Detailed Reviews
Our room had some issues at first, but we let the reception know, went for a dive in the pool and they already fixed it. Really kind and patient people. Breakfast was extremely well made with fresh materials. Also the parking was super easy. Totally recommend.

The staff are fantastic and really helpful when we checked in at 10.30 pm due to a late flight. The restaurant menu is small but the dishes were tasty. The whole place was spotless in and around reception and the really lovely pool area.
Please check when booking. We reserved a Junior Suite which, on their website, states has a shower. We booked this due to mobility issues. Upon check in the room has a large bath in the middle of the room with a shower attachment on the taps. Due to the size we were unable to wash away the woes of the travels from the day before. Bed was comfortable. Mini bar actually refers to a couple of tea bags and sachets of coffee. Two ice cold bottles of water in the fridge were gratefully received. The continental breakfast was tasty and hit the spot. In our room, light flooded through the glazing on the front door but was so tired that it did not cause much of an issue. The bathroom however was decorated like varnished concrete and given the relatively small size was like being in a prison cell. Needs some colour on the walls. The 'private ' pool on the patio was lovely. Described as private means that is for your sole use but can be overlooked by passing vehicles and anyone walking at the back of the property
Would I go back? Probably.
I would urge the hotel to re-word their room descriptions and splash some colour in the bathrooms.

Very good hotel clean room spacious with pool on the balcony and staff polite. The breakfast was quite rich. It has a parking space for the car and as a location is very close to Fira.I would highly recommend it.

Hotel was superb well personally for me. The hotel is made by the people who make your experience. Each and every member of staff was kind and warming.
We had a little pool in our room in the balcony which was lovely. At the early morning when u wake up quick way to wake you up as it's cool.
Also have the outdoor pool which is not huge but just right for the resort.
The breakfast was a buffet as I could not eat the meat at hand I was happy with the eggs bread and cereal.
The chef personally made it her responsibility to make sure we ate good and we ate halal. As there was no meat options she made us all a beautiful cooked fish each with potatoes and greens was sublime.
All in all made our experience even more memorable so thank you Team Maistros.
If you have any of these guys serving you you'll be well looked after.
Georgia, Kaya, Katerina, Sovel, Kostis, Thodoros and Ada.
Fantastic location as the island is small so not really an issue were you stay. For travelling best hire yourself a quad or ATV really cheap and easy to use to travel if your not to comfortable just hire a car either way you can travel freely and see everything.
We hired our quads via the Hotel. It was quick and easy and very cheap! Thanks Nikos from the Quad team

The excellent staff who couldn't do enough for me and helped me on reception and gave concierge gave good advice quiet very relaxing location, comfortable and relaxing, large room with plunge pool, great sea views and close the airport.
The staff kept the area spotless the rooms were cleaned daily including the plunge pool every morning.
The reception have special rates for taxi's from the village set prices.
This complex is very well run by a happy and customer focused team without going over the top this made my stay very enjoyable so a massive thank you to all at Maistros Villas.

The hotel looks impressive. The pool is lovely. The staff are friendly and helpful. The grounds are clean.
Our room was a shocker. It required a climb of 31 steep marble steps to reach the living area. The kettle was down 16 steps from the living area where there was no tap for water. The room electricity required the key to be fitted into a receptacle. So when we went out for the day the refrigerator was off. The TV had only greek language channels.
The bathroom was awful. The toilet seat was not aligned with the bowl. The plug for the wash basin required an engineering degree to operate. There was no soap in the dispenser behind the basin. The shower was dreadful. It was dirty. The soap dispenser required great patience to get sufficient. There was no holder for the shower rose so hair washing was difficult. The room had a double bed but only one chair. On the terrace were two chairs but one was broken and unusable. The telephone in the room was so old that the numbers on the keys had worn away.

The staff was very kind especially Mrs. Marialena always with a smile and to give you information about the island, just like the cleaning ladies kept coming to clean our room with a smile! It also had a rich buffet breakfast! Thank you for everything, keep up the good work you all do, because the hotel is not made by the stars but by the people who work in it!

A great, quiet facility. Very friendly staff. Half board was just right for us. In the morning, enjoy a well-kept breakfast and enjoy the island's cuisine during the day. Changes in travel planning were also very flexible and at no additional cost. Thanks to the team at Maistros Village!!!

+1
Very far from a 5 stars hotel!! When we entered in the room it smelled very bad. We were supposed to be in a suite with a private pool. The room was quite big but not comfortable at all, there were very few furniture, no drawers at all for the clothes and just one hook to hang up the towels. On the balcony the chairs were full of rust and the private pool was next to some kind of machine, the environment was definitely not appealing. There was humidity everywhere on the walls. The soap dispenser was falling from the wall all the time. The air conditioning was old and noisy. The sunbeds around the pool were extremely dirty. The water suddenly stopped running when we were having a shower one day. This is an old establishment that needs to be renovated. We were offered a meal prior to our departure, the staff was trying to be friendly but the whole experience was not good and overall very disappointing.

The only positive thing: excellent location for getting around the island. A stone's throw from Fira, all the towns of Santorini can be reached comfortably and easily.
Cons: dirty rooms, absolutely superficial daily cleaning, they just make the bed. From the first to the last day we didn't have hand soap and they didn't bother to change it. The hair dryer (obviously dilapidated) broke two days after our arrival and despite numerous complaints to the receptionists it was not fixed. Horrible breakfast to say the least: there are very few things and of poor quality, there is no hot milk.
In summary: 5 stars bordering on science fiction, for me it's not even worth 2. Avoid while you can!

Yes they do!
The life guard is super sweet and helpful!
I don't have a fishing boat? But I'm sure that the staff at the hotel would be quite helpful with making arrangements and connecting you with the right people for you. Enjoy your vacation.
