1. Hotel accepts dogs which we were so thrilled about, only to find out the room was super small that the two of us and our dog (Labrador) literally had to let each other pass so one could go to bathroom or to the balcony. Bathroom was small, balcony was small, bed was small. 2. Bed mattress was so horrible that we sinked into it every time we would sit on it or lay down and one of us (heavier one) literally had back problems after we got back from vacation. Pillows were even worse. Thin cheap ones that your neck is better if you just don't use it. 3. Room is advertised to have a TV, but let me warn you the TV is from 20 years ago (yes that box tv, no LCD, no flatscreen tv or anything that wouldthere was no remote at all, and it didn't turn on when you pushed the button on the tv box. Funny, they left two batteries for the remote on the table... 4. Everything in the room was just so old. Wooden doors with an actual simple key ( I was afraid to keep anything valuable cause I felt like someone can just kick the door and be inside. There was no safe and nightstand lamp didn't work. (Yes there was only 1 lamp) 5. FOOD. Portions are so small that I felt like we were at a refugee camp. Do not take a man there cause he will stay hungry. When you see "dessert" on the dinner menu it actually stands for 1 banana per person (I am being serious). 6. Only good thing I can say about this place is that it was clean. 7. I've been to many hotels, and have never experienced a 3 star hotel to be this bad. 8. I would never come back to this hotel. It could be perfect because of location, but they ruined it all. have HDMI port). Not even that, there was no remote at all, and it didn't turn on when you pushed the button on the tv box. Funny, they left two batteries for the remote on the table... 4. Everything in the room was just so old. At least don't advertise what you don't have and do not put 3 stars if your hotel is a 2 star hotel.…
First of all, there is no longer beautiful natural beach in front of the hotel which they advertise on all their photos, it has been ruined and destroyed by the local government and half of the beautiful decades old pine trees that were providing shade have been chopped down. Now it is ugly, half concreted half with sharp gravel on which you cannot walk barefoot, soulless artificial beach with no shade, utter sadness and disappointment. The hotel is old and rooms are awful, mattress dented on one side, tilted on the other. In my room I got stained old towels that looked like they’ve went through war and should have been tossed away for good, not given to the hotel guests. Bathroom is awful, with mold on tile joints, also shower handset and hose is beyond disgusting. On balcony the wall has been damaged by water from the air conditioner and plastic table had a hole in it. The food is poor quality, for dinner dessert they served a banana, that’s right a banana, for that I don’t need to go to a hotel and pay dinner, I can buy one in a grocery store for 0,30 EUR. For breakfast due to COVID-19 there is no buffet, they bring you food to the table without even asking what you would like to eat and they bring you following: 2 small butters, 1 pate, 1 triangle cheese, 1 jam, 1 chocolate spread, 1 honey, 1 plate of cheese and questionable ham, and 1 plate of cut hot dogs. When I asked if I could get scrambled eggs they said they ran out of eggs and I can get only hard boiled ones, come on, a hotel that runs out of eggs, the truth is they were too lazy to make them. Hotel sell rate in summer time is between 100-130 EUR per day for half board double occupancy which is ridiculous having in mind what they offer and what you get, this hotel is not worth 20 EUR a day and shouldn’t have even 2 stars, let alone 3. Avoid at all costs!…
The hotel has very old and unconfortable beds. Room are cleand every day. Food is good, but the portions are very small. Wifi works good. Hotel has nice location near the sea and big parking place. Very poor price/quality ratio.
i spent one week as holiday.hotel have 3 blocks+reception+restaurant.Block C is after reconstruction, room are clear, with fridge, TV( not led only CRT) + balcony.you can see the sea, from room on 1 floor.braekfadt was good ( table with more foods) , dinner was served , good taste but small size.bed (mattress)on room was very soft for me.staffs were friendly, every day provided cleaning in room.
The hotel is situated right next to the beach, there is only a local road between them, but there is very little traffic there. The location is sheltered from winds, but it still enables a nice view of the sea. The rooms are separated from the restaurant, they have a basic equipment and all of them have a balcony, which is especially welcome in summer. The bathroom was OK as well, but it needed some minor repairs and maintenance. The food was quite good, self-service breakfast and served dinner with a choice of three menus. The choice at breakfast could have been a little wider. The staff was polite and helpful. This is a nice place to stay, but one should not be too demanding. It is only a three star hotel and it offers as much as you can expect from one.
I spent two nights in this hotel. It is well situated - just in front of the sea. There is about 800 meters to the city centre, but you can go near the sea, it's nice. There are separate buildings for reception, restaurant and rooms. Around there is a garden. Rooms are well equipped. It's not new or modern hotel, but worth for staying.
We had a late arrival but we were welcomed with a smile and a late snack (instead of dinner). The view from the balcony in the morning was fantastic. Sea at your fingertips. We enjoyed, we rested. At the reception area they were great. They offered us a lot of excursions, we visited Split, Cetina and Brac. We would like to repeat this holiday.
It was great The staff was very nice and helpful. The food was basic but very good and very much of it. For dinner there was a three choice menu and there was a desert. The roms where clean bot basic. The beach is very close to the hotel. I liked it very much. :-D
We have spent 1 week in Hotel Brzet. This is a very old style hotel, so they should make some renovation. The staff was very kinde and helpful. The food is not the best. The breakfast is pertty regular, but there were not too many choices. The dinner was in menu style what we had to chose every day. It was some main course, salad and dessert, which means 1 peach or 1 slice of watermelone. We got some soup every day but sure that it was made from powder. It was only liquid, nothing inside, and the same taste each day. We did not spent too much time in the apartment because the area is nice, so it was fine, but i know that there are way better accomodations in the same price with 3 starts. Oh, there is WiFi only at the reception area, so people sitting front of as birds. :) I recommend this hotel for families, but it could not be my choice for a romantic holiday. Fun fact: The plates, signs etc. were all from other hotels :)…
My boyfriend and I spent in Omis 3 night. It' s lovely town with Cetina river, canyon and fortress. I'm totally in love with this place. The hotel is situated very close to the beach. + clean room and sheets + tiles on the floor + beautiful window view + air conditioning and fridge in every room + not far away form the town centre - restaurant in different building and nobody speaks English there - only 3 dishes to choose for dinner
