Would advise anyone to stay away from the Panorama Hotel in Stalis. Owner was nothing but disrespectful and abrupt, not child friendly in the slightest. Treats the staff very poorly and the rooms weren't cleaned in the slightest.

I can not judge your comments because they are false. I can not write the reasons why you behave like this because we will not lie and you may be hurt by the truth. Families with children know if we love them or not. The hotel is full every season with 80% occupancy of repeat visitors - friends. The cleanliness and you know that you are lying is everyday and the comments of the guests give us congratulations

What can I say about these lovely apartments but they are amazing in every way. We were in a group of 7, and are rooms were all quite close to each other, 2 on the ground floor with easy access to the pool. Across road from beach, and central to all amenities. Next door to the little church in the square, where we spent quite a few hours people watching with a few beers/cocktails Every member of staff we met were fabulous. Special mention to Lisa, Stavros and Terry, who were really helpful to us, as my husband was unwell for a few days and had to spend some time in our room. They asked after him every day. Only ate in restaurant a few times, but what we ate was lovely. Pool area is great, plenty of sun beds, never had a problem finding one for us all Across the road is their beach bar, another lovely pool and a small area with sun beds on the beach. There is a small charge for this, so maybe not for everyone, but we loved it there. Highly recommend these apartments for couples of all ages, and families with children Thank you Eva and family. Hope to see you next year…

You should stay at this hotel.The rooms are clean and are cleaned every day,the food is tasty,the staff are so friendly and make you feel like a part of the family.The hotel could not be in a better place,lots of shops and a stones throw from the beach.The pool bar is lovely and what a view.Its 4 euros each for a lounger and parasol but you can use the pool too if you don't fancy going in the sea.

This was our third visit to the Panorama at Stalis and again we were not disappointed. We upgraded to a beautiful room with a view of the pool and the sea - stunning. Eva and her staff are amazingly friendly. The pool area is absolutely spotless and is kept that way all day every day. The hotel has a smart new restaurant but we didn’t actually eat there. We did though eat every day at the Panorama Beach Bar and the food comes from the same kitchen. The salads were exceptional and on my last day I had the Wiener Schnitzel which I must say was a feast - delicious. As I said the staff looked after us brilliantly but special mention must go to Benjamin at the Beach Bar (otherwise known as Benny the Beach). Nothing was too much trouble hit him. Just returned from a wonder full week here we stayed in room 133 just down from the pool on the lower level the room was spotless and was kept spotless by the hard working maid upon arrival of the hotel we where greeted with a warm welcome from Eva and her staff even at 2am after a 4 hour delay the staff in the pool bar/restaurant work hard the hotel it’s self is in a perfect location right on the strip easy walking distance too all restaurants and bars we will definitely be staying next time we visit stalis

Lovely holiday at the Panorama apartments, lovely grounds and pool, room fine and had nice meals at the restaurant. The apartment was located right on the strip . Stavros and Pavlos where a great help in locating one of our suitcases and where very welcoming during our stay, Lisa also gave my wife a birthday cake on her birthday which was a lovely gesture and even the cleaners got her some fresh flowers Overall had a great time at this apartment and will be coming back, Stalis is a great resort for families

These apartments are one of the friendliest we have stayed in. My husband & I have never been to Crete before & this was our first holiday in 2yrs down to covid restrictions etc… so we just wanted a small family hotel /apartment for week holiday, well how Lucky we were to choose the Panorama Hotel Apartments. We arrived late evening & was greeted by owner & staff, taken to reception with quick & stress free checking. Taken to our room in main building on first floor over looking pool , large balcony with a sea view ( very happy) . Room was very clean & good furnishings. Basic kitchen area but enough equipment to make a snack or breakfast, reasonable size fridge with a small freezer section for ice ( to be honest never used area) as we had bed & breakfast. Air- con in room for a price & a safe as well. Breakfast every day was well cooked & plenty with good choice , staff were very accommodating & friendly. It was beginning of the season so everything was just starting to open up again in the area & hotel beach bar & beach area was not open as being revamped. This will be a fabulous area in evening & hope to return to enjoy this area next yr. The pool area was lovely & relaxing with plenty of sun beds. This hotel is perfect location for exploring the area of Stalis & surroundings as located on beach road, plenty of restaurants,bars, shops. Book this hotel you won’t be disappointed. A Warm welcome awaits you at the Panorama Hotel. all the staff are very friendly and helpful, and keep an eye out for Pablo one of the best bar / pool staff in the whole area. The Hotel itself is very clean, the cleaning staff come round every day to either mop, change bedding or towels and empty the bins. The food in the revamped restaurant is well worth a try and of good quality and price. We had 5 rooms on our trip all slightly different with different views of the pool, sea and mountain side, all the single occupancy rooms were great (3) they were studios with multiple beds and a lot of space. the standard rooms were ok size wise for 2. The down side for us all were the beds...they were so hard the we did not get an awful lot of sleep, and the drink prices for spirits increased whilst we were there by 40%. The owners are doing a great job of refurbing he place but will now not be finished until the closed season. All in all we had a fabulous stay and will highly recommend to anyone. hopefully will be going back myself one day.…

Another brilliant stay at Panorama apartments,lovely room overlooking the pool. The pool area is lovely and clean with a nice pool & a small kiddies pool. The apartments are very central,near the small church & Irish bar, a great location for the strip. The breakfasts are fabulous, the best we have had,as we're the other meals we had. Eva is wonderful, very helpful and her staff in the bar are very friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We will be returning 9th September & it can't come soon enough. Thank you Panorama we look forward to our return
