We visited aiolides on a low season time. The room was big, very nicely decorated with a large bed, fire place with free wood ti burn, lovrly breakfast served in a basket in our room, reasonably priced. The staff was friendly and very keen to help us. It was a really nice stay at plastira lake!

Looking for a nice hotel in the picturesque area of the Lake Plastiras to spend the Eastern holidays with my wife, we thought that this establishment would fit quite well our criteria for a romantic escape and luxury stay. The hotel fails to meet the standards of the four star hotel by far. Lack of professional attitude in the reception... More

We stayed with a family of 4 in 2 Superior Double rooms. They are the top rooms of the buildings. If we wanted to visit each others rooms you would have to go all the way down and outside and up the other building. There was no doorbell so in advance you would have to warn someone in the other... We have stayed in the Premium Studio of Aiolides. A very well traditionally designed room with stone to dominate in it, but at the same time with some modern concept. The room is located in the center of the village Kalyvia Pezoulas, and in my opinion the best place to stay while visiting Plastiras Lake. The personnel of the hotel... More

The mythical region of Thessaly is now-a-days best known for the Meteora, the amazing complex of monasteries perched on rocks that emerge from the ground like mysterious and mystical columns. But a short drive will take the visitor to another amazing and unexpected natural beauty, the Plastira Lake, an artificial lake, altitude 750 meters, surrounded by high mountains and shaped... More

We spent a night in this charming hotel located in the village of Kalyvia Pezoulas in Limni Plastira. The room was cozy, clean and quiet. There was a fireplace that we chose not to use (logs were extra), but even still the room was very warm. As an added bonus, the shower was luxurious. The hotel property is a short... More

We stayed in Aiolides for 3 nights. The room was very big with 2 couches, fireplace, a very big bed and a small kitchen. The TV was large enough (we could see the stand for the old LCD small TV which was probably replaced) and could be watched from the bed/sofas. The wood for the fireplace which are included in... The buildings are lovely, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I didn't have the heart to mention that i hardly had a wink of sleep on the bed, that frankly felt like sleeping on cardboard. The hotel recommended a restaurant on the opposite corner, where we had a distinctly average meal. The breakfast was nicely served in picnic... More

Although located in a nice area and the rooms were in principle nice, this small hotel had a really bad & negative temper. When we booked the rooms, the hotel owners asked us to sign and fax back a detailed list of all the possible additional charges we could ever make in their hotel. We did that, but it was... More
