My room was very nice and has the pictures shown. In the room, there is plenty of space. The shower is really great and huge. Staff friendly and helpful. One thing is the place is about 1km, downhill, from the bus station. So it is easy to reach the place at your arrival but during your stay, either you rent a car/scooter/quad or you walk... But the place is quiet, safe and great to stay !!

The host was so welcoming, made me feel like I was part of the family and went out of his way to make sure I had everything I needed. Can’t recommend staying here enough as it’s close to both Thira and to go to the south of the island to see the red, white and black beach.

The owner was very welcoming and friendly. He immediately made me feel at home. The hotel is not far from the city. They offer rides to the city as well, since there is nothing nearby (I don't remember how much it cost). The owner invited me to join him and another employee to listen to Greek music and he ordered food for me which he paid for himself. I only stayed one night but I really enjoyed it. The place is clean and you get a free water bottle in your room.

The rooms were very clean. They changed bed sheets and towels daily. Their WC facility was huge with a beautiful shower. We had a nice view at the sea. Quiet and very family friendly. Oh I forgot to mention they had a pool.

Do not stay here..its a fairly warning. I booked here for 5 nights. I thought its was a great location to Oia and Fira, but i was wrong. Hotel is in the middle of no where. No store, no restaurant, no bus.Going to Oia and Fira have to catch a bus, then another bus to the island.Red flag, when chk in the hotel owner will keep your passport. This is 2019, toilet paper after used, do not put in toilet and have to put in trash can with NO trash can bag. This is unhealthy. The room has aunts trail on the floor. No store, no restaurant around. Where do you go eat and get your water to drink? why did people give this place 9.0 review? I have to leave the hotel and go stay w my friends in Oia. The hotel owner pocket my 5 nights money bcuz he would not cancel my stayed. Warning, Do not come here and make the same mistake . Do not trust review online .

My wife and I stayed at stravos villas for 2 nights, and we did not regret it. The whole staff was very accommodating and helped us with an early check-in. They set up the airport pick up for 15 euros and drop-off (at night) for 20 euros. On top of that, we were able to get a great sunset expedition set up by stravos villas which was much cheaper than what we found online. The hotel is walking distance from fira if you don't mind walking 30 min or 15 minutes from the little downtown which you can take a bus to fira for 1.8 euros. The hotel also offers breakfast for an extra charge, but if you prefer you can buy your own food at a supermarket 10-15 minutes away and store at the little fridge they have at the room.

We had a stay for 6 nights in Stavros Villas. A nice, cosy and niceprice familyhotel with clean rooms, great service and swimmingpool. The staff was very helpfull and serviceminded, the owner is great! The staff at the hotel helped us with airport transport in the middle of the night, and we also had transport to the New Port when we took the ferries as well. Stavros villas is close to Karterados, with 10 minutes walk to bars and restaurants. To Fira town it takes approx. 25-30 minutes to walk, or the staff would help you to get to the town. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

We visited Santorini as guests to a family wedding, staying only three nights. This family run hotel fitted the bill perfectly, and in terms of price was one of the most competitive. After our booking was confirmed we arranged an airport transfer. Very straightforward. Our room was basically furnished, but spotless and was cleaned daily to a very good standard. Breakfast was available - the greek yoghurt was delicious - and Steve, the owner, was on hand to assist with trips to Oia, and to arrange car hire. Some may find its location a little challenging, since the local amenities are up a fairly steep hill, about a ten minute walk away. It is worth stocking up on provisions - there was a fridge in our room - as the food and drink area closes at 9.30pm. All in all I thought this was an excellent budget hotel, which I would happilky recommend.

I booked direct with Stavros Villas and was offered helpful advice and all went smoothly. The accommodation is roomy with a good-sized terrace with sea view, traditional and kept spic and span. Location is great (although walk to village is up a steep hill) being close to the airport and to the new road across the island. The family are very welcoming and everyone is very friendly......would definitely stay here again. A great find on a popular island.
