This family run business is a realy wonderful place to spend a nice vacation in Thasos. It is very close to the sandy beach of Skala Potamia, it has a nice garden whith a playground for kids, a barbeque place and space for parking.
We stayed in an apartment whith a lot of space, the kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need. The apartment was cleaned daily.
We enjoyed very much our stay and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend quality time in Thasos.

We booked a studio recently because were traveling with family to Thasos. The studio we booked was essentially two rooms plus a bathroom. One bedroom with a full bed and door to close for privacy. The rest was a large efficiency set up with an enormous bed and a fouton couch that could be pulled out to sleep even more people. We needed the two rooms. Our room was on the top floor so there was a balcony on each side which meant we could open both sides for a breeze if we wanted or use whichever balcony was not in the sun if we wanted. The rooms were all clean and the staff (family that owns it) were all delightful and welcoming.
There is free parking on site, which turned out to be critical. There is also access directly to the beachfront so you do not have to drive to the beach or walk too far unless you wish to do so. There is a shower and foot wash on the path back too, which was nice.
There were a couple things that could be improved. There is no A/C in the full bed sized room so whoever is in there can't really close the door or they'd sweat and can't open the balcony all night because it faces east and will be blindingly sun-filled early. A second downside is that the hotplate plug is not wired properly so that running the A/C and the hotplate simultaneously in the morning will blow a fuse and even with the A/C off it took forever to make coffee on the slow-burning hotplate. It was faster to walk to somewhere else for coffee. We did not try the wi-fi.
For what it was we thought it was good and we would use it again if we were with family.

The location was great the villa where we was is perfectly matching with the grill(under the roof)or inverse from the courtyard.
You have perfect place of parking inside under the trees which offers some protection against the burning sun. They let you with friends inside the property to the barbecue but not in the room. The villa (there are two villas-one at the main street and one in the back closer the sea)is almost new(they reconditioned it)and perfectly furnished and built. Can say is awesome. The son Iorgos is ruling the affair in my opinion his father barely knows English and his mother speaks only Spanish(she is Mexican)all are a great cool and warm family.Think to come back again. If you come in Thassos go to:La Giola(natural pool near Limenas or Thassos town),Marble Beach, Golden Beach,Aliki Beach,Paradise Beach,San Antonio Beach,to Potos(eat lamb) as a must.Otherwise don't because Greece are plenty of beaches where you can just stay.

Kind owners and staff ...quite clean room...easy to find, close to the beach.
No breakfast
No view from the room we got.
Not satisfying wifi connection
Quite expensive for what it offers.(Contact straight the hotel, you may get a better price, than booking through a net site)
Surely needs some kind of renovation in the rooms.

It is a place for relaxation: 2 steps from the beach (with fine sand), rooms equipped with kitchenette! Barbecue in the yard. BUT what we didn't like - automat turning off the light at 10.50 pm in the hall, full silence between 14.30-17.30 (so if there are children playing in the yard it is a problem). The hosts were extremely upset and even raised the tone almost every night as we stayed in the Barbecue place till evening, although we made no noise.
Rules that are not written or said anywhere, before booking.

Hi!
The place is very nice and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the family who owns the place.
There are 2 villas with studios . Self catering is available, even a barbeque is in place, free parking.
The location is close to the beach-2 minutes from the room.
I stayed 1 week but seemed too short, I will go back next year, of course, at the same villa.😍
The only thing that I wish to be different is that the place would have a breakfast option, that I could eat a traditional greek breakfast.
Annita and her parents are the best.

It is a family owned sweet place where you relax and enjoy your vacation. Location of the hotel is amazing. Having your own kitchnette and spacious balkony gives you the comfort to relax and have a drink or a snack after a long day on the road/beach. The owners are very sweet. They try to help you anyway they can.
It is a great place to stay if you prefer Skala Potamias for your vacation.
