The hotel is very nice, the staff always smiling, and friendly, animators always knew how to entertain, both Martin and Danchan had their heads full of ideas, how to fill the free time of guests. Food is fine, everyone will find something that likes. The rooms are clean, cleaned daily.

The hotel is located in the small town of Obzor. It is a quiet center which is suitable for families with children.
Who likes the bustling life on the Sunny Beach let him not go into the Obzor.
The journey from the airport in Burgas takes about one and a half hour.
The hotel is situated on the second line of hotels. Before the hotel is located RIU hotel.

Pool:
The hotel has two swimming pools: for children and adults. The water was clean.

Food:
We had all inclussive. With food and drink we were satisfied. Foods were varied. Afternoon was served great pizza.

Entertainment:
Animators were very nice.

Location:
2 minutes to the beach

Accommodation:
Beds were good. The apartment we had 2 toilets. Rooms were cleaned every day, but you could feel the smell of sewage in the toilet.
Before us were smokers in the room and we did not like.

Internet:
Wifi was at the reception.

Sea:
nice

In hotel is Spa.

This is definitely not a 4* hotel but rather 3*. A high and narrow hotel with a small & crowded restaurent and courtyard. It is worth staying at it if you only take it for less money compared to other 4* hotels.

It was not the holiday we had hoped it would be. The rooms were ok, but the extra bed we had in the room was not good for older children, it was much too small. The staff was very grumpy, did not try to understand you (we are Dutch and tried to speak English and German), could not laugh. The food was not very spectacular, most of the time we had to wait for about 10 minutes to get a drink (only one bar and barman). The restaurant was too small for the hotel, not enough tables for all the guests, the lobby was too small, and only a pooltable for recreation. No real animation, folding planes from paper and sometimes for 10 minutes or so a game in the pool, or a game of football.

for these wonderful days! Very good services (food, animation, cleaning), very friendly and polite people all around, both hotel personnel and tourists. We love animation team who joined tourists 12 hours/ day, the boys from beach bar and lobby bar, the cleaning ladies, and ... such a taste and various food.... All of these make us a beautiful vacation. It's a place for families with children, definitely! We want to come back at the end of august!

The hotel has nothing to do with what was presented at the web page. There is no park view, instead there is a view towards recycle bins. The staff is not helpful at all, they are rude and do not have an idea how to treat a tourist. There was no electricity for 2 days. Candles were refused to be given to the guests, so we had to go and buy them ourselves. There was no hot water so we couldn't take a shower. The restaurant was flouded so we couldn t not dine there and we had to do that in the conference room. People were trying to get some food as animals and we had to eat outside where there was a storm because there were not enough seats provided inside. The staff never explained what is happening and never tried to even give some apologize to the tourists. On the path that was leading to the beach there were dead mice that stayed there forever. I am Bulgarian and I am sorry to say that but I would never go on holiday on the Bulgarian seaside again. Hotel Casablanca is a great example of the incompetence and ignorance of Bulgarian tourism. Of course the hotel manager refused to compensate us in any way.

The worst traveling experience ever: the hotel is calling himself as a 4* hotel but it's maximum 2*. Asked to change the room because of a terrible vomiting smell in the room. The smell is so bad you can even be at that room. I understood that my family is bot the first who wanted to change the room. No proper reaction from the personnel. The equipment in the hotel is in a very bad condition. Old beds, old furniture. The stuff is not friendly at all. The drinks are very cheep as well as the taste of them. The food is ok, but only if you can deal with dirty restaurant with flees in it. The hotel is cheating calling himself "a 4* star experience".

First time in Bulgaria and we couldnt have picked a better place to stay. despite being the only english guests. we were made extremely welcome by the excellent FOH staff and the rest of the staff (restaurant, bar, pool, domestics) were exceptionally efficient and courteous. The towel sculptures everyday were another delight.

We liked the hotel!
+ The staff in the restaurant is very polite. The rooms are clean and with new furniture. The food is very tasteful. The hotel's pool is very good. The hotel offers free umbrella at the beach which is at 7-8 minutes away from the hotel. There is an animation team for the children. Obzor is a very good small town.
- The staff at the reception isn't very friendly. Every time you ask them for something they are so slow and unfriendly that you prefer not asking them if you can.
We definitely would stay there again!

Excellent cuisine, very good and polite (which is rare for Bulgaria) services and staff, good entertainment (animation) program (a bit rude from time to time). High level floors (5-7) and even room numbers are with nice view to Obzor and sea. A bit noisy at evenings animation programme if you are at room near the pool. No much parking places, so lots of cars behind the hotel. A bit cold water at the pools.

Hi, i cannot remember exactly, but as far as I remember: about 4 or 5 types of salad, 2 or 3 types of main dish. I think there was some fish as well, but it was not that good. Also some kind of dessert.
