We stayed 4 nights at Losset. I will give the full details information about the facilities but the best of the best is madam Evelyne - she is on top and the add value which is so important for travelers and hotel guests. Evelyne is very kind, serve excellent breakfast, and choose for us 4 very good restaurants (for 4... More

Tucked away in an out-of-the-way location this is a terrific hotel run extremely professionally by a charming patronne. Nothing is to much trouble, breakfast is outstanding, the bar facilities are very good (and not expensive!) and we cannot recommend this hotel too highly.

Spotless, large room and bathroom, breakfast a small range but unlimited amount of quality provisions. Attentive owner (Evelyne) who offers support advice and local knowledge (as well as being a warm and friendly lady). The hotel is a little isolated but a 4k 1 hour walk through the villages and vineyards to the local town with a wide choice of... More

We wanted to break our drive from the South of France somewhere in Burgundy in a quiet village with a restaurant within walking distance of the hotel. This was one of those rare occasions when all the planets seemed to align. The hotel lives up to all of the previous reviews- very large rooms and bathrooms which are spotless and... More

The hospitality was superior. I felt like I was being welcomed home from the moment I arrived. This hotel is in the quiet town of Flagey Echezeaux making it remarkably easy to navigate Burgundy . The value for the room is as good as it gets in all of France. This is a quiet, comfortable, safe and very pleasant place... More

There was a pleasant welcome when we arrived. Our room was large, spacious and pleasant, perfectly clean, as was the bathroom. It looked out onto the quiet street and was opposite the church; the bell doesn't toll all through the night. We both had a good night's sleep, absolutely no noise could be heard from the street or from other... More

Perfect location to visit Burgundy and Beaune. We used Hotel Losset as a base to drive in the surrounding rural area of Burgundy. Small friendly hotel with our hosts giving us great suggestions for visits to the historic sites, Abbeys, chateaux, and local restaurants. An added bonus is right next door is "Simon" , which is a destination in itself... More

We made an overnight stop here and can fully recommend it on all points. Locating the hotel is easier with a sat-nav although the village is well-signposted off the main road between Dijon and Nuits St. George. Once in Flagey-Echézeaux, just look for the church. The hotel is directly opposite. The welcome is friendly and warm, it helps is you... More

This is a great hotel for a stopover or for touring Burgundy (it's between Beaune and Dijon and notfar from the motorway). Spacious room and bathroom, immaculately clean, well-furnished and comfortable at a very reasonable price. Great beds. A quiet village (with a church bell). The breakfast is memorable. No minibar or tea-making facilities - thank goodness. Only English TV... More
