Great location. I was two weeks old and had a problem with the car and the host helped us right away and did not charge anything. The reception is very kind and efficient. Bars and restaurants on 200-300 meters, ski equipment rental to 100m.Balance pricing and quality is excellent. For skiers a great location.

I emailed them (through Slopetrotter) in advance due to having read poor ratings especially about cleanliness; to give them a chance of NOT having poor reviews. We had to wash dishes before using any of it upon arrival. The amount of dust in the apartment also reveals poor cleaning. They advertice they have a "spa". The socalled spa is two saunas and a shower. We were 7 seven people sharing an apartment on ground floor; and there was only one small fridge. We requested another apartment higher in the building, so that we could use a balcony as storage for food/drinks; though instead we got another fridge, which we appreciated. However; in the livingroom; where one of us had to sleep, there was only a door for ventilation. Several times during the week, this door got opened from the outside by drunk people... The kitchen is also so small there was no way possible to cook for 7 people there. The staff varies alot about helping; though sadly they seem to prefer not to. I observed a young girl going to the reception asking them for help because she had left her bag in the "spa" (opening hours 4.30pm-7.30pm). Their response: "No, it is closed". Poor opening hours for retty much everything in the hotel, also the reception. The play room, the swimming pool and the "spa" can be used only between 4.30 and 7.30 If you choose this place, don`t expect to much.

So disappointed to read other reviews on Top apartments, we visit annually and it is perfect for what you pay. This January2019 will be our 5th year back and this is why: •Skiing is generally an expensive inaccessible holiday for many, cheap accommodation (and cheap flights from Dublin to bergamo) make it possible for our young family of 4 to return every year •most accommodation is passo is hotels which is not so practical with small kids •Top is in an excellent location less then 5 minute walk, depending on the kids! To the first lift and absolutely possible to ski to the back door.. when the snow is good of course! •decor is old and very basic, but the apartments are always very very warm, clean and good showers!! Exactly what the price should reflect •there is a pool which is a bit cold but nevertheless a bonus •there is also a kids play area, great to let them have a run around before bed So yes very basic, a fascinating, intricate building that is warm, clean and helps facilitate our return to a much loved and anticipated annual ski holiday

Very old staff, not friendly and not so ready to help you. Big hotel but with bad organisation of all buildings. Appartment was spacious, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and one kitchen with a dinning room. Aceptable cleanliness. The furniture were old and used-up. Uaaaah, from where to go ? One bedroom was good but the other in which were two beds - one for our son and the other "big" for husband and me - it was two single beds connected with a big sheet. Never seen this in my life. We've got a thicker cover - dirty and old one. I was argued with the old lady on the reception asking for normal duvet ( the same as we got in the other room). The old lady said that it was mistake we got it. I was persistent and she promised me next morning. I came next morning but the same story was repeated. I have decided not to move from the reception untill I got it. Finally, she called a cleaning lady who gave me duvet for three of us but I had to put duvet cover by myself. Kitchen was special story. It was remind me of one Chech cartoon called "A JE TO". Poorly equiped, not all in function. Regulators knobs on cooking unit were bad - missing the number and you don't know in which way and how strong the electricity will come. Fridge without regulator knobs. Free wi-fi only on reception desk and was very slow. Working time of gym and swimming pool is 16.30-19.30. I do not ski but I couln't use the gym or pool until the skiers return when it's a big crowd there. At the end you have to clean appartment and After all you have to pay 50 EUR for final cleaning. Not recommended to go.

I have travelled around the world and this was the worst accommodation I have ever stayed in. Apartments so poorly equipped that you don't even get a kitchen cloth, or sufficient number of cutlery. The kitchen itself is very old with appliances not functioning properly. Cooking unit very old with regulator knobs missing so you don't know if it's on or off or which one you turned on. Extremely slow free wi-fi only at the reception. There is no, free or paid, internet connection in the apartments. Limited working time, 4.30-7.30 PM, of gym and pool. Also you can use it only twice during your stay. Definitely not ski out. Ski in is very doubtful because of the distance from slopes.

We were very quickly shown by staff member to the apartment and in her presence only superficially saw the apartment. The kitchen is at the entry of the apartment and my first impression was of shock that the apartment was of unkept old decor(kitchen cupboards with doors removed, stainless steel sink never polished clean, bar size fridge 30years old with regulator knobs missing and a smell which the no doubt only very short airing couldn't get rid of!Once using the apartment we found a horrible gurgling using the bathroom sink and a continous drip from kitchen sink that made it difficult to fall asleep. Once we were left alone my feeling that the apartment was absolutely not clean was evidented by cookware sprayed with grease and dusty all over ,saucepans not scrubbed clean ,unclean glassware and cutlery. The fridge and freezer which were not cold at all had food bits and crumbs from previous tenants. The oven (totaly grimey) which I enquired about was a bench top oven (approx 30x25cm) not a conventional oven, would've been nice if they had pointed this out!No dusting of furniture, kitchen shelves etc and wall heaters had been done for a long time. The bathroom felt as though someone had just passed with a clean towel and no cleaning agents used. On washing my hands some water was splashed on the floor tiles which I cleaned up with a serviette to find the serviette was black confirming the floor had not seen water from a wash in a long time. Extremely upset I went down to reception in short they were going to send another cleaner in the morning.Do you think it is good enough arriving to your holiday destination and being presented with a dirty apartment? and having to stay and use it till next day unclean ,NOT Acceptable. We found our double bed like sleeping on concrete(the covers lookes grimey on the underside), on one of the nights we had to jam bath towels around our bedroom window frame to stop the loud howling of the wind and stop the feeling like the window was going to burst onto us, so we could get to sleep. Wi fi was only available at an extra cost and could only be accessed in the reception area. You were given two tokens per person for use of pool. The only positive to this whole package was the location of the ski boxes and access to the slopes straight from apartment block. In my view the accomodation is worth half the price they charge and that the apartments to be pristine clean at that. I do NOT RECOMENDED the apartments ,cleanliness should be of a consistant and acceptable standard not just by luck.

At first it was a misunderstanding with a reception which apartment is booked, we were unhappy because the room did not look like the description of the room .... After discussion, here and there we got another room with which we were not fascinated, but was better than the previous. There was plenty of blanket / bedding. the bathroom is a lot of decades gone :) but well served, except that we were confused with ventilation, which was shut down itself after "some time" Kitchen is ok although we observed ovens skeptic, we were surprised by the results;). There was a shortage of electrical outlets. Pool we have not tested. Sauna, strange rules .. Plenty of room for socializing Negatively, do not trust pictures from the Internet, ask for a sketch or picture apartment / kitchen ..we found one dirty glass in the kitchen

I have travelled all over the world and been on endless package holidays but this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The apartment layout was not what we booked, we had no lounge area for relaxing in (all you want to do after a hard day skiing), our toilet blocked within a few hours of being there, the flush broke on the en-suite, light bulbs and sockets were broken, there was no toaster or kettle (so it took a long time to boil water for six people) and we had to make our own beds upon arrival. Despite the apartments not being cleaned once during our stay and having to clean the kitchen ourselves upon departure we had 40 euros taken out of our deposit for cleaning! A disgrace. I have never paid for cleaning, it should be included in the price of the holiday. Two words - DONT GO!
