet play area. Lovely to get back from skiing and go straight in the pool.

Great how the kids could play arcade games and tumble in the supervised soft play area so adults could have a drink in the bar.

Dinner hall with multi course traditional Italian evening meal and big breakfast.

The new Ettore room was spacious and modern with lots of space for family of 4. It is overall a good value resort and hotel. Ski pass lets you access Passo Tonale, Pontedilegno and Temú for a bit of variety.

I was a guest in the winter season. Simply perfect: location on the slopes, very convenient for adults and children; great courtesy, cleanliness and great food. The added value is definitely the view. Recommended!

Great hotel, excellent service and staff. We had a very pleasant stay.

A lot of good entertainment close by, including easy slopes and Gazana Bar.

Special mention to Alessandro, Lucca and Francesco, for the attention and kindness towards our family.

Thanks a lot

This is a typical example of a hotel that looks good and has good infrastructure and excellent location, but is poorly run.
First, the food is lower than average. Mostly grilled meat and leftovers from the previous day.
Second, the spa is new and modern BUT - they have the ridiculous system that they charge 3 EUR for every towel you take. It means that every time you go to a sauna you pay 3 EUR for the towel! Or, they say you can keep the same towel for the whole week and use it! That's unheard of. As a result, most people go to the sauna without towels, dressed in the bathing suits (!!!), wet. There are no written rules about the usage of the sauna either, which is customary in saunas worldwide.
Third, the water in the swimming pool is not clear and doest not seem clean.
Fourth, there is a weird system of heating management. The rooms are mostly too cold and the heating cannot be activated or too hot.
Fifth, they charge per hour for Wi FI usage. That's nonsense.
Sixth, upon arrival I waited 15 minutes at the reception desk with NOBODY around. Afterwards I had to go back 2-3 times because the lady working there did not give me all the keys, or gave me wrong keys or...
Too bad, nice hotel but desperately in need of good management.

Went back to this super hotel again this year as part of a large group of adults and kids. It has everything you would need, including a new water park that kept the children entertained.
The location is great, being right on the edge of the slopes, and the staff are brilliant!

Alloggiando in hotel, è praticabile lo sci di fondo? Se sì, come si arriva alle piste di fondo?
Answer from Paola S
Ciao, non ho visto piste di fondo al tonale. Ci sono tante belle passeggiate con le ciaspole però. Per fondo i paesi vicini, vermiglio o ponte di legno
