After a 2 year wait due to Covid, we finally made this trip. L’Ea Bianca is a wonderful resort in a beautiful location. It surpassed our expectations with a very warm welcome on arrival and attentive service from the entire L’Ea Bianca team the whole week we were there. The food was also excellent. If you are looking for a place for rest and relaxation, look no further.
I have travelled extensively & can say this is a fantastic resort with great facilities. The staff in particular are very friendly & professional and were always eager to assist. The General Manager (Paola) was particularly charming & delightful and had a wealth of knowledge of the area. I would have no hesitation in recommending this resort to anyone looking for something special. I hope to return again in a few years
A superb hotel, where cleanliness is very important, the services are excellent, the staff are kind, smiling and professional. It is quiet, the pool is very good, the beach is close to the hotel, attention to details. Only 10-12 minutes by car to Porto Cervo or Cannigione.
We stayed here for 5 days in July. It was very hot, and the pool was a wonderful break from the heat. The room was comfortable with a great view of the Sea. And the breakfast was spectacular, eating outdoors looking over the pool and the sea beyond. The beach has a very rocky sand that is uncomfortable (unbearable) to walk on in bare feet or flip flops, so we spent most of our time in the pool. There aren't any attractions within walking distance, so plan on getting a taxi to take you anywhere to see the island. Also, there is only the one restaurant, and it is pricey, so be aware that you will be spending money on meals. The staff were friendly and all spoke English. They helped us arrange a boat tour, and they were very helpful in offering advice about the island. We got wonderful massages in the Spa (Carmen is Incredible!!) but we didn't get a chance to try out the workout room. All in all, it was a wonderful visit and a beautiful resort. Be sure to check out the rooftop during the day and the night (wonderful view of the stars)…
We have traveled extensively around the world. This was a memorably bad service experience. Many things were done poorly, culminating in the general manager following us out to our car as we left to tell us how most of the things that went wrong were our fault. What a way to send us off to our next destination! They do not understand what service in a fine hotel looks like. Ok for a Holiday Inn, but inexcusable for this amount of money and expectation. A very big disappointment. I would avoid this resort. I am sure there are many others on the island that leave the customers feeling welcomed and valued.
Ea Bianca is a wonderful resort as a base for exploring or just for staying there and relaxing. The pool was clean and chairs were comfortable, service was attentive, and the food and drink were delicious. Our large balcony had a terrific view that was addictive. Staff was helpful and packed us a breakfast box for an early morning flight. Highly recommend.
The property is beautiful and the views are stunning. The main hotel common areas are lovely. Not sure about the rooms as we stayed in a villa. The villas are in desperate need of an upgrade including TVs(which are Circa 2001), working wifi and closets/wardrobes. The villas should also have simple things like Olive Oil, Balsamic, salt and pepper. The hotel restaurant staff seems put out and confused half the time. One morning we were told at 10:30am (end of breakfast time) that we needed to hurry and get out so they could set up for lunch. Lunera Beach restaurant is lovely and everyone there seems happy and very courteous. The Maître-D (he has a soft British accent) really should train everyone at the hotel as he is the shining star of this property. The hotel staff sauf the General Manager (who is lovely and does her absolute best) needs to understand the meaning of communication with each other. They often had issues simply because they do not communicate or stop to ask a question. I made a booking through the front desk for a deep tissue massage and facial however the esthéticien had no clue what I had booked and spoke not a word of English so I ended up with maybe a relaxation massage. Things like this were a regular occurrence as again the communication between staff members was lacking. The spa also needs a few simple things…a massage table that is not worn out. The one I was on was so worn out and old that it felt like I was laying on a wooden board and there was a cut out instead of proper head rest. This is something that costs maybe 500€ to replace at most. In short the hotel could be a 5 start hotel with a few simple upgrades and better staff training. At the moment it sits at a 4 star at best.…
Was lucky enough to stay at this hotel 6 years ago and have always wanted to return. Unfortunately our experience wasn’t as good as our previous stay. Positives; location and views stunning, very clean, turn down service, reception staff very friendly and accommodating; pool area and grounds beautiful Negatives Head waiter extremely rude and unpleasant; very stressed. €7 for a bottle of 750ml water, alcohol expensive especially the wine. There is a dress code for the men for the restaurant, trousers and no open toed shoes. This was not adhered too by a number of gentleman guests staying. If you have a dress code, reinforce it or don’t have one at all. My husband did not want to sit in trousers in 30* degrees but did!! A 5 star hotel, costing over €500 per night should have a level of service that is missing. I’m sorry to say, I have no desires to return to this hotel again…
Perfect setting, beautiful view on the Sea, cosy atmosphere, lounge music. Délicious food with 1st class ingredients and a mix of typical and Classic dishes. Special credit to our host Jacopo for his very professional and careful service. A dream evening.
We spent a wonderful week at L'Ea Bianca this week, staying in their fabulous junior suite, with our own private garden. The room was well appointed and linen and towels changed daily. The staff couldnt have been more helpful and smiling and the general manager was always present and welcoming. The beach bar is simply lovely, overlooking the sea and a really lovely place for a relaxed lunch. The evening meal had plenty of choice to cater for all tastes and we had some wonderful seafood accompanied by good wine. The live music was a real bonus. Highly recommend as a special place to stay - we had a lovely unwind and don't understand the average restaurant comment made by another visitor. We didnt find it to be so. Just lovely Andrew and Sharon Humphreys Somerset UK
