We stayed here for one night while on a visit to the Pelion area of Greece. It was the end of the season and the hotel was very quiet. Unfortunately the pool and restaurant were closed. Check in was good, reception staff were polite. Our room was clean, cool, very comfortable. The bar was open so after we had been... More

We made the unlucky choice to stay on a Saturday night. During the check-in, we were informed that a wedding party was held at the open pool yard. That proved to be only certain meters underneath our room balcony. The loud dancing music finished after 5:30am! The overall sleeping experience culminated in an overall two hours bad sleep and us... Receptionists fail to use name tags. Thus, it is impossible to pin point professional responsibilities. Service attitude of receptionists greatly leaves to be desired. The latter have no sense for their professional duties such as actions of courtesy to a guest (complete information, providing assistance to a guest when necessary). It's the spirit of bureaucrats with no 'out - of-... More

Highlight: the unique view of the sea and Volos. Book a table in restaurant La Veranda. If the sky is clean you will see amazing picture of Volos at night. The room with a pool/sea view was great, clean and spacious, with a comfy bathroom. The only one thing I could add is a slippers. Breakfast was good enough, there... More

Staying at this hotel we are left with a nice experience overall. The room is nice, the staff very friendly especially with handling two children and the location convenient. I wouldn’t call this to have brand new luxurious rooms, however the state of our room was satisfactory. Highlight of the experience was the breathtaking view of the sea!

It is a luxury hotel. It has beautiful view and swimming pool. The hotel has good place. It's near the center of village portaria where there are restaurant, coffe shops and souvenirs. You can walk in the village.

Don't get misled by the name of the hotel. This property may have had more glorious time in the past, but it is currently struggling because of lack of maintenance and investment. It is unfortunately equally noticeable in the common area (pool, entrance) as in the room which are closer to an average 2/3* hotel than anything else.

I stayed at the hotel with my family in two communicating double rooms garden view.Rooms were comfortable and the inner temperature was ideal regarding the low temperature outdoors which was 9 C. Breakfast buffet was rich and had a lot of local products. You can also order any coffee you prefer without extra cost.Outdoor environment was magnificent and parking space... More

The website is deceiving and as many hotels in greece chooses to show one or two great photos of their "amazing gardens and swimming pool." When you arrive you will see a parking area which is not cleaned often, dirty windows and an exterior that looks like it may have been renovated a long time ago.... Once inside the reality... More
