I normally don't write reviews, but after spending a lovely weekend in Brogan's I felt it was the least I could do for the staff who made our weekend extra special. Our room was nice and clean and after check-in, we enjoyed delicious lunch in the traditional style bar, sitting by the open fire, we could have settled in for...

Had meal in restaurant last night for my daughter whose going to Australia. what a dissapointment the food was cold or luke warm at best, had to send starter back and still mains were not much better. Service was so slow, we had to ask for our starter dishes to be cleared after an hour. The one dish that was...

My boyfriend and I booked Brogans for a weekend as we were attending a wedding in a near by hotel. On arrival we were greeted by a gentleman who checked us in and showed us to our room, he was very friendly and efficient even though he was busy serving other customers. Our room was located out the back of...

The service at reception wasn't at all good. After waiting a few minutes we went into the bar to ask the bar man to contact the receptionist as we wanted to book in. He actually came out from the bar and booked us in. Was attending a wedding near by so didn't actually spend too long at this guest house....

Stayed here a couple of nights. Room was ok, but lots of little things let it down- sink tap lever missing, only 1 flat pillow each, only one bedside table for double bed, bracket for soap dispenser left on wall, rawl plug holes in walls, noise from outside when bar closes(could do with secondary glasing) etc. Didnt try the food...

He told us our rooms were located outside through the courtyard and when we went...
