The hotel is great, the views are amazing, the location is near perfect - the sea is about as close as it can be, but the sandy beach is about half a kilometer away, though it doesn't detract from the experience one bit. The staff is pleasant and welcoming, the rooms are clean. There are many places to visit nearby - towns, aquarium, or the spectacular mountains.

The best hotel! View of the sea, beautiful new room, friendly staff. The only downside I find that the hotel does not have a beach, but it is in the town of Stalida about 500 m. It is nothing for complete fajnovky, or people who want to spend 7 days lying on the beach. There is a water park in the hotel and the adults will also have fun: D The best is Theo's kitchen manager. Everyone there is smiling at you and doing 100% for your comfort.

We loved it, my whole family did! From 1 year to 65 years old. It was my second time and I loved to see familiar faces still working there after 3 years.❤️ So this is where I start, the personnel. Everyone in the staff is super friendly, cheerful and helpful. All questions/problems got solved in a heartbeat. Of course special thanks to Theo, from restaurant. What a man, he just lights up your day, makes everyone feel welcomed and special. My little 1 year old also loved him 💕. The rooms were great - clean, comfortable beds and pillows (which is a must for me) and great view(to the sea). We loved the waterpark, great addition to the Hotel(which was not there 3 years ago). Pool area has possbility to play pool, air hockey etc. Hotel has small playground for tiny guests, with swings, slide etc. Food was also good, a lot of choices, full stomach guaranteed. There was always something to eat for my 1 year old, she especially loved morning porriage. Location of the hotel was great. Yes there is no sand beach right next to the hotel, but for us it was irrelavant. Less crowded😉, and closest sandbeach is only 10 min walk away from the Hotel down the shore. View from the Hotel was amazing, just breathtaking. Restaurant was also with a view, so what else can you want - then to gaze at the beautiful Crete nature(mountains and sea) while eating. Anyway we loved the Hotel and it was sad to leave, hope to go back soon. 🙂

A great hotel with a very nice view of the coast, especially at night time. Good food, rooms are great, just air conditioning was a bit bat not always working. Sadly you have to walk to a beach about 1-2 kilometers, the nearest place you can only dive in sea is from a footbridge, it is a good if you can swim very well but if you can't and just want to walk into the water not so good. The staff are very helpful. Sadly all included includes just beer, native rake drink, brandy and soda drinks and wine. Cocktails are not free.

First of all, I wanted to say that I was in a hotel during the pandemic so it was a little bit different. The hotel has an incredible view of the sea from the restaurant. The food was good, nothing special, but it was behind the glass and the staff served you everything you wanted. Also, they were wearing masks and gloves all the time. But one of the most important things there I want to mention is the attitude of the hotel staff because it exceeded my wildest expectations. Everyone there was so helpful, kind, lovely, sweet and nice in general. They were smiling at you, wished you a good day, talked with you for a bit and made sure you are having a great time. After this trip, I'm completely in love with the mentality of the Greek people. If it comes to the room, I've got to say that the one where I stayed wasn't so nice, but it didn't bother me much because I was there only to sleep. Stalis, in general, is a very quiet city but if u want to party the "greek Ibiza" is only 4/5 km away-Hersonissos. The hotel is situated near to the beach and markets. I'm definitely coming back next year!
