I stayed here the last week of August as part of Richmond holidays. The staff at zefiros hotel are extremely friendly and were accommodating of my gluten intolerance at meal times. My bedroom was cleaned to a good standard, although one time the full bin bag was left on the bathroom worktop which was not very hygienic. Very good lunches and I would recommend sitting on the terrace as you can get a good sea view and a free dessert. Would recommend a stay here and am already planning my return

Me and my girlfriend wanted to visit Samos island for cheap holidays so we booked at Zefiros hotel. The room at first sight was simple but it remind you of Greece. The mattresses were very good. The food at the buffet was also very good and in the a la Carte restaurant we went on our third day and it was so good that we went all the rest days of our holidays. The beach was very clean and the drinks and cocktails were amazing . 8-10 minutes away of pythagorio and 15 from airport. That’s place unexpected good.

The location was perfect. Very close to pythagorio and the airport. There is also a bus that takes you to Samos town and pythagorio complimentary. Or if you prefer to rent your own car the receptionist does it for you very fast. Overall the beds where good and I enjoyed my vacation and was able to rest because it was peaceful and quiet.

The hotel is basic, clean and '3* attractive' and with a friendly staff. I was part of a Richmond Holidays group. Beach-front location, good pool and good pool bar for lunches, drinks and ice-creams. Food in the main restaurant is basic but reasonable, with friendly staff. The plates are almost whipped away from you as soon as you finish your food - I don't understand the rationale of covid-hygiene given for this. The bar is tended in the evenings by a very friendly and helpful bar manager. During the day, the pool bar is the better bet. Lovely location, nice hotel with good communal areas. Planted and grass areas and nearby roadway not ultra-smartly kept but not untidy either. Higher rooms have good views, particularly on the west side. Lower rooms on east side face onto a driveway and on the west onto an untidy back area. Quiet in the first week of September.…

This is my 7th visit to the Zefiros, and the staff are now my friends. They are all so pleasant and will do anything for you, particularly if you try a few words of Greek. Yes the rooms are quite basic but it's not a 5 star hotel! It's clean, has a balcony overlooking the sea, with spectacular sunsets, and I even had a fridge. The air conditioning can be a bit touch and go, bit had a room on the 2nd floor this year, with fab air con. Boyan the head waiter is so attentive to everyone's needs, and happily kept a bottle.of wine for me in the kitchen fridge so I could use over a couple of nights. Alec in the pool bar notices everything, and appears virtually as soon as you sit down. Lunches are excellent. The evening meals are more basic than lunches, but you can go back for 2nds or even 3rds! Plates are removed quickly for hygiene reasons, you just get another plate for seconds- after all you're not doing the washing up! As has been mentioned there are free shuttle buses to Pythagoria and Samos on alternate days. Beach towels can be hired for a deposit of 5 euros, and you can change these daily if you want to. The pool bar is now open till 7.30pm so pre dinner G&Ts were had!! I will return…

Great Hotel. Nice rooms, great service, good breakfast. Great Bar and pool. beach just 10meter from the pool. Great place for families and couples. You will want to rent a car as there is a great town near by and a sandy beach both only a short drive away

The Internet was outdated, not secure, and slow. Air condition was working only the last night of my stay, 22 June 2022. I was there for a two-week stay with Richmond Holidays. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Loved the weather and swimming pool. Lunches at the pool snack bar were great.

Stayed for 12 nights on a Richmond holidays package. The reviews on TripAdvisor had made me doubt how good this hotel was, so I feel I must write to give an accurate and up-to-date review. Interactions with the staff who run the hotel are mainly limited to reception and meal times, but they were all very friendly. The food at lunchtime is cooked to order down by the pool bar and slightly better than the food at the buffet dinner, but all good. No staff got shirty that we didn’t buy drinks for an evening meal. Covid measures were politely enforced and the rooms were cleaned daily. The pool is a decent size with free loungers around the outside, the pebble Beach is just across a very quiet road, where the Richmond staff have more enthusiasm and boating equipment than you can imagine! Sundays were the best because they organised a regatta, where everyone was out on the water with different kit, either as a sailor, kayaker or joy-rider it was fantastic fun! Throughout the holiday I interacted with lots of the Richmond team and they are all extremely friendly, helpful and inclusive- especially important when travelling alone.
