Just arrived back from a two week stay at Horizon Beach. Staff were all pleasant couldn’t do enough for us. Theo in the restaurant deserves a special mention he always made sure we were looked after and my little girl loved him. My view is you get what you pay for the hotel is cheap compared to most others in the area, the food was ok nothing fancy but always something to try and never went hungry! Our rooms (210 & 211) were lovely and modern not like some pics I’ve seen on here. Drinks were a little limited but I’m not a drinker so didn’t bother me served from 11am till 11pm. Only thing this hotel is lacking is a little entertainment.

Just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel and I would NEVER reccomend this place to anyone. Staff rude/food poor/services poor I witnessed the bar man slow the flow of beer from the1 pump using an allen key ... a hotel with 600 rooms! Only 1 toilet in all public areas.Complained to the Management in the hotel & Loveholidays to no avail. Not a hotel I would use again. Very disappointed.

Well what can I say, don't waste your money, this has got to be the worst hotel ever, there was only one ladies cubicle toilet for the hotel, which is not sufficient for a hotel with over 350 rooms. Staff were rude and very unhelpful on reception, and in the resturant, food was luke warm, and when brought to the attention of the staff, was told to put it in the microwave, when I pointed out a fly sat on the grated cheese, they just wafted it away, as if nothing was there all-inclusive drinks were very limited, I asked for red wine but told I had to pay for it, I explained that it's part of the all-inclusive, but they refused to give me any, (on love holidays) it does say it's free I was with my family 5 of us and still spent £1100.00 between us,on top of the price of the holiday. If you have money to throw away then this is a holiday for you. I did read the reviews before I booked, but am always open minded, all I can say is I wish I had taken notice. Please think twice before booking

No way is this hotel a 4 star, I was staying in room 103 next to the elevator going up and down all night door banging when guests entering and leaving the lift, very noisy people shouting and banging doors until early hours of the morning room terrible couldn’t swing a cat around in it this room was definitely not in the loveholidays brochure, old fridge in corner of the room rattling all night until I unplugged it, if you didn’t get down to the restaurant for 7 o’clock and left until later the food was terrible and cold I asked to see the restaurant manager when I told him the food was cold he told me to put it in the microwave which led to an all out argument myself and family and friends finished up eating out for breakfast and evening meals spending over £700.00 extra for a all inclusive holiday, you had to pay for bottled beer most shorts and red wine I informed love holidays and they replied saying that they could not do anything about it I paid £1800.00 for a load of rubbish and would never return to this place don’t be misled by the brochure

Travelled with total of 24 mixed ages family and friends to the Horizon Beach Hotel Stalis ages from 18-70 years, for two special birthdays, food average, states bar 11am to 23.00 not true meaning cannot access even water or soft drinks. One toilet inside Hotel and one outside, when we asked at reception was there another ? yes in your room not good enough really if need access at the time, some bar staff had young girl friends at end of bar they were saved after bar closed when we asked we were told no the bar was closed. Had to eat out for some meals which not really good enough really, my cousin and wife have three daughters so obviously the expense is something they could have done without, The Greek people in various tavernas were so lovely and friendly compared to what we had to put up with , personally I will never return to this Hotel and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone else.
