Hi Sonia, if you are talking about the hotel's shuttle bus, you book it with reception and they pick you up where they drop you off which is nearly opposite a little cafe called Il Giardino Mediterraneo which is on the main street which eventually leads to the bus station (although you need to go down steps) to get the local bus. If you are talking about the local bus, then this is picked up in the main street in San't Agata between the war memorial and the pharmacy and runs approx every 30 mins.
You can walk from Villa Romita to Sorrento which brings you out at the side of Hotel Hilton. This is a very steep walk but a lovely walk and again reception are very helpful and will tell you where to pick up the trail. Hope this is of some help....
