It has been a nightmare our stay. They have charged us more money than booking booking. the hotel is dirty and the staff is not friendly. I do not recommend it. We had reserved a room for 4 and they gave us one for three. We have been treated very badly and have had a bad experience in such an expensive hotel.
Do not come here. The hotel has seen its best days ago. Sun beds are charged at the hotel's "own" beach. Bad breakfast and the hotel's own restaurant food out. Swimming pool with sea water. I do not recommend anyone
I am very sorry (for myself too) that I have nothing good to say about this place. Bad mattress, pillows, refrigerator, absence of shampoo and shower gel. The worst of all was the food and the customer service. All was deep frigded, small portions and bad cooked. Fortunately they had some bananas so I didn't had to stay hungry all night. Very very vey bad choice. Certainly I do not recommend it.
My husband and I are retired and this was our first trip overseas. We flew United and each had a checked and carry on bag for our 10 days, Bosnia, Croatia and Italy trip. Our main reason was to go to Medjugorie in Bosnia so we decide to book 3 days on the Croatian coast. I choose this place because it had a wonderful pool, it was ocean front by a beach and promised beautiful views. When we got there we were advise our room was in Diana , out the door and to the right. This is where the story begins. The site consists of Villas - 3 stories and 8 room per floor The Barbara, Celia and Diana are one in front of the other. Diana being the last one and the highest on side of a hill? mountain? you get the gist . So picture this, 2 67yr old seniors, with our baggage going up 82 old stone steps to our Villa and the 16 wooded steps to the 2nd floor and another 16 steps to our floor and down the hall. Now our balcony was HUGE and we had the most beautiful VIEW. Breath taking. So watch what you ask for. So you have the lobby with wi fi and a bar then there is a row across with small market with mostly 7-11 stuff. Tour place , kids place etc. You have to walk down aways pass the Eva and Felicia building to the boat dock if you want to go to Dubrovnik (recommended though many many steps up if you want to export the old city). The pool was steps down and the beach even further (meaning you will have to climb up those steps later) But both had a bar. The pool closed at 7PM - not sure why? There was no lifeguard and you have to bring your own towels (not from the room) ? They were getting bus loads of tourists so maybe Europeans are used to walking up and down a lot of steps. The tour person and boat trips were wonderful. The receptionists were bland ? uncaring? Just seemed like you were bothering them and they had something better to do Would not and probably "could not" do it again. Like I said the View if you get the right room would be spectacular But I did read some were blocked by trees or buildings. If it had happened to me after all the steps, I would have cried. ;-(…
We were there in 6 rooms, with our family. We booked halfboard menu but it was poor, and unfresh. The fruits are unfresh and dirty. The buffet menü was few, it sold out in one hour. The location of the cantine (not a restaurant) was depressing. They do not cland our room, till I was asking it many times. There were a lot of spidres and centipede bugs in the room. The staff is extremly rude, indecent and unfriendly, they can not say hello. At the check out, they charged a lot of extra costs for exchange money (the amount was exchange from Kuna to Euro than back to Kuna = 2x exchange costs). Despite, we paid with Kuna (the local currency). The reception agent was terribly rude! That was our worst holiday. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

Very chill out hotel food fab dining area could be reorganised but staff are very friendly and helpful. The views are out of this world with clear blue sea.If you have a sea view you can hear the waves in your room but requested an upper floor as there are trees at the front. My Husband and I had a beautiful holiday we were there for a week Dubrovnik is only 30 mins on the bus and if you go for a walk along the shingle beach you ll come across a family bar called the Posydon lovely food beer 2 kroner great company iv not said anything negative I'll leave that to others go and see for yourself enjoy
The hotel is situated on the waters edge, lovely swimming pool area nice rooms, located 15mins from the old city of Dubrovnic easy by boat or car but a hike to the bus stop rooms a nice but a lot of steps
My partner and I recently stayed in this hotel, self catering for a week. We had a very nice experience at this hotel. We were very impressed with the rooms, very clean and spacious, with balcony and air conditioning! The beds were very comfortable and so were the pillows. The rooms are so quite and you can't hear your neighbors, which is great. We were most impressed with the pool!! Wow!! So beautiful! What a location... We spent most of our days here as the beaches are pebbles. There are lots of sun beds and umbrellas. We always had a space :). We kind of regret not gettin all inclusive as we ended up spending quite a bit on food and drink for the week... Although we did go to Dubrivnik and Cavat most evenings. Cavat is a lovely little sea side town that is a must see. Great to go for the day & for lunch. Can get there by taxi boat or bus. Taxi is very expensive in Croatia! :/. Dubrovnic is a bit far from the villa, 20 min drive or 30 min taxi boat. We took the bus one day and taxi boat the other. Not too expensive. Service isn't amazing, we just would go up to them to order and they were friendly enough. All in all, great place! :). There is a nice little reaturant (family run) about 5 min up the road. Worth a visit. :) …
We went early June, weather was great, resort was not too busy. A pretty place with clean accommodation & lovely staff. The pool is stunning, jutting out from the coast. Sun beds and parasols could be better however as there were not enough parasols and many of the beds were tired/breaking which did hamper the enjoyment factor. The food is not great, but we found that it was not much better when we went to other places. If you are a real foodie you might be disappointed with Croatia generally. We went half-board and there was plenty to be satisfied from lunch and dinner, nothing was badly cooked or looked dodgy, just the selection was a bit limited/odd and not much in the way of green veg. The pizzas at lunch time from the bar were very good, the salad a bit hit and miss, although the tuna salad was always a winner. Easy to get to Dubrovnik by either boat or local bus (much cheaper but you must climb the hill!) and Cavtat was well worth a visit - highly recommended. Tip - be wary of the Dubrovnik card - many of the attractions we wanted to go to were not included such as the monastery and we struggled to get good value from it. They do not make what is included very clear; do ask! e.g. the bus to Villas Plat is not. The best thing we did was the city wall walk. You need to be able-bodied but we did it in less than an hour with a baby strapped to us! …
