Our room had some issues at first, but we let the reception know, went for a dive in the pool and they already fixed it. Really kind and patient people. Breakfast was extremely well made with fresh materials. Also the parking was super easy. Totally recommend.

Only been here for a few days and the list of complaints are rising. Firstly on arrival we were not aware that the hotel had charged us again for their ‘tax’ which I know full well we had already paid for using Booking.com, we were then shown to our room and we were shocked at so many items not being available. No kettle in the room, the bed sheets and towels were very damp and couldn’t be used, no plug in the sink, nowhere to put toiletries in the bathroom, the patio was an ice rink when wet due to the air conditioning, bare wires sticking out of the wall, this was supposed to be a Junior Suite. We opted for half board and ending up waiting until 8.40pm to eat even though dinner was at 8pm! Food wasn’t too bad, though the pork souvlaki was raw on parts. Breakfast was another matter, stone cold strips of bacon, cold scrambled eggs, cold mini frankfurters, the coffee was cold as well, powdered orange and lemon juice and the only edible things was croissants. when you pay good money for something and it’s nothing like it says on booking.com then I feel I had to say something to warn other guests. The staff work really hard and I felt sorry for them. The rooms themselves are big but no storage space or drawers, bar prices are really expensive. I also noticed that the price for the same room next week had tripled to £2400 I couldn’t believe what I was seeing! Would I return? Not a chance, this hotel needs a complete overhaul with the most basic of things first and it’s nothing like the pictures suggest. Not sure how this hotel ever got a 5 * rating!

Hotel was superb well personally for me. The hotel is made by the people who make your experience. Each and every member of staff was kind and warming. We had a little pool in our room in the balcony which was lovely. At the early morning when u wake up quick way to wake you up as it's cool. Also have the outdoor pool which is not huge but just right for the resort. The breakfast was a buffet as I could not eat the meat at hand I was happy with the eggs bread and cereal. The chef personally made it her responsibility to make sure we ate good and we ate halal. As there was no meat options she made us all a beautiful cooked fish each with potatoes and greens was sublime. All in all made our experience even more memorable so thank you Team Maistros. If you have any of these guys serving you you'll be well looked after. Georgia, Kaya, Katerina, Sovel, Kostis, Thodoros and Ada. Fantastic location as the island is small so not really an issue were you stay. For travelling best hire yourself a quad or ATV really cheap and easy to use to travel if your not to comfortable just hire a car either way you can travel freely and see everything. We hired our quads via the Hotel. It was quick and easy and very cheap! Thanks Nikos from the Quad team

Terrible experience. We had plan to stay two nights from Sept 10-12 2019. Our $400 night room did not have air conditioner, the room was dirty, old dated and the reception's answer was "open the windows for air, repair for the wall unit air conditioner would arrive tomorrow". We had to leave the hotel, at 9pm without knowing where to go and these people did not reimburse any money. Don't waste your money in a hotel that is not 5 stars at all. There are many other nice and clean places to stay. They mislead people with their pictures. I feel really bad for the staff that tried to do their best with the chaos around them. This place is awful and deceiving.

The hotel is terrible. Nothing had value, except the staff that seemed to be conscious of the huge problems and tried to help as much as possible, and all was decadent and old. Our "executive suite" was smelly, old and creepy : a very small basin in the room with a broken tube as there was always water on the floor; bathroom without any possibility to hang a towel; a constant sewage smell in the toilet forced us to keep the window always open; towels so hard that everytime we dried, we made a scrub to face and body! I slept on a sofa bed whose materass was very thin... Breakfast had very poor quality. No toaster for bread (they put one after we complained); drinks only tea, french coffee and water. Old cold cuts.. We had to fight to request a cappuccino which we wanted to pay but the bar was closed so they did not want to do it. Finally they did and offered it to us because we complained so much that they could not help it. Of course other guests asking did not get it. Overall the quality of this hotel is not even a 3 stars! Sometime even 2 stars are better than this. No quality, no structure, no soul.. The management has to invest huge money to make it work the way a 5 stars is worth calling it that way. I will never go back!
