My Wife and I have just returned from the most relaxing week ever, we stayed at the Viena for 1 week from Thursday 28th July and it has to rate as the nicest holiday we`ve had abroad. Helena was the perfect host, she made sure that our stay was comfortable and nothing seemed too much trouble. The breakfast buffet was... More

Apartment extremely well appointed, modern and clean, kitchenette enables you to make your own salads if necessary. The rooms do not have this facility but equally as nice. Rooms are regularly serviced by the lovely Danielle. Pool a welcome and refreshing addition and the gardens are beautiful. Definately need a car as out of town. Helena and her family go... More

Having stayed at Viena Rooms in October 2015, we returned for a two week stay in May 2016. We had a fabulous time. Helen and her family were extremely welcoming, the breakfasts, which included home made delicacies, were delicious, and the pool warmed up as May wore on. The garden was relaxing and shady. Views across to the sea were... More

The staff was perfect, probably the kindest and the most helpful in the whole Crete. We had a big room with a balcony and the view. A lot of facilities - we had everything we needed. Maybe it is not the most picturesque place (because of these greenhouses around) but this place is perfect for quiet holidays.

A great hotel with a massive pool. When we came here for our holiday this is the hotel we stayed at and we loved it. It was perfect for the Kids because of the massive pool. The apartments are lovely with a small balcony to go with it. Breakfast is delicious which starts at 9:30-11:00 and lunch is lovely to.... More

Viena is a lovely place with kind people and great food and drinks for snacks/lunch. The rooms are lovely and cool. The pool is good and very large and the pool is surrounded by olive trees. There are hammocks in the middle of the olive tree 'forest' and the hotel is in a good spot next to lots of beaches.

We chose this place to stay because of the large pool, low prices and proximity to Elafonisi beach and our expectations were exceeded in all aspects. The pool was magnificent and the recently renovated room was very comfortable. The owners made us so welcome and the buffet breakfast was fabulous - wonderful value for money.

Viena rooms and apartments in Koundoura near Paleochora has nothing to do with Vienna in Austria but with historical town near the Krios beach (couple of kms apart). It is a relaxed place in the garden and olive tree orchard with a fine swimming pool, good breakfast and comfortable lodging. Thanks to owner Eleni's generosity we were able to change... More

This is a really outstanding family hotel. We stayed there for six nights and had two old-style rooms sharing the same balcony with a wonderful see view of the Libyan Sea. I knew that those were two of the few not renovated rooms, and it was like sleeping in my Grandmother's bedroom (I am half Cretan). However, we get what... More
