Great location, close to everything. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and the hotel followed all COVID-19 rules making us feel very safe. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend the hotel to friends.
The overall experience was average, nothing special, nothing bad. However, the night before our departure,on our way out to enjoy the evening the elevator doors got stuck, the buttons were not responding and neither did the emergency button.Long story short,I managed to open the sliding doors with my hands and got me and my friends out. OFC we reported the event at the reception's night shift. The next morning I took the stairs but my sister used the elevator and as it took quite long for her to reach the ground floor I kindly asked the receptionist to check if it was stuck again. The manager took over and made sure it was okay. You'd say it was over.Alas,on my way up to the room the manager mocked me by saying to the receptionist "Dear colleague, please make sure this missy here ("kyrioula" in greek,it's insulting) gets 10k euros for the emotional distress before"..I said I was no missy and he said he didn't mean it that way..then I reported the previous night's event and he was not aware at all.As someone who has studied and is a professional in customer experience I say this is unacceptable don't u think so?…
My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights. We were welcomed at the front desk by Olympia who was a great help to us during our stay - thanks Olympia. A mention to all other staff who were very attentive. Our room was very clean and a great size. A wide range of food to choose from at breakfast. A great location with everything you need outside the front door. Beach a hop and a skip away, thermal spa up the road. We will definitely return.
Lovely renovated hotel in the city center be able to sit on the balcony and catch a glimpse of the sea between 2 buildings, as well as all the traffic in town, nice and clean room, very friendly staff and reasonable prices, nice breakfast buffet, parking in the street, sometimes a problem
Very "kind" people at the reception, they lie to get your money. Very unlikely to the other hotels in Loutraki, as we tried a few. They promised sea view, actually it's a building right in front and the sea you can see left and right of it, a little bit. They promised high speed internet connection, but there is none, only small in the reception area. When complaining, they invited us to check for the city's free Wi-F if it's working. Located right in a cross-road, is quite noisy all the time. They make the price as they like, nothing is listed.
