Worst experience to stay in the property , non accommodative staff especially receptionist , will look for ways to trouble you , will not even help a person with a glass of water or a lady to pickup the luggage , walking in to guest rooms without knocking !!! Not sharing any mangers info for making any complaint and hotel has poorest amenities , worst cold breakfast , so if you are looking to spoil your Greece vacation then book this property

Our room had some issues at first, but we let the reception know, went for a dive in the pool and they already fixed it. Really kind and patient people. Breakfast was extremely well made with fresh materials. Also the parking was super easy. Totally recommend.

Hotel was superb well personally for me. The hotel is made by the people who make your experience. Each and every member of staff was kind and warming. We had a little pool in our room in the balcony which was lovely. At the early morning when u wake up quick way to wake you up as it's cool. Also have the outdoor pool which is not huge but just right for the resort. The breakfast was a buffet as I could not eat the meat at hand I was happy with the eggs bread and cereal. The chef personally made it her responsibility to make sure we ate good and we ate halal. As there was no meat options she made us all a beautiful cooked fish each with potatoes and greens was sublime. All in all made our experience even more memorable so thank you Team Maistros. If you have any of these guys serving you you'll be well looked after. Georgia, Kaya, Katerina, Sovel, Kostis, Thodoros and Ada. Fantastic location as the island is small so not really an issue were you stay. For travelling best hire yourself a quad or ATV really cheap and easy to use to travel if your not to comfortable just hire a car either way you can travel freely and see everything. We hired our quads via the Hotel. It was quick and easy and very cheap! Thanks Nikos from the Quad team

Terrible experience. We had plan to stay two nights from Sept 10-12 2019. Our $400 night room did not have air conditioner, the room was dirty, old dated and the reception's answer was "open the windows for air, repair for the wall unit air conditioner would arrive tomorrow". We had to leave the hotel, at 9pm without knowing where to go and these people did not reimburse any money. Don't waste your money in a hotel that is not 5 stars at all. There are many other nice and clean places to stay. They mislead people with their pictures. I feel really bad for the staff that tried to do their best with the chaos around them. This place is awful and deceiving.

The hotel is terrible. Nothing had value, except the staff that seemed to be conscious of the huge problems and tried to help as much as possible, and all was decadent and old. Our "executive suite" was smelly, old and creepy : a very small basin in the room with a broken tube as there was always water on the floor; bathroom without any possibility to hang a towel; a constant sewage smell in the toilet forced us to keep the window always open; towels so hard that everytime we dried, we made a scrub to face and body! I slept on a sofa bed whose materass was very thin... Breakfast had very poor quality. No toaster for bread (they put one after we complained); drinks only tea, french coffee and water. Old cold cuts.. We had to fight to request a cappuccino which we wanted to pay but the bar was closed so they did not want to do it. Finally they did and offered it to us because we complained so much that they could not help it. Of course other guests asking did not get it. Overall the quality of this hotel is not even a 3 stars! Sometime even 2 stars are better than this. No quality, no structure, no soul.. The management has to invest huge money to make it work the way a 5 stars is worth calling it that way. I will never go back!

From the photos left by management we thought the place looked amazing , but from the moment we arrived I knew looks can be deceiving, we were brought to a room with no sink in the bathroom just what looked like a cave , outside the toilet is a sink with a electric socket underneath it , from its eerie bathroom to out dated rooms and impolite staff , how this was a 8 out of 10 on any web site is beyond me , I haven't seen the pool been cleaned once and the junior suite pool looks disgusting ,our first day we went to the pool we brought water and was told we couldn't drink it as we didnt buy it from the pool bar , but yet there was another family eating crisps and drinks they had brought down themselves, I thank God I didnt upgrade , place is so bad we had to rebook another hotel , the free breakfast was nothing to call home about , jams marmelade yogurt bread no toaster , scrambled egg u could stand on and ud break your toes , so do yourself a favour and dont waste your money on here I've seen cleaner for this price

First- I created a trip advisor account JUST to write this review! We have been island hopping in Greece for the last two weeks making Santorini our last stop. I was most excited about this particular hotel after looking at the photos and paying extra to have the private pool. The first room we were taken to smelled musty, did NOT have a pool, was dirty (they claimed it was clean) so I refused to accept the room. They then gave us another room after we a little back and fourth about the private pool. Only this room was dirty as well! There was mold on the walls (especially in the bathroom), the pool was dirty, and there was bird poop all over the balcony! You could feel the springs in the mattress and the TV did not have any satellite channels. I swore I saw a roach run across the room too! Long story short - we cancelled our reservation and found a new hotel that we are happy with!

To begin with, DO NOT STAY HERE (unless you are looking for a 1 star hotel). They claim to have 5 stars but I can guarantee you if they were checked they would not be qualified to have when one star. The entrance is hidden at the back of the hotel and when entering the lobby it is a small room and you are not welcomed as if you are entering a 5 star hotel. They couldn’t find our reservation which took them 10 minutes while they looked through papers as if it was registered manually. Finally they found my reservation and although requested in advance for early checkin once arriving they said it would take about an hour. We ended up waiting for 2 hours. During this time, they were not at all apologetic and we also overheard other guests complaining about the quality and the service of the room. The bathroom in the lobby was appalling which already gave me a bad idea about the hotel. When we arrived they mentioned that there was an hour wait and at this point they took the bags and just left them lying in the open. These bags with valuables could have easily been taken if another guest went past. Finally the room was ready and Sofia (the only helpful staff) guided us to the room. We opened the door and the place looked nothing like the room shown in the photo. In regards to the room, the WIFI does not work even after multiple requests to the reception to have to restart their 5 star quality WiFi. There was no apology for this mishap just a rude hang up of the phone. They also said that the WiFi throughout the whole island was the same quality and it wasn’t their fault that the WiFi didn’t work. The room looking NOTHING like the photos and the excuse for this by the staff are that the furniture has changed. From a white cushion leather bed to a crappy light blue bed. The walls had mould on them. We paid money to another hotel so that we could shower as the showers were horrible to look at. The shower head was completely damaged and the floors were filthy. The window looked so rusty it may have fallen off. The view was nothing close to ‘sea view’ as mentioned on the website. The staff were arguing with us over this which is firstly not acceptable considering you are working in ‘customer service’. The towels could be mistaken for exfoliators. We bought some towels from the local store instead. Due to the disappointment of the response we had received from staff we requested to speak to the manager. We were told that he was not available although we could see him hiding in the office. As a result, one of the ladies said that once they get into contact they will see us within a few hours. There was no contact and it had been 24 hours now. They said that all rooms looked the same and there was no difference in quality. On the second day, wei entered the lobby to address the issue and see it there were any updates. And the staff acted as if they didn’t recognize us and as if nothing had happened. We genuinely believed they were joking. Another gentleman approached and started discussing that he had the same issues as us and that his shower didn’t even have a place to hold the shower head. There was another man who approached who said that he was the manager. He was the same guy we saw on the first day when the staff told us that the manager was not in the vicinity. When we brought this matter up the girl said she swore that the manager wasn’t in yesterday although we 200% saw him. One of the girls also confirmed this. The manager was arguing and not resolving the issue. This has been the worst experience after traveling around Europe for over a month and not receiving anything close to this. Hoping that no one else would have to go through this. If you were able to see the actual photos you would understand the situation.
