The hotel looks good at a first glance but soon after you start seeing the truth. The wifi is a joke, the food has a good variety but the ingredients aren't good quality for a five stars hotel. The beverages are at the lower end and the coffee is all instant, which is terrible. There are only 2 real coffee machines, one in the lobby bar (sometimes they ask money for it, sometimes it's included in tbe all inclusive, depends on the shift I guess, but it is quite unfair) and one in the main restaurant bar, but you have to ask for it. All common areas are thoroughly cleaned several times a day, (some) COVID-19 rules are applied (you get masks and gloves, tables, chairs and sun loungers are desinfected several times a day, etc.) but the rooms do not get a proper cleaning. The sheets don't get changed very often (we got them changed 2 times in 11 nights), the bathroom was never cleaned, they only changed towels every day and vacuuming was done at 2-3 days, although the room was full of sand from our kid's beach toys. The shower was also full of sand, but never cleaned. Ants in the bathroom (5th floor) and tbe shower water is either very cold or very hot, there's no in between. Also there is a slight toilet smell all the time in tbe bathroom. On a happy note, the room is spacious and the second bed is really appreciated. Balcony has a good size but the furniture is uncomfortable. We paid for a sea view and got a "sea view if you look above some buildings" room. The parking is rather small for the hotel 's capacity and we had an in incident with a highlight stolen from our car (although the parking in guarded). The manager said that it's not a big deal and they can't do anything and actually laughed about it. So bad PR, bad management. Also, before booking (and several times during our stay there) we mentioned that we want to pay for ofa late check out amd we were assured that everything is ok and if otherwise we would be notified. But course it was not ok and were not notified! And again, the matter was poorly managed and they just said that they forgot. We will not return and we won't recommend this place. It does not deserve the 4 stars.

Dear Mihaela-Gabrielal, Thank you for choosing us for your summer holiday in Bulgaria and for taking the time to write this review! We are so sorry to know that you are disappointed from your vacation at Sunrise Blue Magic! Regarding your statement that our food and beverages are not good quality, we want to announce that we always use only fresh products from local suppliers to prepare our dishes. The selection of these products is very good and we work with the same suppliers for years. We have showcooking stations and everything is made in front of the eyes of the people. Except the instant coffee on the self-service machines, on all of our three bars we have espresso and it is free of charge with service from our bartenders. However, we have also paid menu with drinks which are not in the all inclusive concept and this includes different kinds of coffee capsules. We are happy that you appreciate our efforts to disinfect and follow all new measures against Covid-19. Our team is sad to find that you were not happy with the cleaning of the room. Our maids are working hard and trying to keep everything in a good condition but if they miss something we are sorry about that. You could always put the sign “Please, make up my room!” on the door and ask on the reception for changing the sheets or whatever you need. However, we always take every comment from our guests very seriously and try to improve and learn from past mistakes. The situation with the parking is very unpleasant for everyone and we are very sorry that this happen to some of our guests. Our security is responsible to provide a place where the guests could park their car and we are among the hotels with most parking places in the area. Our General Manager tried to explain to you that unfortunately we could not be responsible for such kind of accidents which could happen everywhere. Our manager is always trying to assist and help the guests and we are sorry if his polite attitude was mistaken with laughing. At the end, regarding your request for late check-out we want to make it clear that this kind of service is possible only if the hotel have availability and often this could be confirmed only on the last day. At the time that you have been our guests the hotel was almost full and unfortunately they could not organize a late check-out for your room. This year most of the reservations are made in the last minute and the occupancy of the hotels is very dynamic and unpredictable. We are so sorry that this caused discomfort to you and your family! Great hotel - lovely big pool and great slides for the kids (be very very careful, the tiles around the children's pool andtowards the slides are very slippy and we saw lots of children slipping on a daily basis, 2 children banging their head quite badly - we reported this to the management so hopefully they have now rectified this.) We put some surf shoes on our little boy and he was fine. There is a small park next to the pool for kids and a kids club.) Food was fine - bit repetetive but great for the type of holiday that we had booked and for the price, we liked sitting outside. There is a fab surf bar if you walk along the beach to the left , just past the little museum, well worth a visit and the beach is a lot softer along there - also lots of shells to collect. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The actual entertainment shows were ok but they didn't last long and were in a dark area, not near the bar, not many seats so it wasn't an all night entertainment show, probably last about 45 minutes. We got the bus into Obzor Town which was great, lots of shops, market stalls, parks with lots of activites for kids, very family orientated. You can walk into the town but the tracks are very shabby. Its a totally different type of holiday than going somewhere like a 4 star all inclusive in Spain, but we really loved it and its a lot cheaper.

I really appreciate that time I spent with my boyfriend in Sunrise Blue Magic Resort in Obzor. The service was fantastic, clean and very comfortable room. I hope one day we’ll back to Obzor to Sunrise Blue Magic Resort of course!🙏🏼 Oh, one more thing, food was absolutely delicious.

I must say I was quite pleased, the hotel is quite new but the staff are very well trained and reception and housekeeping were very polite. The lobby bar staff also were very good, particularly the young lady with glasses, whose name unfortunately I cannot remember. She even remembered my drink order when I came to the bar. the beer was a little weak for my tastes but more than made up for by the rakija. I had a large room on the 3rd floor with a walk in shower, which incidentally would have been quite suitable for a disabled guest also, ( I am not sure if all the rooms are like this, it would still be best to request this sort of thing if you needed it). I was also quite pleased with the food, all inclusive can be a bit hit and miss quality wise but I always found it to be good here and as it was toward the end of season not too many queues. Lots of sunbeds on the beach and I do think the hotel has the best location of the hotels along Obzor beach as I walked a little further along and its not so pleasant once you reach the riu helios in my opinion as you are almost onto the town by then, the water is very clean with even some small fish , although it can be choppy and this late in the season the lifeguard cover was not as extensive.The beach itself is reasonably clean and is pretty much the main attraction here. I must say it was a good break and if I was returning to Obzor beach this is where I would stay.

the hotel was nice and clean the staff were friendy and polite the food was ok but repetitive no entertainment on a night unless you go to the pool area needs to be in the hotel they need to extend the lobby bar it is too small for a hotel this size the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily but i would only recomenned a weeks holiday as nothing to do in obzor and dont go in september everything shut just about
