Great hotel with in my opinion a little too small standard room, during dinner you have a beautiful view of baya Sardinia, dinner was very tasty every night.
We have visited many hotels in Italy but this hotel has a breathtakingly beautiful swimming pool with rocks and a beautiful garden.
The staff very friendly and helpful they are always ready to help you, so we had received a parking ticket that we could not pay by bank transfer this has solved the young lady (barely 22 years) of the reception for us, for which we thank again.
Our little dog Lana was also very welcome.
Thanks for the very successful holiday.

Hotel which, due to its position and concept, is strategic and particular.
Two suggestive and regenerating rock pools after a day at the beach.
Breakfast and dinner good on some occasions excellent.
Helpful and friendly staff (Francesca and the maitre Cristian are excellent).
At the Nour reception, a girl who is always ready and smiling.
The only unpleasant note, but I say it with a constructive spirit is the lady at the reception on the morning shift Vally, who is certainly very professional and smart at work, but not saying hello and above all smiling every now and then would make her appear more pleasant.
The structure in some rooms needs modernization, especially the air conditioning system.
Beautiful holiday.

Disappointing stay.
Poor lunch and dinner service. The breakfast buffet (very little variety for a 4-star hotel) was from 8:00-10:00 a.m., and the only two foods were hot; Bacon and scrambled eggs were served no earlier than 8:30 a.m. on a single tray, which was not replaced if it was used up. What's more, nothing was replaced. Not only within the same service, but there were foods like yogurt or muesli that were not replenished in two or three days. As for dinner, it was not a buffet but a closed menu from which you had 3 options to choose from, it was not bad. What was not normal was the time it took to serve between dishes, with the dish finished and not being picked up for up to 30 minutes. Finally, I would like to comment that being on half board (drinks not included), one of the days it occurred to us to ask for a little more bread, which to our amazement we were charged, I repeat: being on half board with dinner included.

Regarding the facilities; Very well maintained exteriors but rooms and specifically bathrooms very old, so much so that if they flushed the drain in another room, water would come out of the bathroom in the adjoining room.

Last, but not least, the hotel holds many weddings in which it leaves the hotel guests without the hotel facilities. Since they take place in the pool, leaving their use exclusively for weddings.

Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation at all. Disappointing stay.

The only positive point: its location with its panoramic view.
Otherwise, to put it simply, everything needs to be redone. Hotel which had its heyday 20 years ago, but which has remained identical with an outdated decor.
The rooms are not soundproofed, the pipes are very noisy with a stream of either boiling or freezing water. The shower is small with a single shower head cemented into the wall, moldy all around, the hairdryer dates from the 60s, very vintage but not very functional!! The toilets work 1 time out of 3.
The bedroom has a wardrobe that doesn't slide, it regularly comes out of place and the laundry on the wardrobe falls out!!!
TV doesn't work
Zero catering: portion reduced to a minimum, with for example 1 small chicken leg served with 1 single slice of eggplant!!
On Saturdays, the hotel is reserved for weddings, so the swimming pool is not accessible for us, and we have to enjoy their entertainment with music, cars parked everywhere!!
We are extremely disappointed, especially with the practical price..
To flee....
How can this establishment be recommended by sites???

This hotel is a wedding venue and is not a 4-star hotel in any way. It does not meet the minimum requirements of this category: a completely unprofessional reception, no elevator (you have to carry your luggage up to the first floor yourself), room furnishings from 40 years ago (unbelievable) and a breakfast so industrial and unloving that you want to escape. Then at the weekend there are weddings with 200 people and loud disco music until midnight, all included in a high overnight price. Never again!

Very pretty garden, swimming pool and beautiful view!
Not very pleasant staff, no one helps you carry your suitcases. Very average service. The rooms are really not very pretty, very old furniture, with holey towels, flooding of the shower and not very practical.
No WiFi in the room! Only worked for one day! And no solution found despite our daily requests nor any commercial gesture.
In summary, blah blah stay

This Pension is an absolute disgrace!!!
A dreadful room, poorly maintained and tiny, a dilapidated bathroom (damaged tiles, leaky shower...) a terrible bedding , mattress with springs in the back placed on a wooden board...
Toilet and pool towels that must certainly be dated from the last century...
And an industrial breakfast without flavor
All with a very unfriendly staff
And all for more than 300€ per night for the smallest room
Anyway... Pass your way

Lots of hotels...
For work or leisure I frequent many hotels but I rarely find myself at home. At Pulicinu I changed my mind:
the soft environment, the smart staff and here I am at home. The maitre Cristian and the waitress Francesca accompanied me in a light experience where I felt at home on an island where home is always behind the beach you see, where home is always after, always behind the sand you find. Thank you all, a big hug to Francesca, Cristian, Nour and all those others, invisible and present. Daniela Usiello

A nightmare.
No wifi code in the room
TV that doesn't work.
No double beds in the rooms.
Restaurant closed at lunchtime due to a wedding.
Swimming pool closed due to a wedding
Loud music everywhere until 11 p.m. for the wedding.
More than a hundred people all over the hotel around the swimming pool even though we just wanted to swim and we had booked a hotel with a swimming pool for that. M
A nightmare. Never again.
At 7 p.m. we were finally given the evening menu but impossible to reserve.
There is no charge for the fridge in the room.
A towel for 2 because he didn't have any clean ones left.. it's incredible
More than half an hour to bring us a spritz and a cosmo.
and be careful there are wasps everywhere on the terrace and the swimming pool.
Worst hotel in Sardinia and no solution found.
NEVER come.
