The room and the premises were just great! Nice staff. We had the opportunity to play with snow! The restaurant "La Veranda" has a spectacular view!! Reasonable prices for the services offered. I used the Spa and i am happy about it!

We visited the hotel between Christmas and new year. We had booked a Junior Suite, the ones with pool view from ground floor level. There is a big disadvantage with those suites. They are noisy due to the breakfast/dining room being right above them. Every chair that is moved can be heard right above your head due to poor sound...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while participating in an ultrarunning race, the Ultra Trail Pelion. This was the headquarters for the race where all the registration and briefing took place, so it was the most convenient place to stay, in our opinion. You can tell that the hotel is rather old from the carpet and fittings in...

We stayed here for one night while on a visit to the Pelion area of Greece. It was the end of the season and the hotel was very quiet. Unfortunately the pool and restaurant were closed. Check in was good, reception staff were polite. Our room was clean, cool, very comfortable. The bar was open so after we had been...

We made the unlucky choice to stay on a Saturday night. During the check-in, we were informed that a wedding party was held at the open pool yard. That proved to be only certain meters underneath our room balcony. The loud dancing music finished after 5:30am! The overall sleeping experience culminated in an overall two hours bad sleep and us...

Receptionists fail to use name tags. Thus, it is impossible to pin point professional responsibilities. Service attitude of receptionists greatly leaves to be desired. The latter have no sense for their professional duties such as actions of courtesy to a guest (complete information, providing assistance to a guest when necessary). It's the spirit of bureaucrats with no 'out - of-...

Highlight: the unique view of the sea and Volos. Book a table in restaurant La Veranda. If the sky is clean you will see amazing picture of Volos at night. The room with a pool/sea view was great, clean and spacious, with a comfy bathroom. The only one thing I could add is a slippers. Breakfast was good enough, there...

Staying at this hotel we are left with a nice experience overall. The room is nice, the staff very friendly especially with handling two children and the location convenient. I wouldn’t call this to have brand new luxurious rooms, however the state of our room was satisfactory. Highlight of the experience was the breathtaking view of the sea!

Don't get misled by the name of the hotel. This property may have had more glorious time in the past, but it is currently struggling because of lack of maintenance and investment. It is unfortunately equally noticeable in the common area (pool, entrance) as in the room which are closer to an average 2/3* hotel than anything else.
