There is no INTERNET in the studio. The food is perfect!
If you need internet, is better to be not in the sector "D" :)

The studio was clean and spacious,well equipped with facilities.It is quiet,safe,clean and pleasant to stay.I found it a bit far from a good and not overcrowded beach but if your intention is to stay by the pool than it may be Ok.

we stayed in the galeria this summer with our 3 children, the apartments were spacious and finished to high standard, the maid service was very regular and there was no problem if you needed anything, the restaurant had a vast menu and stayed open late, the galeria was a 10minute walk from the beautiful beach which stretched for miles, this was a very secure complex with 24hr security,i would highly recommend this complex to families

First i have to say that the staff working in Galeria Hotel is lovely however the whole hotel policy is a bit of a turn down.
There is a €10 cleaning fee but as it turns out their housekeeping staff is extremely busy and the cleaning consist on only rubbish removed on a daily basis and towels and linen changed every 4 days. I got told that each of the housekeepers has 30 rooms a day. Should be down to the hotel management to organise some better housekeeping service if you are expected to pay for it.
In 10 days we stayed there all we got was clean towels and linen twice. Bathroom or anything else was never cleaned. As a result the floor got extremely dirty and i had to forever clean it every day.
Based on the hotel's rules you're not allowed to leave towels on the floor and /or if they appear dirty you will be charged.
Also should you use any kitchen appliances you are supposed to clean them yourself before checking out.
Another let down was the swimming pool as it was freezing cold every day and put me off using it.
What was supposed to be a nice family holiday turned out to be bit of disappointment but that's just Bulgaria for you !!!!

Super value here. The room was spacious and came with basically a full kitchen which made breakfast cheap and tasty. Helpful staff with excellent English. Everything was clean and in working order. Short walk to the center of town. Super place overall.

Is very good situated! You can see the sea from the balcony it's amazing place for holiday with family and friends. These is a big night club in the town for these who like party. The beach is 10 min walk from the complex. There is gym, swimming pool, restaurant with kids play area. I definitely recommend it! 3 years ago our friends bye a flat from Hristo, amazing guy, one of the 2 owners. My friends rent there flat all the summer and that's how we discover this wonderful place. We'll definitely be back next year. Thank you Hristo and Pepi for the wonderful holiday!

The place is a closed apartment complex, where some of the flats are offered as hotel rooms, however neither the organization of it all, nor the food, or administration is anything close to a hotel. The restaurant opens around 9-9:30 far too late for kids to have their breakfast, the food is plane, nothing worth mentioning. The apartment was big enough, however not very well maintained, equipped or cleaned. There were a lot of noisy neighbours , making their long dinners (until 01:30-02 am)out on their balconies(fine but not if you try to sleep, in the mean time). There was an excessively noisy Russion kid camp somewhere close, and the music that they listen to until midnight, became the music that we had to listen to.....I wan not even able to hear the TV or my wife.....not good at all. There is no large market place or food shop nearby, which meant a walk to the center of Obzor if i want any choice of food or fruit.
The complex however has a nice common space, well maintained, with a swimming pool. Kids were having fun during the day. The Gym is the usual Bulgarian hotel gym....a treadmill, a few dumbbells and a table for table tennis.

The receptionist is present only during the working hours, so it could be a bit hard to address the noise from the surrounding neigbours. The bed was not comfy at all, and the pillows were ....well, not my pillows.

We had great time here in studio. The bistro has tasty food and the pool is clean. Very Friendly staff. In quite area but not so close to the beach. With free parking spaces. 10 minutes from the center where you can find a lot of fun.
