The location of the apartment is great; very close to the beach and centre, but also in a calm part of Baska Voda. Just be prepared for all the stairs down to the beach,not for those who have problems walking. The apartment was simple but had all that we needed for our stay, extra plus for the lovely view from the balcony. The couple renting it out was also very friendly and helpful. Liked Baska Voda, but preferred the neighbouring village of Brela. It takes about 15 min to walk there along the beach, but it is worth it if you want less crowded beaches and a calmer more charming village.

Просторные апартаменты, большой балкон, хорошо оборудованная кухня, большие окна, прекрасный вид с балкона, стильный дизайн и современная техника. Всё очень понравилось. Для семьи, состоящей из 3-4 человек - идеальный вариант. До пляжа пешком 4 минуты. Весь путь проходит по тенистым ступенькам. В пролётах стоят скамейки, где можно отдохнуть от подъёма или спуска. Хозяева - добрейшие и гостеприимнейшие люди. Младен и Майа. Они живут на третьем этаже виллы. Если у постояльцев возникают проблемы, они всегда помогают. Если понадобится что-то из еды, то во время поездки в магазин хозяева могут купить еды посетителям. Так же, если начнётся дождь или гроза, Младен может подъехать не машине. Хозяева знают несколько языков: русский, английский,немецкий, хорватский и т.д. Посетили Башка Воду 6 раз. 3 раза ездили в другие места, но не очень понравилось. Villa Maja - самая лучшая! Enkel lägenhet med gott om plats för två personer. Bäddsoffa finns i samma rum som matplats och pentry,men det blir trångt om den används. Inredningen är inte modern och pentryt är sparsamt utrustat, men det är tillräckligt för vad man behöver. Balkongen var rymlig och att börja dagen med frukost på balkongen med utsikt över havet var härligt. Sista morgonen såg vi delfiner en bit ut. Ägarna bor i våningen högst upp, men de träffade vi bara vid in- och utcheckning. Pensionatet ligger på en bergssluttning och det var totalt 193 (om jag minns rätt) trappsteg ner till havet. Att gå upp och ner för dessa trappsteg i stekande sol flera gånger per dag, särskilt med matkassar eller packning kan vara ansträngande vilket nog är bra att tänka på om man överväger att bo här.

Nice apartment with fantastic 180 degrees view of the ocean and Baska Voda. Good size and reasonably equipped kitchen. Owner is friendly and helpful and there is parking available. The stairs from the beach to the apartment is very steep and long. If you have trouble walking or carry a lot of luggage you should try another location.
